clinic
&
the
very
1st
time
i
did
not
get
charged
for
GP
consultation
as
i
got
bulk
billed.
But
for
the
second
follow
-up
consultations
they
charged
$80
&
told
me
would
get
a
refund
of
$
41.20
When
i
queried
regarding
it
they
told
the
doctor
decided
to
do
bulk
bill
me
1st
time
&
this
time
not.
The
doctor
or
the
receptionist
did
not
explained
me
regarding
charging
me
prior
to
this
consultation,
where
i
expected
a
bulk
billing
option
liket
the
1st
time.
My
wife
booked
both
this
consultation
for
me
through
Dr.
Hub
application
&
it
is
not
explaining
the
billing
policy
in
the
Dr.
Hub
app
aswell)
.
When
i
quireied
regarding
the
payment
and
the
practice
manager
&
receptionist
said
that
doctor
decided
to
charge
you
this
time
and
bulk
billedfor
the
consulration
and
it
was
a
new
information
for
me
to
pay
for
a
Gp
consultation
while
you
holding
a
valid
medicare
card..
My
knowledge
so
far
was,
need
to
pay
the
Gap
for
specialist
consulration
only
and
I
never
paid
extra
for
Gp
consultation
and
got
bulk
billing
for
the
all
GP
consultation
in
the
past
4
years.
When
i
discussed
this,
the
practice
manager
told
me
that
it
is
a
private
practice
&
when
you
made
the
booking
through
Dr.
Hub
you
get
agreed
with
the
billing
policies
(which
was
a
hidden
information
in
Doctor
Hub
app
as
we
could
not
see
it
while
booking.
I
am
totally
unhappy
about
this
way
of
charging
the
customer
&
does
not
gunderstand
get
bulk
billed
for
the
1st
consultation
&
being
asked
to
pay
for
the
2nd
consultation;
which
was
a
standadard
consultation
(follow
-
up
)
with
my
boold
results
where
I
thought
will
get
bulk
billed.
I
do
not
understand
the
logic
between
getting
bulk
billed
1st
time
with
medicare
and
get
asked
to
pay
for
the
2nd
consultation,
where
you
have
an
option
to
pay
through
bulk
billing
(
Medicare
).
We
moved
with
family
to
Kempsey
recently
&
very
new
to
this
place
&
to
this
clinic.
We
consulted
with
GP
in
our
previous
place
and
all
of
the
consultation
get
bulk
billed
for
the
past
4
years
for
all
of
our
family
members
&
never
had
this
kind
of
experience.
I
am
totally
unhappy
the
way
i
got
informed
&
got
charged
for
2nd
follow
up
consultion....
