I used to enjoy visiting Timezone Chatswood, but unfortunately, in the last 12 months, the quality of the place has noticeably declined. The machines are often either not functioning properly or completely out of order, which makes it difficult to enjoy the games and activities. As a result of this decline, I won't be in a rush to return to Timezone Chatswood and will likely use my credits at another Timezone location instead. It's a shame to see a once-great place fall so far, but I hope that management can take steps to improve the maintenance and upkeep of the machines in the future.

Timezone is a pretty fun place to go with your friends in the holidays. Great arcade games and they even have a counter for food and you can get things in exchange for your tickets. It is a bit overpriced, but its worth it. I was a bit annoyed when my voucher didn't work, but in the end I got a pretty good deal. Great place to visit with friends or even family. Highly recommend.

So disappointed with Timezone Chatswood. We come here nearly every Saturday to play. We love playing the claw machines. Some day with good luck and some day with bad luck which could all be understandable. However came today and found they have updated the machines and apparently the payout rate too. This machine I played twice, totally scanned 29 times just by myself. In between there were also other people playing for another 20+ times at least, still didn’t get any one out. After I gave up, another couple played for another 10 times, still no luck. Can you believe it - about 60+ times with no payout. It was ridiculous for such a small plush toy with such low pay out rate. We have been a long term customer at Timezone but this is ripping off. We observed other machines too and same situation. For about an hour of our stay there there was nearly no machine going strong claw. Will honestly not come to Chatswood Timezone anymore. Go to other stores if you don’t want to get ripped.

Our hostess Lorin was amazing….great with the kids, incredibly helpful and always available….The whole party was so easy from the initial booking to packing up at the end - I highly recommend it!

Melina was our party host celebrating my daughter's 6th birthday over the weekend. She had so much fun with her friends and Melina was with them all the way. Melina showed care and attention to detail, and I cannot recommend her more.

Today, all the claw machine settings got changed and nobody could win a prize. A big scam. Use to be able to win prize though. Not recommended to go this week. Definitely got changed on purpose.

I am rating my daughter’s 7th birthday party. The experience was positive overall but the tricky part was when the kids started to eat the staff was so pushy to get us finish quickly and leave and that didn’t make us very comfortable.

My daughter had an amazing birthday party with her friends! Fran was a wonderful and attentive host! Thank you for making this a special day

Lorin was a fantastic host. Our food delivery was 20 minutes late I was flustered she was calm. Very polite and professional. Happy with whole experience.

Coming to Timezone was so much fun for the whole family… The food is quite good and I had a quality coffee made by a staff member named Dahni… Will absolutely be back for another round of Hungry Hungry Hippos… David

Our 5 year old's party at Timezone in Chatswood was a huge success! Perfect ammount of time, great food and drinks, and a super helpful party host - Lorin! Couldn't recommend more highly!

Chatty Timezone is the best. My kids and I love it — lots of fun games to play and the service is excellent. One of the games wasn’t working, so I asked the guy there named Dhani to fix it. He fixed it promptly and everyone was real happy!

Thank you Yashee and Timezone for the best morning ever! 8 year old boys birthday could not be better. Yashee was our host and she was so helpful and sweet to the kids . She made sure they all knew how to use their passes and showed us how to play the games. With her help we even scored a toy with the claw! Pizzas were terrific. Amazing thank you!

We had my girl’s birthday party in Timezone Chatswood today but it wasn’t a good experience. I know there were many parties happening today. And Anna and Andrew had try their best to get our guests seated as soon as table available. But lack of table makes my guest very confused where to meet. Especially 3 of my guests had party in the same place before. And they all said they got table ready before the party time start. So that makes us felt it was not been organised well in this place today.

I am very happy that I chose Timezone Chatswood for my kid’s party. The staff is very professional and extremely supportive. Big shout out for Andrew for hosting the party exquisitely, kids loved it.

Clean and big enough for 10 yo. Our party host Melina was great at getting the kids to do challenges and help them have extra fun. The timing of the party was just right as well for the attention span of 10 yos as well!

Excellent Timezone venue, one of the best I've ever been to. Very spacious and filled with many entertaining games. The staff were incredibly helpful too, overall great experience. Also has drink and snack options from their in-house bar.

My 10 year old son had an amazing time celebrating his birthday with his besties, all the kids enjoyed their time. Thanks host Anna for guiding & checking the kids during the party & made my little guy feel very special🥰 Would highly recommend to other parents for party ideas.

I guess it depends of a lot on the game that you choose. With small kids under 10, we found that every second game was broken. This means instead of having 2 to 4 people playing the same game we would have one or two people sitting out it's time because something didn't work. It's very disappointing. The light gun games also very laggy. For some reason you can literally see the line of shots slowly move towards where your gun is pointing. This of course means you miss everything and you lose in a frustrating way.

We had our daughters 6th birthday party at Chatswood and she and all her friends had the best time! Our host, Dee, was amazing and looked after all the kids so well. She was always there when we needed anything. The food was so delicious. I would definitely recommend it for any kids party. Thanks so much Dee 😊

Avoid if you like rhythm games - used to like this place but the machines are not maintained properly. Taiko drum is completely broken and staff didn't even believe us (guy slammed the drum really hard a bunch of times with both sticks, it registered one hit - told us it was working). Dance rush machine sensor is all over the place. The venue needs to maintain the machines properly or at least shut down the machines when they are broken, not leave them open.
