The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to give you great service. I had an idea for a laser etched pendant for my wife and the sales team went above and beyond to ensure this was completed in time for Christmas. Their jewellery range is extensive and they also offer cleaning and battery replacement services too.

I visited the store yesterday with two of my beloved watches looking for a replacement battery for them. I was greeted by one of the nicest person I have ever met, a lovely lady behind the counter which whom was extremely helpful and treated my items with care and kindness. I had taken my broken engagement ring purchased elsewhere to Nowra Jewellers to get an opinion. Highly recommend this jeweller for all of your custom items or repairs. We had our wedding rings serviced with some repairs also & they came back sparkling like new!! We also had an Opal ring repaired & the consultation was very thorough & in depth, these guys know what they are talking about!
