I spoke with Nicole who did a great job. She explained things I didn’t know and gave me suggestions that positively impacted my decisions with my lenses and frames. Everyone I interacted with was kind and it seemed like they were genuinely happy working and naturally it put me in a good mood too. Highly recommend :)

I had my eyes tested today by Diane at Lakehaven and she was wonderful. She explained everything in a way that I understood, very thorough also. I felt very comfortable with her.

I highly recommend Specsavers Lake Haven after a great experience, from walking in yesterday and being served quickly and politely by a lovely staff member who booked me an appointment to Daniel who did a thorough and informative eye test today. All my concerns were answered with knowledge and patience. I then had a really nice guy help me pick out new glasses that I’m so happy with which was amazing as I’m normally left to wander around trying to figure out what suits me. 10/10 to everyone involved who were so helpful and nice 😊

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. As we are aged pensioners they went above and beyond to ensure an informative experience, especially when receiving our first hearing aids and could not have been more caring. Even when it meant explaining things more than once.

I am not happy with the new lenses that I had custom made with extra accessories. This is the second pair of new prescription lenses over the last 2 years that have not been correct for my head hight when viewing objects with my head in a straight forward position. The first pair I had remade before I could see correctly using the full scope of the lens area top to bottom. I can see most images without using the currently new lenses. At present to see close up images I run out of lens as I try to focus.

I have use a few different specsavers and other optometrists in Sydney and the central coast but Lake Haven specksavers is the best one I’ve ever been to. The optometrist was pleasant and friendly and explained everything and didn’t keep me waiting. And the guy that did my fitting also was pleasant and friendly and a great help in explaining about my new glasses. And not only that they were a great improvement on my eyesight straight away. I didn’t have to wait to get used to them like all the other times. 10 out of 10 for these guys And a big thank you from me.

Came in to price compare glasses against another retailer. Rachel was very helpful in finding great frames to suit my face, and get me information on pricing. Siobhan was amazing in explaining different lens types and add ons, and helping us walk out with a much better detail than the competitor store. Will be switching to Specsavers for my future eye checkups!

Staff were helpful and ensured that glasses were suited to my needs and that they fit perfectly when they came into the store. The price also wasn't too bad either.
