Amazing stay for our family! Great location, great service. Everyone employed is lovely. The shuttle service is the best bonus! Took our family to Disney Spring & Disney World. Our kids couldn't get out of the pools or the kid section pool. Appreciated the lifeguards around. Love that the pool stays open late which many won't allow. Several different restaurants to choose from. You feel like you're in a Mexico resort. Friendly, helpful staff and the rooms were super clean! We will absolutely be coming back. Better than we even anticipated

This hotel was wonderful! The room was clean, the shower was nice, and most rooms have a balcony which had incredible views of the pool, golf course, and Disney World! The outlets were easily accessible so there was no struggling to plug in our phones. They gave us fresh water bottles every day, which we greatly appreciated! The glass elevators were so cool, and the staff was wonderful. We ended up having to extend our trip due to bad weather and they easily accommodated us. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and I would highly recommend it!

An excellent experience! The room was clean and the resorts was fun and well taken care of. Don't miss the breakfast buffet at Latitude and Longitude. It is exceptional! The staff was mostly helpful and attentive. I am baffled as to why the cleaning staff didn't't replace or clean the glasses or stock the coffee valet for our 5 day stay but this was a small inconvenience. The staff at the pool were very friendly and efficient and the food and drinks were excellent! I also had a massage at the spa and it was delightful. There is a good selection of food options on the property too if you are looking to do all of your relaxing all in one place.

Really nice hotel. Great accommodations. Multiple restaurants and activities onsite. Can't beat the views and the proximity to Disney. Watched the fireworks from my room balcony. Food beats expectations and even has a Starbucks onsite. Have seen lots of families and groups come through, and the hotel isn't crowded. It's been very easy to get service and tables. Great experience.

Stayed here for a work trip and had a great experience! The rooms are modern and very welcoming. This is truly a resort with a ton of activities on hand and the conference center is HUGE!! They have two Starbucks inside, multiple restaurants, friendly staff and because of my Marriott Ambassador status, they upgraded us to a massive, 1200 sq foot room. Literally my only complaint is wifi in the rooms is absolutely horrible, pretty much non existent.

Posting review late, we stayed here from September 16-21, 2023 4 stars only because of the horrible experience we had checking in and checking out. We used a business card to book the stay, but couldn't take the card with us, so we did everything the hotel told us to do prior to our visit by filling out the credit card authorization form only to find out that we were incorrectly told how to fill out the form. If you are told to fill out this form, be aware, the options can be deceiving and I just recommend selecting to apply all charges to the business card right off the get go, trust me. This truly is a resort, not just a hotel! Our room was good, we got a double queen room. No view though, so if you want a good view, ask for the poolside rooms, otherwise, you're looking down on the main lobby. The pool was AMAZING! I don't recommend the lazy river though, it's just too small and the flow is too slow. This resort/hotel has everything, plenty of restaurants, pools are great, and the conference center side is awesome! Hopefully the check in/check out goes more smoothly next time. We'll definitely stay here again because of everything else though!

I would like to share a wonderful experience we had at Orlando Marriott World Center. We had a conference at the hotel.. due to tight schedule, we decided to dine in room. The order was delivered to our room rather quick.. except one item.. So I called room guest service again and spoke to the lady she took our order. I thanked her for elite guest service skill as she was so pleasant on the phone and I appreciate how quick the meal was prepared and delivered to us. She had our meal taken care off so quick.. The very next day I had a call from guest service to our room, and they were so nice and wonderful to send our kiddos couple stuffy animals along with fruit. I mean we were so happy with everything and all amenities at the resort, but this was THE CHERRY ON TOP. Thank you SO much to say the least.. We are so grateful to your hospitality, a wonderful experience for our kids and us. Can’t wait to share that with our friends and family 🙏🏻

I was at the Orlando World Marriott Center for a conference and absolutely loved my stay. My husband and 4-year-old tagged along as well and were never bored, as there were different options for little ones. My hubby and i were thrilled that there was a Starbucks on site. My little girl was thrilled about it as well since she got to eat her favorite bagel (Starbucks locations in Europe do not have bagels ... or at least we have not found one that does yet). Just a heads up, it is a HUGE hotel so there is lots of walking to rooms and restaurants. The service at the restaurants was great, although they did get pretty busy with a large conference going on. I recommend making reservations at one of the several restaurants, especially for dinner. The rooms were immaculate and service at check-in, valet, luggage service, restaurants, and room service were all outstanding! I would definitely visit again.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and well stocked with supplies. The bathrooms have big rolling barn doors and ours would not close. Room service is good as are the restaurants. I was there for a convention and the convention rooms are big and very nice. The parking garage is a bit of a walk but if you want to wait they do have a shuttle.

Room was very clean. This being a large facility, getting to my room was not difficult. Staff was great. While other hotels have made room service "by request", it was done daily here. Noise levels were good. Walking/Running trail around facility was helpful.

Great staff, close to Disney. Not a bad price compared to Disney. Plenty of great things to do when you’re on vacation, or staying for a work conference. The staff is very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond without question. A great place to stay.

We are loyal Mariott members but we had not been to this property. It truly is a resort. It;s expansive with a huge pool, spa and water park rides. Jumbo TV to watch sports while you are in the pool. There is also another small water park which you can use ( River Falls ) next to the resort. The golf course looks nice although we did not play this time. Service was good everywhere. Just a few things to be aware of - There is a daily resort fee of $42 and to self park its 35 and Valet is 50. Restaurants on site are not cheap either. Only tried the Italian - which was okay food wise ,service was great.

