They just extracted my nephews 4 front teeth & kept him comfortable and reassured through the whole process, even before the procedure they were so helpful in getting my 4 year old nephew ready for such a big scary experience! My wife and I visited this premises on Sunday, 18/06/23 along with our daughter who was very distressed about her toothache. On a Sunday afternoon, these staff were very patient and extremely approachable. In a very short time, our daughter was attended to and her problem was solved. We didn't expect such an excellent service, more so on a Sunday. I recommend this practice and its staff.

Could not be happier with the service I have received. Straight away I felt comfortable with the staff and they explained every step of the process and I honestly couldn't be happier with the work they have already done. My teeth had gotten to a point I would not even smile and found it hard talking to people without trying to hide my teeth. I recently got married and none of our photos have me with a smile in them. After some referrals really put me off getting implants done, I thought I would make an appointment with Winning Smiles and so glad I did. I was immediately comfortable with Dr Leela and team and after the initial consultation I knew what I was in for in terms of the procedure, time frame and worst case total cost, whereas I could not get a clear answer from other referrals as they only handled part of the implant procedure. Dr Leela handles it all and looking back, she made it a very comfortable and painless experience given the intricate work involved. Throughout the procedure I visited all three Winning Smiles locations and all were just as welcoming as each other. I have attended this dentist 2 times in the last few weeks. The first time I had an appointment for 2.30pm and didn’t see the dentist until around 4pm. She told me that it is only like that on the weekends and during the week they are on time. My next appointment was on a Monday at 11am and I didn’t see the dentist until nearly 12pm. I made it clear that money was an issue and I needed transparency with cost which I did not receive. I was booked in for a clean and told them that is all I want. The dentist proceeded to do a full comprehensive exam and take photos etc. I stopped her and repeated that all I want is a clean. I do not want photos etc as I had no intention of returning due to their disorganisation. When it came time to pay my invoice included all of the services that not only I didn’t ask for, I specifically stopped her and told her I do not want. I was getting quite upset and I was just told by the dentist ‘Don’t get emotional’. I paid and left without standing up for myself because I was so upset about the way I was treated. The receptionist called me the next day and I tried to calmly and politely explain the issues that I had had so she could pass on my complaint. She ended up interrupting me and talking over me and wouldn’t let me finish. It is so hard to find an honest and kind dentist and this is certainly not one.

My son had his second dental visit out of school with dentist Dr Samreen, she is always amazing withthe kids really know how to make them feel comfortable thank you so much! Found the perfect dentist for our family, highly recommended! Thankyou have a great chritmas and new years!
