Booked
online
for
an
all
over
colour,
cut
and
blow
dry.
Had
a
confirmation
email
sent,
as
well
as
a
confirmation
phone
call
to
confirm
the
time
and
date.
Rocked
up
at
the
scheduled
appointment
time
and
date
only
to
find
that
my
appointment
was
no
where
to
be
seen
on
their
system
despite
having
confirmed
twice
via
phone
and
email.
Was
made
to
feel
like
it
was
my
fault
despite
showing
evidence
of
the
phone
call
and
confirmation
email.
Was
met
with
very
rude
guy
(had
blonde
hair)
at
the
counter
insisting
that
they
were
fully
booked
and
there
was
nothing
I
could
do.
I’m
not
one
to
normally
complain
but
it
was
super
unprofessional
and
rude
and
made
me
feel
quite
unwelcome.
Even
after
the
stylist
came
and
managed
to
fit
me
in
after
the
inconvenience
I
was
met
with
rude
stares
and
looks
at
me
from
the
guy
at
the
counter
in
the
mirror
whilst
my
hair
was
being
done.
I
had
a
reference
photo
of
the
exact
colour
my
hair
was
when
freshly
dyed
(the
one
that
I
was
asking
for)
and
unfortunately
the
colour
was
not
what
I
wanted
and
way
too
light.
When
the
colour
was
being
rinsed
off
in
the
basin,
the
water
was
dripping
all
down
my
back
and
I
walked
out
of
the
salon
soaking
wet.
For
someone
who
has
major
trust
issues
with
people
doing
my
hair
(have
had
the
same
stylist
since
I
was
16
and
only
needing
to
change
due
to
her
being
on
maternity
leave)
I
did
not
walk
out
of
the
salon
feeling
confident
in
what
I
looked
like
at
all.
I
believe
your
staff
need
training
in
customer
service
as
no
one
should
be
made
to
feel
at
fault
or
unwelcome
in
a
place.
Absolutely
disgusting
behaviour!
