    This place is AWESOME!! The customer service is impeccable. I took my car for an oil change, etc. & worked with Jose in service who was extremely professional. I ended up with some unpleasant news about my transmission 😫 he broke the news to me really gently. After discussing the options I decided to speak with sales and was given Ahmad Hamdan the most pleasant & professional person ever. He was very courteous NOT pushy like most salesman are. Granted I haven't purchased a vehicle in YEARS. He allowed me to express my concerns, give my budget etc. The process was absolutely seamless. I would like to thank Ahmad for ALL of his assistance with my new purchase. If you are looking to get a new or used vehicle DEFINITELY give Ahmad a call. 😊

    No communication. Have called and emailed several times. Paperwork was messed up with financial issues which still have not been corrected. So many things. I don’t recommend car lot. Over priced and nothing is what they tell you on the phone or when you get there. Now we have a car, which the engine light came on the very next day and no answers to anything. While signing paperwork they just say sign here and move on. Do the price tripled by the time we left. Now the bank that financed us has me as the buyer and the other as a co signer and it should be the other way around. I tried and tried to get things worked out and nothing.

    I was very pleased with the knowledge and responsiveness of the Service Advisor (Jose). He had me checked in quickly and ensured me the inspection would tell them anything else they needed to know (rather than bundling unneeded services). The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. It allowed me to continue working during the services performed. If I did not need to work, I certainly would have enjoyed their theatre room! When the Service Advisor returned with my inspection results, I was pleased to find only recommended services (vs. required repairs). He explained the benefits of the suggested services and made me aware of manufacturer suggested intervals for them to be performed. I felt like I was being informed of my options and was asked how I would like to proceed, never feeling pressured into any additional services. Being new to the area and after visiting other dealerships for various services, I will be returning to Reed Nissan Clermont for the foreseeable future.

    Fidel was extremely helpful in getting me out of a bad deal with a previous car. He was incredibly patient and made this experience as painless as possible. I will definitely be coming back for any of my car needs!

    Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Reed Nissan, Ali is a great guy to deal with, he wasn’t pressuring at all, on the contrary he was very assuring and open minded he was perfect at assisting me with my needs and expectations in a car, he helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and made sure I got the best of the best. I wasn’t surprised at all when I was informed that he was top salesman. The dealership was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made buying a car a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional deal and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend speaking with Ali if you want a stress free, smooth experience. Very happy with the quality of my car and it’s all thanks to Ali and Reed Nissan! 🇲🇦

    Alejandro was a true professional from start to finish. It's great when your salesperson is as excited about selling a vehicle and you are to purchase it. That is definitely a rare trait that I believe will continue to serve him well. Thank you for making the entire experience a pleasure.

    Sales and finance team are great; i always deal with Fidel because he's honest and dedicated to make things right. As a customer, I truly appreciate that. However, the only reason why I don't give five stars is because of the service department. The staff in this department could learn A LOT from sales. One of the essence of dealers is the courtesy* after the transaction is finalized. Service department is missing courtesy in every sense of the word. I'd give this review a three star but sales and finance really went above and beyond. Big Thanks to Simos and Fidel.

    Fidel Garcia was hands down AMAZING. From the moment I walked in the door at Nissan, all the way until the moment he handed me keys to my new car and left! He was very thorough and patient, considering he took care of me for 5 hours. Went in not sure of what I wanted, but I knew my budget and Fidel made sure I could get someone I could afford, let alone LOVED. This is my absolute dream car and he did everything in his power to help me. I appreciate his patience and time he spent helping me with everything I needed. If you’re looking for someone who cares about what you’re looking for, your happiness and your budget Fidel is your man!! 👏🏻

    Salesman Ryan Cook was very personable and a pleasure to work with. He answered every question I had in a minimum of time. He followed up after sale to make sure all was well with the car. I had a small issue with the right front bumper and he worked quickly to get me a service appointment. His follow up call with the repair shop got immediate attention and I was on the road in 30 minutes. I look forward to seeing Ryan again when I get the car service.

    I was tire shopping and got a mail ad for the buy 3,, one for $1. I called and Scott set me up for the next morning. The tires were late arriving, but Scott kept me informed of the status, and when they arrived they were installed quickly. Had an oil change as well, and an inspection for a recall. All went well. I love that check out is with your service advisor at his/her desk. The dealership was clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was top notch. Great job

    Amazing experience from the first phone call to driving off the lot. Anthony B. was amazing to work with. We traded in our beloved Pathfinder and drove off in a certified pre-owned Titan. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience because of Anthony, he was so friendly and professional.

    Nissan of Clermont service department is amazing! They always greet me with a friendly smile and get my car serviced right away. I get so comfortable in the waiting area that I forget where I am!! When they say my car is done I’m not ready to leave! I bring my pups with me when I go and they have become the mascots of the dealership. The woman at the cashier’s window always has treats for them so they have a great time just like me. 100 Stars to Nissan Clermont service department!