My fiance and I came for a relaxing and fun time. As a Marriott member, I was treated absolutely horribly. I work hard, I spent a lot of money this weekend to stay here, and in a short span: the staff were extremely rude despite my fiance and I being nothing but nice. We were also threatened when I tried to use the bathroom and find some water to drink before going back to my room to sleep. Beware of staying here. Since when does Marriott threaten well-paying guests arrest for trying to get a bottle of water? I've gotten way better service at 1-star hotels off 95. I'm still shaken and don't understand. Do not take your children here. This is not family-friendly and not safe. I will be calling corporate. Also, just another chip off the block on what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, some of the employees working there were beyond ill... as in their voice was hoarse from COVID or RSV. No regard for the health or safety of guests. I would have thought Marriott would provide sick days to their employees.

This resort is definitely in our TOP favorite hotels in Orlando. Pools were amazing, slides some of the BEST we have been on. Game room is awesome. Putt putt was great as well. We are already planning another trip back. A MUST STAY when in Orlando. You can spend 2 days at this hotel.and never leave and have plenty

Went for the LIFE conference 2022 and it was well suited for 6000+ people. The service was great and the area was kept clean. The building was absolutely giant but easy to navigate. Very close to Disney. Hotel staff are kind. The Starbucks inside had long lines even at 6:00 in the morning. Elevators are quick and have plenty of space for people and luggage. Overall great place to go to.

Horrible beyond horrible front desk service. Long story supposed to check in Friday, October 14 confirmed reservation since September 27. Checked in online got to hotel no record of reservation. 30 minutes later I get my room told it is for two nights as per original reservation. Saturday morning my app is telling me time for check out. Back downstairs for another 30 minutes. Sunday morning get my invoice and shows full price but my credit card had been charged when I made reservation. Hotel told me no record of this I even showed them my credit card statement still said no record. Basically I was told I would have to deal with it. No help from hotel, seriously worst customer service ever from a hotel with little care from management not even an offer to reach out on my behalf. The number given by manager was wrong number. I spent over an hour on phone trying to deal with this only to be told would be seven days to investigate. My account doesn’t even have record of stay. Hotel itself was nice and all other service was good. Although paying for a laser show room was not worth the cost. Complete dud.

We typically stay in the Marriott vacation clubs or Sheraton villas since those resorts have larger rooms with less fees. The hotel is massive but for us the size didn't bother us since we enjoy walking around but unlike the villa resorts there are just too many people everywhere. We only stayed 1 night on the way back from Daytona before our flight and we wouldn't stay again. Everywhere you go there's line ups for everything. We got an upgrade to a one bedroom suite and we did enjoy the room it was large and comfortable, and very clean. I will say though that the bathroom is quite small for such a large room. The grounds and the pools of the hotel are also quite nice. There is no adults only pool so keep that in mind if not traveling with kids. I would give this hotel a 4 but the $25 parking fee and $42 resort fee brings it down to a 3 for us. We simply found the hotel too busy and too crowded and we definitely wouldn't stay here for our main hotel. The villa resorts offer a more relaxing stay and they don't charge parking or resort fees.

The staff are incredibly helpful. I was here for a large work conference. I had an issue with my room, the hotel staff were able to have it taken care of and upgraded me at no additional cost to a different room for the inconvenience. The light show at 9pm is amazing. The pool view is worth every penny. I regret not being able to try out the water park they have, but it just didn't fit into my schedule. The poolside restaurant has amazingly delicious food. Highly recommend for events, vacations, or getaways!

My family and I stayed here over the weekend and had a wonderful time. There was a large convention going on during our stay, but we were there for the waterpark and that area was not busy at all. We ate at the pool side dining area and enjoyed the food. The rooms were modern and large. The resort is very large, but the resort did provide a shuttle to the parking garage. We also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to Disney Springs also. My son really enjoyed the nightly laser show at the pool too.

Standard fare, with a pretty lobby. Hotel gets very crowded for events, and can be very loud. Nothing luxurious with the stay at this hotel. Rooms didn’t have microwaves, hallway carpets should probably be replaced, room coffee maker is hidden, and there’s barn doors in the bathroom. Of course - refrigerators are not very cold. Food extremely expensive. $25 a meal for one on average. Door keys never work - no clear signage to the north tower parking lot and the door key doesn’t work there either. Upsides: kiddy pools are really fun for the kids, ideal for young children.

Had a marketing conference in this huge resort. The poolside bar had the fastest service and lots of tables with shade. Inside there were multiple places to grab breakfast, snacks and dinner. The pool is large and I didn't make it to the water park but that looked really fun. The convention area is massive with easy drop off and a FedEx office.

Wow, wish I could give it 10 stars. This place was absolutely beautiful and fun. The pool and water park was fabulous. Super friendly staff everywhere. Mobile check in and mobile key. Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. Can't wait to visit here again.

Very pleasantly surprised. From the friendly greeting at check in the great pool service, this place did not disappoint. This is a huge place, and at first, it was hard to get oriented. The restaurant selection is good as was the room. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool area is great(rent the daybeds). It’s not cheap, but I think it’s a good value and will return. Special kudos to David the cabana guy.

Nice large updated room. The staff was phenomenal. Every single person we passed completely engaged in the greeting or conversation. They did a wonderful job preparing for the hurricane. They offered advice to us while we stayed. They accommodated every need of our very large group. The restaurants, bars, and cafes/shops were great too. No complaints!
