Very expensive over priced Hamburger with the lot $17.50 Each the chips were $13.50 on their own and the gravy was $5 instead of $2 . Absolutely insane price. Never again.

About 8 months ago I went in to Choox which the year before had been my go to chicken burger shop. This visit was solidified as my last with a complete stuff up of my order. I usually order a chicken burger without bacon as I have allergies and when it was first sent out to me I checked it and there being bacon on my burger I asked them to change out the buns and cook the patty again. I was more than happy to wait seeming I enjoyed their burgers. Within two minutes I was served my burger which was already worrying. After telling the lady working I needed it all switched out she promised me she had done so. Upon getting home I opened the burger and not to anyone’s surprise the maple from the bacon was still present and clearly nothing had been switched out. What an absolute disappointment. Burger joint gone bad. To top it off my favourite part about Choox, the chips had changed and were no longer the incredible potato chips they had been. Down the gutter, never again. Goodbye Choox!

Very satisfying burgers and fantastic staff. Highly recommend getting the beef burger with a double patty, or the chicken schnitzel with the chilli mayo. Or both if you are up to it. Update: Five years later. Choox continues to hold the crown high for the best burgers in Orange. Even better now with a great arrangement of seating outside the shop to enjoy your meal. Restaurant quality food from a busy casual takeaway shop. Staff were very lovely too.

We ordered a large chips with gravy and our teen ran in to collect it. When we got home we realised we’d been charged $18.50. The chips were lovely, but less than you’d receive for $4 at the local fish and chip shop. When we called to question the cost we were told the chips were $13.50 on their own and the gravy was $5 instead of $2 because we’d asked for a regular instead of small (we hadn’t). Absolutely insane price. Never again.

I went to Choox for takeout, and it was amazing. The food was really good and I can't forget it. The customer service, especially from a nice young woman, was great. The place felt friendly because of it.

3 out 5 chickens just absolutely DRY. If you get a fresh one it's good but when you get the dry ones they are not edible. I won't be going back.

Very disappointed. I ordered a chicken schnitzel burger takeaway. When I got home and started eating it I realised that the chicken was still pink and not fully cooked. Had to throw the burger out the chips were ok

Ordered a seafood basket for a friend when l opened the box the fish had fallen apart while being cooked. The presentation of the meal was terrible.expected a nice presented meal for $22.00

I love Choox burger. The service varies depends on who is serving but on the whole great food. Sometimes it can get a bit pricey but what isn't these days.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, after waiting nearly 30 minutes for a cold piece of fish with warm salad and a hamburger they forgot to cook I asked for my money back. They staff-owners are rude and take no responsibility for their lack of service especially the female member taking orders. I will not be going back and wouldn't advise anyone to go there either

Just been to your shop…. Can’t complain about the food but the lady at the service counter really needs to be trained for customer service…. Very poor service

Are you tired of going out to but a chicken and being sold a pigeon or quail. Look no further. The chickens at choox are huge and so delicious. Worth the drive from dubbo to Orange.

We ordered catering for a family birthday party and the whole process was really easy. The people at Choox were very accommodating and helpful. The food was also really delicious! Everyone commented on how good the chicken was. Thank you so much!

Ordered a grilled chicken burger combo. What I got literally made me sick in the stomach. The chicken was soaked in oil, tasted old and didn't appear to be grilled.. One piece of small tomato and the lettuce looked old. My wife and son also tried a small bit and they both felt sick soon after. The chips were old, and had been reheated in the deep fryer. As for the price, $13.50 just for the burger and another $8 for the combo. Don't mind paying a bit extra for a good meal, but this was definitely not worth it.

Ordered the spicey Chicken Wings a couple of times although lovely to eat are $24.50 for 10 pieces yet KFC does 10 Wicked Wings ( spicey ) for $11.95 way to expensive to keep buying at these prices won't be back.

The food was excellent, fresh,tasty everything you would expect from a great food place.
