I went in and paid for a Platinum clean which includes a cleaning of the interior. They vacuumed and did not clean anything. I went back around and they said that do do a very light wipe down but that’s about it but that wasn’t even done. She just said that’s pretty much the service they provide and nothing more they could do. I use go to this place all the time and they did a decent job but this is horrible. After paying $40 now I have to go spend more money to clean it myself. I want a refund, honestly. This is so disappointing.

Are you kidding me?! A detail?! Truck looked better before we took it there and when my husband said something their response was “that’s the best we can do” just a scam, waste of money, do not ever spend money here

This is a very convenient car wash. I have unlimited pass and go all the time. It’s easy to get in and out, and when I do have interior cleaned they are very detailed. The staff is also very friendly and helpful the entire time.

I took my car there for an interior cleaning. I'm trying to fix up my car that's been sitting and it needed a good cleaning. I was very disappointed in the job that was done. My child could've done a better job. I look at the car and question that they even did anything. I will definitely not ever go back or recommend the fern park location to anyone. Major let down. The photos are just a few examples of the work done, or should I say NOT done.

Ugh! Long time customer but I’ll not be back. Mister switched to perpetual billing which I’ll never do and that’s the only option. The year-at-time was a pretty good commitment that I can do every year. The final straw was the person asking me if I wanted to add on a tip to the single, and last, car wash I was getting here since I was here. For a self-service, drive-thru car wash! Gross. I was ready to sign up for another year. 🤷‍♀️oh well.

Hands down one of the best car washes. I've been doing all of Florida since I bought this car brand new 6 months ago. I've taken it everywhere because I want to know where or what car wash is going to keep my car looking brand new. I drive for Uber and I drive for Lyft and I have a dog so I need to keep my car completely clean all the time. Otherwise I risk losing my job now. I've tried every single other service monthly, clean, whatever all across. Orlando on the north end altamont all the way down to Orlando international airport and the Mister car Wash that's out in lake Mary has got to be hands down the best place. I drive out of my way every morning to get here right around the time they open and get my car full service cleaned. And everyday I go out and drive and everyone's like oh my God. Did you just pick this car up and it feels like I did because Mister car Wash keeps it that clean. I know what a lot of other reviews have said and I feel like those people are just people looking for a handout or giving bad reviews because they had a bad day themselves. But this car wash takes the extra time to look over every detail of every car and make sure that it leaves clean. Like the guys out at the towel area, open my trunk and clean all the way around the edges. So the trunk hinge area is dry all the time. It's amazing and then as you can see in the photos it's an SUV and they're doing the trunk, every time without asking... So don't just believe every review that you see. Go out there and make your own experiences. I did and through a lot of trial and error. I found a car wash that keeps my car brand new everyday. Check the photos out and I have a miniature Australian Shepherd so that dog has two coats which means twice as much fur drops off of him all of the time lol. Look at those rugs!!!

Another Mister that all products paid for doesn’t work. Titanium spray does it whole light show and NOTHING comes out. Get your act together. We pay for the top tier membership yet your not only cheating us but everyone else that’s paying for it.

Good afternoon, I come from Top Dog Cars Wash and I continue with Mister so far, the different branches have good and excellent service, but today, October 9, 2023, I arrived at 5:50 pm, it was open, I get ready and use my membership that I pay monthly, I have a Black Corolla in front, the employee who activates the washing process informed me that another car was coming behind me, a wine-colored Mercedes Benz and I apologized, at the end of my washing process I am going to vacuum and dry my truck and they inform me that the business has already closed, I told you, I just washed the car and I have to dry it and vacuum it which was EMPHASIS THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALREADY CLOSED YOU MUST LEAVE, if I arrive at a restaurant 10 minutes before closing they prepare my food and serve it to me and if not I finish at 6 when they close, they take me out of the restaurant without finishing eating, terrible service