    I’ve been a loyal customer for many years always getting my car serviced there, but my experiences lately have made me dubious of the work performed. This last time, they had the car for about a week and could not find what was causing the issue. The Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving they said they had still not found it but they would give me a loaner on Friday if they were not able to figure it out, then poof! on Friday morning I receive an email followed by a call of all the things wrong with my vehicle. Strange that on Wednesday no diagnostic was made and Thursday was Thanksgiving followed by an early morning email on Friday with a laundry list of items that need repair. I didn’t t think the service department worked on Thanksgiving, but what do I know! I called to go over list and chose to fix the items that the service department said was causing my issue plus another that I was not aware of. I pick up my vehicle later that day. On my drive home, I am notice the same shaking and noise. I receive a call from service department during my drive home saying that they had not charged me for the part on the repair, only labor, and that I need to pay them an additional amount equal to what I had just paid. When I mention that this amount was never emailed to me as part of their quote, the service department person then agrees to call me back after verification. After confirming that I had indeed not received the quote for the part repaired, she wished me a happy holiday. My service department rep was always nice and courteous. I’m just not happy that the issue was not fixed and I don’t have faith in the service department to be able to fix it as they said they had “fixed” it already after having it a week and letting me know that they had not been able to diagnose it in that time and then magically have a diagnosis after Thanksgiving. When dealing with car repairs there is the stereotype that mechanics are dishonest and up until this time, I had not felt that way at Reed Nissan, but now I don’t think I’ll be able to bring my car back there anymore.

    Kyle Graham was awesome! He really helped me get the best deal we could on our dream car. He really listened to us and made sure that our concerns were addressed and it really seemed like he cared. Thanks to him we are riding around in a very nice, new car. His son was also there and it was really nice to see how he interacted with his son. He is an overall great person and would love to come back in the future.

    The maintenance advisor asked me what my concerns were about maintaining my vehicle. I proceeded to indicate what I wanted to be repaired in that visit and they proceeded to do so. What I liked the most was the speed and efficiency with which they carried out the work. And the fact that the advisor kept me informed at all times.

    Felt like I was treated like a mark from the second I pulled up. Came in for a simple service, was immediately approached by a sales person despite being in the service area, who insisted on taking my contact info despite me being very clear I wasn’t interested in a new car. The service inspection I was sent was comical. The prices for those suggested services should be considered criminal. If I was a guy who had zero car knowledge they could have really scared me into spending thousands and thousands of dollars. Immediately took my car from this location to a local mechanic to have it looked over. He shared in my disbelief of the Nissan quote. Some services they suggested were completely unnecessary (need a new battery, the battery was replaced 6 weeks ago and when tested at the second mechanic was perfect). Others were $500+ price increase for service than any other shop in the area Their first and only goal at Nissan of Clermont is to try and convince you to buy a new car from them. Even if it means being blatantly dishonest and predatory in their practices. Take your car literally anywhere else.

    I received a coupon for oil change for 39.95...called and confirmed this price with service...yet they failed to tell me about the additional dealer fees of $15, which then brought my total to $60. Unethical I had a coupon for my Kia and used it at Kia and it was just the price + tax...No ridiculous fee to dispose of the oil...no dealer fees

    The person that helped me was very helpful and did a wonderful job but it took over and hour and a half for a simple oil change and this was with a set appointment. My time is valuable and I don't have 1 1/2 hours to wait for an oil change.

    I was told by many that it's extremely stressful going to car dealerships as people are trying to just force sell me a car and so forth. With my expectations set with that concern, I got super surprised by the kindness and respect everyone showed me. They went slow and tried to help me whenever they could, also paying for things for my car to help me out. I was extremely happy and the process to get the car was super smooth!

    Kevin was fantastic. He helped me get the car I wanted within in my budget, he was patient and very helpful with meeting my needs. I really appreciate that he was able to do that for my family since we really needed to get a car quickly as I have a newborn on the way and not much time to figure out our car situation. Now we don’t have to worry about it and it’s a huge weight off my shoulders. I went in just to look and left with the car I really wanted but thought I couldn’t have. I love my Leaf!     Nissan in Clermont was the most amazing experience as usual. The staff is professional and very helpful. Your time means a lot to them. And the staff is professional and persistent for your business unlike other car dealers which I won't mention. I am not here to tarnish any dealership but from my experience, Nissan has always pull through for me on so many levels. Two staff members I must mention who has been so attentive and knowledgeable in their profession. Levi Smith, what a wonderful and intelligent young man who guided me to my new vehicle and I thank you Levi for your support and process. And Adam in the finance department who has been so professional and never pressure you, Adam you are awesome and I thank you as well. Nissan is my future home for all my vehicle needs.     Once again, I went to visit Reed Nissan for my scheduled service appointment (original story in my review 4 mo.ago) and ran into my favorite salesperson Ahmad Hamdan. The great thing about Ahmad is he’s NEVER selling you anything. When you talk with him it’s so smooth and relaxing. He’s NEVER pushy like most sales people are. I actually asked him “what’s new?” & he shared with me about their new products and he remembered having a vehicle that gets great mileage is critical to me, which was impressive since I’m sure he deals with hundreds of people. An hour or so later, he sold me once again a NEW vehicle. The passion Ahmad displays towards the customers and a sincere willingness to help is remarkable. THANK YOU AGAIN AHMAD for all of your help. 😊
