9/25/2022 Was very happy with my food, perfect amount and tasted yummy. I'll be back for sure. Original Post I didn't go in with high expectations but was very happy with the visit. The staff was all very nice and the venue was clean. The food was all of high quality and I really enjoyed the sushi. It had unique flair and wonderful taste. The kids boxes were very nice to, looked very professional and appetizing. The kids also enjoyed Frozen and regular boba tea. My mom seemed to enjoy her shrimp bowl and she isn't a fan of trying new things, so I think that says a lot. It isn't a cheap night out but it is fairly priced for the amount and quality you get. I'll gladly go back. Went back on daddy daughter date tonight and really do love this place. All the rolls are good. The crunch is one of my favorites anywhere. Updated 4/16/2022 Love this place, been back many times. My kids love it too which can be a challenge with my son at least. I first discovered Bento while attending UF in Gainesville and have enjoyed watching them expand throughout Florida. I travel to Orlando for work often and my hotel is 8 minutes away from the Dr. Phillips location so I’m ordering take out for dinner a lot. It’s super easy to order online on my phone and my order has always ready on time and it’s exactly what I’ve asked for. The food is amazing, tastes super fresh, and there are a ton of options which is why I’m going back every week, I never have to get the same thing twice. The bowls are a generous portion, I always have leftovers. The sushi is delicious, I love the sauces and variety of options. There are 30 minute parking spots out front so it’s easy to get in and out for my to go orders.

WoW!!! This place is a great spot for a quick, delicious bite. It was a bit unexpected to find this spot. Absolutely coming back when I go to Orlando.

Walked in and ordered right away. My bf ordered something that was no longer on the menu and our boy Charles came up with something similar. Turned out great. I got the Mongolian Veggies Udon Noodle bowl. So yummy! If you ever visit the SL location, hit up Charles for great service!

This place is great! Come here all the time, the people are so nice and the food is always super tasty , the wasabi is my favourite because it tastes really nice. Every time I’ve gone my rolls are always perfect, not to jinx it. The miso is delicious and the katsu is nice and crispy with the rice I get. Would recommend 10/10

First time here! Got the orange chicken Bento sampler and a Thai tea. Fast and friendly staff and the food was fresh and absolutely delicious! Everything was $22

Wonderful staff - friendly and attentive. Very good selection with many options. Food was delectable - tasted fresh. We had the Poke Bowl [delicious] and Sushi Combo Box with Rainbow & Mt. Fuji [awesome]. Staff was still attentive throughout our meal, not just when ordering! Oh yeah, price was good considering all the great food we received.

Bento is a great option to visit if you’re craving sushi! It is designed to be a quicker, self service style restaurant and is very convenient! We ordered a variety of The sushi rolls, and they were all very tasty. I also ordered boba tea that had a slushy consistency and I can never go back to drinking normal boba again! It was so refreshing.

Egg rolls are the best! I got the gochugang garlic chicken udon bowl and it was very good! Great customer service and good eats!

A slightly up scale counter Asian restaurant. If you want a full service dine-in and someone waiting for you at your table, this is not a place for you. It is like a fast food vibe type of restaurant except the cashier brings food you order to your table and that is it. The restaurant gave me a panda express vibe. I had the lo mein noodle bowl with the meat option Korean, taro milk tea, and rice bowl with chicken teriyaki. Food was okay to fill us up. The taste was so so.

After a long day we where looking for a good sit down dinner with good service. This is not that place. It is a cafe style restaurant. You order and pay at the counter. They do bring the food out to you but absolutely no friendly customer service skills. Guy at the counter looked confused and didn't welcome us in. Food came out within 10 minutes of being there. Some pieces of my daughters chicken were hard to chew and she loves katsu chicken.

A quick turnaround for a great bite! Great prices and location. The food portions are plentiful and very filling! Very clean. We tried the Miami Roll & the kids meal Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice.

Quality food is served here at a great price for the area. Service is pretty much on your own. Pay and sit. The place is very nice and modern. There is plenty of space inside. The parking is very limited so alócate time.

The food was great! I want to let the owner know there’s a cake shop in plaza that doesn’t give silverware, so I hear and see people grab handfuls of your forks and supplies laying out without buying anything from you. I have a place in the plaza too! 😊

One of my favorites places to grab a bite in this area! I’m vegan, and their online allergy guide makes it easy to determine what contains animal products and what doesn’t. So far, I have tried the edamame, avocado sushi rolls (without cream cheese) and both the red and yellow curry rice bowls with tofu…and it’s all delicious! Tofu can be hit or miss from restaurants, but theirs has a good texture and flavor when paired with their curry. Their veggies are fresh and crisp. They have have a vast menu with decent options for kids (even if they’re vegan!) The pricing is reasonable and the staff has always been friendly for both dine-in and pick up orders. Their serving sizes are also very generous, and I’m looking forward to eating some of my leftovers tomorrow!

We’ve been to Bento in several locations for the past few years. During that time, the quality of food remained consistently good regardless of the locations. Poke bowls are our favorite, and you can’t go wrong with the menu here. The only downside is that the price of food, especially that of the poke bowl, has increased significantly since Covid. Bento at Dr. Phillips is clean and conveniently located. It is a good place to grab lunch and dinner.

The food itself was good. Extremely tasty and fresh. The downside was I that they got both my fiancé and my order incorrect. I ordered a veggie dish without mushroom and still received mushroom in it. She got a veggie dish and received some chicken in it. I did think it was just a tad bit over priced for what it was.
