Wish I could remove that one star. I come to this location a couple of time because the service itself is pretty good and I always make sure I tip. After I was done with my service this lady kept asking non-stop for tip. I usually tipped up to $20, because of how persistent she was about tipping I tipped her $10 she shake her head in a rude way and did not even say thank you. Also, charging a whole $5 just because I used my debit card was insane; please let costumers know ahead of time to bring cash you guys never mentioned anything about that and charged me a whole $5 for using my debit card. This will be the last time I come to this location; the workers there are too greedy for tip.

While the spa delivered excellent massages during my visit, the experience was marred by a prolonged wait in the room and a discomforting interaction with the receptionist. Despite initially tipping $20, I felt pressured to increase it to $30, which left me uneasy. With a total expenditure of $145 and these drawbacks, I've decided not to revisit this spa in the future.

I just got the worst massage from Sophia. My wife and I are from out of town and decided to stop by for a massage. We paid for two 1 hour massages for $160. During the massage, Sophia left the room 4 times to answer the phone, door, and was yelling at the other masseuse in the next room. After about 30 minutes she said she was done. I looked at the clock and said "are you sure?" She said yes and then asked for a tip. I waited in the lobby for at least 20 minutes for my wife to be done with her massage. After my wife's massage was done, her masseuse (Yu Yu) also asked for a tip. I do not recommend this place to anyone. For the price we paid, the service should have been better. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

First time staying at Florida hotel and was recommended Eden Massage. I must say this was an amazing experience from the time of calling for appointment to arriving being greeted and being accommodated when I wanted to add a plus one . 10/10 will definitely return every time thank you John/ Jian for the wonderful massage !

I've been to several massage parlors and this one is my favourite! Coco rubbed the lump on my shoulder away! My shoulders and neck have been greatly relaxed! Worth revisiting again!

Been going to Eden since 2021, had a motorcycle accident and broke my clavicle; these ladies know exactly how much pressure to apply. Will continue to visit this establishment.

I been a regular since 2021, the place is clean, all their massage therapist are experience and friendly. I come for my back and neck pain, this place is considered the best in Orlando. If you want an authentic oriental massage this is the place. I would definitely recommend people to try.
