I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stays of over 15 years at this Amazing property! I always stay in the cottages because I bring my Furkids with me. I love that it is truly pet friendly! We are welcomed and treated like family and I always feel comfortable and safe traveling alone. The property grounds are immaculate, pet friendly, and welcoming! I love being oceanfront! It is quiet and steps from the beach. The large pool on the ocean is one of my favorite amenities, as is the coffee and pastries in the morning in the lobby! The newspapers delivered to the door is also a nice plus! There’s a great restaurant right across the street and plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive! Shoreline cottages will continue to be my home away from home for years to come!

Coming back after so many years without my parents (who have passed was bittersweet). Staying in their cottage meant the world to us. So many amazing memories. Thank you so much for being the reason my sister & I spent time together again. Im sure our parents smiled down at us from above. When I say "nothing has changed" its a sincere compliment. Please don't ever change a thing. As always the owners/staff are amazing & made us feel like family. Any request was quickly taken care of, thank you for treating us so well. Looking forward to bringing our families together there in the coming years. "A hidden gem for sure". See you soon Shoreline 😁

Is a nice, clean and quiet place. Cabana like with kitchen. I got the 2br sleeps 6 with kitchen for the weekend. Parking is only 1 car per room. Front desk was super nice. Not the latest in appliances but Ok to stay with your fam for a weekend. Big space.

This is our new go to getaway. It’s a home away from home. We rented a two bedroom suite, which was basically a little house on the beach. There was almost no need to leave the property because we just felt at peace there. We walked down to the beach, steps away from our front door, multiple times a day. The property was clean and all amenities were in working order. We went with our children and are already planning on staying here over and over again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was a last minute spontaneous trip and I can say well worth it. I have a toddler and it was very toddler friendly with a kitchen and fridge. Quiet and family atmosphere. Amazing views!!!! I will definitely be back and for much longer. I absolutely loved it here. My only complaint would be the parking and the drop to the beach maybe a little fence. But altogether incredible!

This place was absolutely amazing and the service was impeccable. We stayed in a ocean front unit and didn't want to leave. Our new home away from home.

This is our home away from home. Guy and Nae are the most wonderful hosts and owners and the staff here are all amazing. View is spectacular and conveniently located to all amenities. We have been staying here for 20 consecutive years and absolutely love it.

This was our first stay at Shoreline and we loved it. We booked last minute after our regular accommodations were suffered significant damage from hurricane Ian and the staff were very accommodating in making sure our group had rooms close to each other. The two bedroom was perfect for our family of 4 and the patios were perfect for our family meals. We had the best vacation and we will be back!

I Booked this hotel threw Booking.com so I called a day ahead of time and made sure we didn't have any surprise fees or deposits when we arrived. When I called I spoke with Jennifer who told me I didn't have to worry about a deposit because we used a third party company who keep their credit card on file. When we arrived at the hotel my husband (who is often stereotyped because he's a young black man ) Went to pick up the key and he was told he needed to leave a $200 deposit. I then spoke with the lady and told her I spoke with someone named Jennifer who told us we would not need any deposit. She basically said Jennifer didn't mean what she said. Later on that day, I spoke with Jennifer who told me that SOMETIMES they do ask for deposits. Which means that they chose to ask my husband for a deposit based off his looks. As of today we still have not got our deposit back.

Great location, right out the door is the ocean, and not being in the heart of Daytona keeps it a little less busy than 1 would expect, but close enough to still enjoy Daytona as desired. The rooms are a little on the tiny side, so plan for multiple rooms for larger families πŸ‘ͺ, but for a couple πŸ’‘ it's perfectly sized for a nice little getaway!

Can’t say enough about the absolute wonderful stay we had this year. Now, before I go on, let me proceed this with, this is our 30th stay at this resort! I felt the need to write a review to compliment the owners Guy and Nae and the staff Robin, Becky and Sherry, maintenance man George. Our beautiful little resort was met with devastation this past hurricane season and they lost their entire sea wall….but that did not affect one single thing!! We still had beach access and the pool was as wonderful as always!! Everything is clean and beautifully maintained. Our favorite room #14 was just as we left it!! Coffee service and breakfast treats were delicious and all the planters were gorgeous! Love the new additions!! If you’re looking for a new home away from home this is your place!! Hands on, invested owners and staff that go above and beyond to make your stay the absolute best it can be!!

