By far the filthiest kids play centre I’ve been to. We got here first thing in the morning on a Monday. You would assume that the place would be clean first thing in the morning but it’s clear the place hasn’t been cleaned from all the parties over the weekend or even prior to that. We were the only ones there with one child and the staff were just off chatting somewhere after being told about the state of place. We were there for around 2 hours and no one came down to clean. Another family arrived and their little kids were going around picking up the rubbish.

I don't even want to give this place a one rating. We arrived and moments later Cranebrook Highschool students arrived, swearing at 10 year olds and they took over the whole place we wanted a refund so we could leave but we're refused. One staff member did her job but the manager was rude and showed no care over the situation.

A very dirty place. Food all over the ground down stairs. Bought the only donut and was stale, had the staff microwave it to soften, didn't stay soft for long. Recommend Marsden Park flip out better set-up

Staff were not overly helpful. Service was incredibly slow. Food options are very minimal. Staff tasked with safety in jumping area were noticeably uninterested in actively taking a safety role.

Absolutely fantastic setup Great fun for all ages 😀 including Adults Family friendly Kids of all ages have so much fun The staff are incredibly friendly and great with the kids. There is an ipad for the children to choose songs they want to hear while they play.

Really a good place friendly staff that always are checking up on you I highly recommend this flip out really good service

It's pretty new, clean and organised. Not too busy when I went. It is great that we can sit upstairs and are able to see the kids downstairs from sitting area. Also great that there is a small children section for under 7 only

Amazing place to take your kids with a restaurant next door yo loco kids can eat and play and parents can watch the footy and have a drink

Needs Upgrade so you don’t have to fill in paperwork… took 8 kids the other day, and regardless of the line going way back to the elevator, I had to fill out each individual kid to be able to use their facilities…SERIOUSLY… took me nearly 15 minutes.. a put off when you wanna go take the kids for some fun and all they worried about is being sued…

I took my 2 grandsons 2 and 4 when there was no other persons there. Jayln the young staff member spent time with them playing hide and seek and helping them on the trampolines. Very impressive young man.

It is pretty good don’t get two hours gets so boring. But at first it is fun. Also stuff closes down and it’s always crowded

These 5 stars go out to Bry who was supervising the kids downstairs on the foam pit tramps. Thankyou for encouraging the kids, including the kids and helping them learn proper falling techniques and how to jump safely! It’s very rare to see employees actually loving their jobs and making an effort on the floor (anywhere not just here) The kids and us adults are very greatful for you and your time! Thankyou!! 🫶🏼

Don’t bother having your birthday party there! The staff have no idea how to host a party!! My wife had to do it all herself .. clear the table from previous party, help set up, plate all the food, ask for plates, ask for sauce etc oh & when they tell u there will be lolly bags & chips on the table they mean like 2 bowls lol that you could buy from woollies for $3 !!!!!! could’ve just pulled up two tables & paid for entrance , bought 5 trays of food instead of just chips & nuggets, brought my own cake & lollies & would’ve still had change left over!! Best part … when you email your concerns to them AND to head office no one replies to you!!! But when we emailing about the party they’re quick to reply to get your money for a service they can’t provide!!!!

Terrible, there’s not much that I can say, the trampolines or old and not functional. The pads keep sliding off the springs and revealing them, the trampolines are hard to jump on and aren’t very effective, there is no space to jump as the place is too packed, horrible customer service not knowing when and where I can jump, I tried asking for a refund as it was far from what I was expecting snd the staff was rude and obnoxious not giving me any answers.

Absolutely horrible. Went there expecting to bounce on trampolines instead had to stand around and not bounce because there was kids everywhere running around.Trampolines falling apart and not bouncy at all. Asked for a refund because we couldn’t use the trampolines, was yelled at saying they won’t give us a refund because we should have known it would be packed and we paid for a service. Never going again.
