We went to this location on Sand lake in Orlando to inform that my custom ring was too loose. For the life of me, I can't remember her name, but the overweight manager told me to gain weight in order to make the ring fit. I recommend finding a location that actually knows what they're doing before ordering a custom ring. Keep in mind I've spent about 24k at IDC, their selection is good enough for random jewelry items. I do not recommend any custom work be purchased from this specific location. I cannot speak on the custom work of other locations.

After a visit to a not so friendly ring store, me and my fiance were hesitant to go into another. The International Diamon Center was a complete 180. We walked in and they were able to help us with every question we had and even informed us if we wanted we could custom make our ring. Overall best customer experience I have ever had that made.

Very helpful, polite and courteous staff. I found the prices and the buying process to be a breeze. I learned they are a family owned business and have been around for 37 years. Well if that longevity isn’t proof of the value and service they offer at this location I don’t know what is. I am definitely going to get in trouble now but I dealt with Jack and Jennifer and they really took care of me and delivered on time. My Disney trip to Orlando was well worth it. I might skip the mouse and head to International Diamonds instead.
