I visited today, as Saturday afternoon at 2pm. We paid for 2 hours, and had to buy socks because they require “grippy socks”. I had not been to this kids cafe before, but have visited other kids cafes. I was shocked to see the overflow of shoes sprawling all over the entry. I was shocked at the unbelievable amount of people that were at this venue. I soon came to realise that this is nothing better than a glorified and overpriced play centre. We headed downstairs to see all of the toys strewn around the place. Dusty, unclean and broken toys. Not enough staff to upkeep with children playing. But also the state of the toys were damaged and broken. If you are charging $74 for 2 hours of play for 2 kids over 3 years old, I’d expect alot more than what I saw. I ended up getting a refund for the 2nd hour I paid, because it was an absolute waste. The staff that dealt with me was very nice and apologetic. I won’t be going back, and will stick to the other kids cafes I’ve been to.

Took my 5 year old nephew here, he spent 1.5 hours there and he could've been there for longer if we had let him. Even though as adults, the play areas seems simple, the kids absolutely love the place and can be preoccupied for a long time. It's also a good spot for the youngens to make a few friends and learn to socialise. For the adults there are seats and tables, and one would be comfortable enough to let their kids roam by themselves (depending on age) since everything is mostly kids safe, as long as you can see them from afar. There is also a cafe there if you want some food and drinks. Price of entry is reasonable. Socks are mandatory for kids and adults, and if you forgot to bring some, the kids socks are only $4 at the counter. Parking is available on the street but it's not difficult to find a space. When we were there, the elevators were not in service.

So good! First I thought it was a bit small for the price, but there is a whole downstairs! I didn’t care for the video game aspect myself—the big screen on the wall that kids throw balls at (why do I need to encourage screen addiction in a place I take them to burn physical energy and have imaginative play?)—and the restrooms could have been cleaner. However, the toilets were perfectly sized for small bottoms, which was perfect. My only other complaint was that there were only two cars, both very small, and one was broken. The cars were in high demand and being unable to turn the wheel on one without yanking the wheel up just right was frustrating. All the good: -Mega ball pit -Special ball pin in lower level reserved for people 0-2 -Imaginative play area included a shop, cooking, dentist or doctor, and stage make up -Plenty to climb -Pretty good slides -Several small trampolines built into the infrastructure My kids had a fabulous time.

The best kid play centre in the town. My son just loves it. The space is huge and has 2 levels where kids from 1 year old to 10 can find the right spot to play. Highly recommended.

My daughter's friend had arranged her birthday party at this place. The experience was really exciting inside as well as during cake cutting ceremony. I would definitely recommend this places for parties. But I feel they need to have better deals for different groups numbers as the play area is shared with others too. So technically there is no privacy. Too much crowded for giving personal touch to the party guests.

Great space and facilities Hot food is good but on the pricey end Very popular place and can be packed Management needs to hurry up and update facilities and equipment as mentioned by all other reviewers! We can not be waiting till end of the year for missing equipment to be replaced. I’m most concerned with the cleanliness as it has definitely gone down hill. Serious improvements and attention need to be made right away. Today there was spillage on the floor and I had to bring this attention to the staff. Vacated tables left dirty which I had to ask the staff to attend to. I also ended up stepping on pieces of food and chips dirtying and staining my socks

Not a bad place to take kids, there is a bit to do there. Good ball pit and climbing area, trampolines and slides upstairs then there is some block building and lego and activitiea downstairs moreso for the younger kids. A bit expensive for what is there but the kids had fun so that is a win there.
