Absolutely beautiful forest and giant boulders view down to Maitland Bay from shelf was stunning

Great walk to this spot which takes about 15/20minutes (2km) to get to from Maitland Bay Information centre. There are some steep steps and rocks to get there but i wouldn’t say it’s super difficult just take your time. You will certainly built up a bit of a sweat but it’s worth it. Look out for the Bullimah Spur lookout sign on the way down and follow it.

Worth the walk for the outstanding views towards Maitland Bay to the east and Putty / Killcare Beach to the west. An even better option is to continue along the Bullimah Spur Walking Track over Bullimah Outlook and down to the Coastal Track, allowing a circuit that includes a stop at Maitland Bay. Cracker of a walk. I'm 55 with 2 bad knees and did it quite easily. 20 mins in and out.

Simply the best lookout in the area. Stunning view, 1.6 km easy walk from the parking lot. Might see a snake here and there, bring a stick with you.

Beautiful nice easy walk too. Watch out for snakes as with any national park in aus. Saw one today in middle of winter.