Been here several times in last ten years but this was my last. Conveniently, when made reservation forgot to add tax until we got there. Attitude was like we were there to destroy their place , must have a bad clientele. Had us sign waivers etc. AC did not keep the room cool. The beds were very uncomfortable. Smelled like mold. Overall poor atmosphere and uncomfortable. Would not go back. Lastly was overpriced in comparison to nicer places.

The Cabana's are great, clean and very roomy. Walking distance to the beach of Daytona. They even have outdoor area by your cabana to chill out and eat your bfast, lunch or dinner. They have also a big pool for kids to enjoy. Our overall experience was great!

Our vacation at Shoreline/Cabana was nothing short of awesome, from the owners to the office staff and especially the maid Gayon!! Been spending our vacation there for 17 years and will return again next year for a month. Love everything about that little piece of heaven! ❀️. Pat & Jill

My fiance lined up this place in was a little misled. They told us the place was pet friendly but they failed to tell us that dogs are not allowed on the beach. We let them know that we had a dog and we reserved a suite with the beachview but when we got there they said that we could not stay there with our dog. So we had to pay the same amount of money for a suite that did not have a beach view and was not as big. I was very disappointed about this because I planned on having some family visit and the place was way too small to have them visit for the day. The place that we reserved would have had enough room.

This was my first time here and was greeted wonderfully by Becky. My one bed suite was comfortable and cozy and felt like a home away from home. The location of my suite was awesome. Once I stepped out my suite, the view of the ocean was visible to my right and to my left was a walkway to the street where my car was parked.Drove 2 mins to the Winn Dixie Supermarkert and bought food to cook in the fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pan kitchen. Sat outside my suite to eat my food. While enjoying the ocean view. There is also a nice pool on the premises. This place is more than I expected.

I've stayed next door a couple of times always wondered about the cute cabana's on the hill. This trip we stopped by the office and talked with Becky. She was incredibly friendly and shared the rich history of the property, then invited us to walk the grounds. As we walked, we spoke to several folks who were staying there who shared how their families had been coming for many years and their appreciation for the owners. Then I heard how much assistance the owner provided those with nowhere to go after the hurricanes last year which devastated so much...including damage to this property. I love how this remains a small, family run property and they they haven't sold off to developers. I haven't stayed here yet but based on this experience, I will certainly support this business in the future.

I did enjoy our stay but it's a little run down and a hurricane definitely has been here and left evidence. Pool out of commission and no beach access. But the view is amazing and the staff is very kind and helpful. No hair dryer or coffee 😒

Very nice place. I stayed there for 3 days for a judo tournament. Right on the beach. They always picked the trash up in the morning and dropped off towels. The rooms were not to bad either. I would definitely stay again.

The initial location is amazing which only got better as the night progressed. A barefoot sunset and twilight walk with your special person on Daytona Beach FL can only be described correctly by a person who has experienced this first hand. Oh yeah, back to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean with current updated furniture TVs and appliances. This all with four teenage boys two daughters my wife and myself. We all slept comfortably with room to spare. I enjoyed our stay and will be back. Cheers "Shoreline Suites" Sincere traveler & StaCay pro ACE

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super nice. It had 2 separate bedroom in our suite. Which was great for our daughter and her friends. The beach is like 50 yard from the room. Kids loved the pool and it's really closed to all everything. We are planning to return here for sure.

Really enjoyed our time here! It was exactly the kind of place we were looking for: relaxed but clean and updated, vintage beach vibe, easy beach access, beachside pool, plenty of tables for outdoor hangout, very friendly staff through and through. I felt like we found our own little secret, out-of-the-way beach cottages, yet in the middle of Daytona (though admittedly, we came on a low traffic weekday). Great memories, great price, great stay
