This is a beautiful National Park and well with the $8 entry fee for the day. The roads around the park are well kept and their are various beautiful spots to stop for a picnic or swim. There is also two campsites. Our favourite beach was Frazer beach.

Lovely spot for all to enjoy, the beach was amazing with waves big enough for our kids to enjoy. There are a few bea hes and camp spots to enjoy in this area.

One of our favourite beaches so far. As you walk up the track to the beach, clad beach to your right and unclad to your left. Really good break up of the beach to accommodate both preferences. Nice place to just sit and enjoy the ocean views, or go for a stroll through the cool water on a warm sunny day

Walked from Moonee Beach to Frazer Park and back pretty easy trail, mostly fire trail with great views along the way.

We camped at Freeman's campground and visited both Birdie and Frazer beaches. The walk to the headland was short from the carpark and the views were spectacular. Beware the rips on Birdie beach, it's really unsuitable for non swimmers. We are now planning our next trip back to try out Frazer's campground.

A beautiful spot close to Newcastle but without the crowds. Miles of beach and you can always find somewhere on it without the dramas of a city beach.

A beautiful area of coastline with lots of beaches, headlands, and coastal bushland to explore. Plenty of lookouts, scenic drives, and walking trails too. A selection of secluded, nicely laid out camping areas are also here. It feels far from civilisation but a close drive from Newcastle and Central Coast areas.
