Super disappointed with my ultrasound today. I tried to not let it get to me but honestly it needs to be said. I had a special gender reveal planned for my husband and his sick father. The lady who did my ultrasound was cold and unwelcoming. At first she was annoyed that I was booked in at 19 weeks when that’s what I was told to do. Then to top it off, I asked her to please write the gender down on a paper. She said no worries and then instead told my husband and I the gender. She took a very special moment from my husband and his dying father. She only turned nice after she realised she messed up. Thank god we didnt have a whole event planned. This will be my last baby due to complications, I will not get these moments back. Staff should not be cold and unkind. Unacceptable.

I visited there for ultrasound for the first time on 19/05/23 at around 10.30 am. The receptionist (don’t know her name but has black hair and wears glasses) was extremely rude. If I didn’t know something she could’ve helped me instead of showing attitude. I had some enquiries but her behaviour made me head to a different receptionist. The doctor who did my ultrasound was really nice but the receptionist’s behaviour ruined my day. Not going back to that place.

I've had TWO appointments cancelled by this place, 1st because of a breach of their cyber security and now because the MRI overheated, meanwhile I'm in constant discomfort and a MRI would help find out what is causing the discomfort. I have to drive an hour for these appointments and have had take days off of work. GET IT TOGETHER NEPEAN RADIOLOGY.

Have been there a few times the past 2 months. Staff are always lovely and the nurse I had today for a biopsy was gentle and kind. The Dr was professional and thankfully, quick. Having read the reviews, I understand that the parking is not so good. This would be difficult for disabled patients having to get in and out. The staff can't help that and I'm sure they would fix it if they could.

Fantastic, professional staff. I was especially impressed by Jo, who gave me my injection, as I did not feel any pain at all. Previously medical staff have had a lot of trouble locating my veins. She was just so efficient throughout the whole process, explaining it as she went, and it made me feel confident even though this was a stressful time. Thank you!

Staff were very helpful when my son needed an urgent ultrasound yesterday. They squeezed him in and then were able to get him in even sooner than expected. It was very much appreciated.

Used to be a good place and upgrade of building was great but not anymore. My GP called through for an urgent CT scan and paperwork was marked as urgent and circled and I rushed in to have it done. I even verbally advised staff it was marked as urgent and they advised it would be a few hours to 24hrs max (instead of the normal 3-4 days). Over 24 hrs later and GP hasn’t received report so I called to chase up and was advised they haven’t done it yet and radiology drs now gone home so will look at it Monday so 4 days after the scan! It’s marked as urgent for a reason. Very dangerous and shocking, no empathy or medical understanding or care at all. When I did call to chase up the results staff member just didn’t care. Said they’d maybe try and contact the radiology dr but he had gone home. Scanning staff were lovely especially during injection of dye but reception staff are always unfriendly and look like they don’t want to be there. Parking is terrible and spots are tiny so very hard to get in and out of your car. I have used this place a lot over the years but it just gets worse and worse. It was a Friday morning scan was done but I was advised it would be a few hrs or max 24 hrs so should have been done. If my GP hadn’t called it through herself I would have chosen to go elsewhere.

Been there twice in the last 2 days and I cannot express how grateful I am to the sonographer. Pleasant manner, extremely thorough and made me feel extremely comfortable. A.P you are doing amazing work and I cannot thank you enough!

5 stars and a big thank you review to the team at Nepean radiology especially Brooke on reception she went above and beyond to help today and her time and effort I hope is highly recognised she was so so caring and didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again
