    Love the flexibility and convenience of working out at Better Shape! With no set class times, like other gyms, I can train at times that suit me. The circuit or workout changes daily and are all set up ready to go - so no need to think :) There is so much variety and the equipment is great. Kylie and Renee also design individual weight programs - so clients have the option of choosing to change up their training on any given day. They are very supportive and encourage me to challenge myself. Relaxed atmosphere - a great place to get fit and healthy !

    It has been many years since I have done any form of exercise due to health issues. It was a huge step for me just to walk into the gym. I always feel very anxious & intimidated. When I met Kylie I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. I feel great and very motivated thanks to Kylie! I’m only at the beginning of my fitness journey but have had amazing results already. I’m looking forward to a fit future!

    I have recently rejoined Better Shape Fitness after some time away I love the flexibility of training at anytime . No booking in required . Kylie is always there for direction and support with her gentle manner The sessions are varied and specific to my needs , the gym atmosphere is friendly and welcoming . Since rejoining I have been presented with my own BSF towel and water bottle 😀 Thanks Kylie

    I only started to train with Kylie a few weeks ago and I'm loving it. Kylie makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I'm already feeling so much stronger and happier. Its just part of my daily routine now. I would highly recommend Kylie at Better Shape Fitness.

    Kylie is excellent. She’s very supportive does a good mix of workouts to keep you engaged and ensures that all bases are covered. She’s great at modifying exercises to meet people’s physical limitations and requirements. I’d highly recommend trying Better Shape to get into better shape 😊

    I have returned to exercise after a long absence, i am currently in my second week and have been 5 times! Kylie is awesome, she always has a smile and greets you by your name, her personal training sessions are on demand in the morning between 6am - 10am and afternoons 4pm - 6.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 7am-10am on Sat so you can turn up anywhere during these times and know that you will be supported by a PT. No session has been the same, the workouts change and Kylie adapts exercises to work in with any medical conditions/injuries. Everyone i have met there is enjoying the workouts and having a PT on demand, its been the best gym i have joined....i actually look forward to going and feel great when i leave.

    Working with Kylie has been amazing! I’d never stepped foot into a gym 5 months ago and now regularly train 4-5 times per week. Her encouragement, and positive and friendly attitude have led to me making lifelong changes in not only the amount of exercise I do but changed my relationship with food. I love that I have a personal trainer who pushes me without having to book in times so I can fit it into my schedule. I can’t recommend Kylie enough!!!

    I have been training with Kylie for over 2 years now. Every day is different and the workouts are always varied with an emphasis on giving a total body workout. Kylie is super helpful and always encouraging. Because of the flexibility of hours you get the benefit of one on one training with Kylie without paying the enormous price tag. In terms of value for money and personal service I don’t know of any other gym in Wollongong that provides this. I can’t recommend Kylie highly enough. Give it a try. You will not regret it! Also, all of Kylie’s clients are very friendly and encouraging too!

    I have been with Better Shape for over a year. I wanted a gym that could give me workouts that would be challenging but enjoyable, fun and encouraging, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, kept me accountable, worked in with my schedule and a reasonable price. And I found this with Kylie at Better Shape Fitness. Kylie has a different program each day, she is friendly, professional, encouraging and cares. Kylie teaches and ensures we use correct technique and helps me when I'm struggling and we work together to achieve great healthy results. I am very grateful as I have learnt to make better choices with my health, meet amazing people, and I'm fitter and healthier. I highly recommend Kylie.

    Kylie is fantastic! She's incredibly helpful, approachable and takes the time to show you how to do each exercise/use each machine. Her programs are super organised and varied which keeps it interesting. Highly recommend!!

    It’s already been 4 weeks and I’ve been enjoying it so much. Kylie is so sweet and kind and guides me to gain strength. I love workingout with her. The best thing is you can go anytime you want during the day and the instructor is there to help you.

    My wife and I are both in our mid 50s and started training with Kylie in December. From our very first assessment Kylie put us both at ease. Every visit to the gym is managed personally by Kylie. She's professional, courteous, has not an ounce of judgement and makes you feel totally supported through every session. If you need to get in shape, but you don't want to do it alone, if your not used to the gym, feel self-conscious, need to feel better and feel better about yourself - give Kylie a call. You won't regret it.

    I highly recommend Better Shape Fitness and Kylie Taylor. It's a great setup in the gym with PT always there and great programs that are varied. My fitness level has improved so much and I could measure the improvement when out bike riding achieving hill climbs that I couldn't do before. I always look forward to getting to the gym, getting my workout done and feeling great for the rest of the day.

    I would HIGHLY recommend Kylie & Better Shape Fitness. Having access to a knowledgeable PT and well equipped space, with lots of support and encouragement has been very motivating. Having struggled with the intimidating nature of typical gyms, Kylie has been able to provide a much more accessible space & a schedule of training that is flexible.

    I have just started the gym with Kylie only 4 weeks ago. I didn’t think I would look forward to getting up early four times a week for a 1/2 hour gym session but I’m enjoying it. Kylie is a great personal trainer very professional and friendly and I am sure she will help me achieve my goals. I would definitely recommend Kylie.

👍👍 AFT Wollongong is a great Gym that I have been to. This place is huge and has plenty of equipment and the gym is clean always. The staff is supportive and the gym has massage chairs and equipment as well which helps to relax after the workouts. Highly recommended.
