not
thank
Sara
Jane
enough
for
taking
me
to
health
and
happiness!
Last
year
was
tough.
It
resulted
in
an
operation
and
the
necessary
heavy
duty
antibiotics
and
post
op
drugs
for
recovery.
After
some
months
I
was
living
on
a
diet
that
largely
consisted
of
unhealthy
carbs
and
sugar
to
keep
me
going
in
a
active
life.
It
was
a
friend
that
suggested
a
naturopath
maybe
is
what
I
needed
and
after
a
google
search
I
was
so
lucky
to
find
Sara
Jane.
Her
advice
on
diet
was
sound,
it
just
made
sense.
I
was
in
for
a
change
so
why
not
give
it
a
go?
With
some
help
of
some
herbs
I
was
off
sugar
with
no
cravings
within
24hrs.
It
was
a
miracle!
After
some
days
the
body
bloating
that
was
uncomfortable
largely
subsided.
Slowly
my
natural
energy
returned
and
I
was
able
to
then
include
some
exercise
to
round
out
my
recovery
program.
A
few
weeks
ago
I
was
competing
on
a
National
level
for
a
sport
where
I
am
not
only
a
participant
but
a
coach.
I
surprised
myself
only
requiring
a
natural
diet
of
fruit,
vegetables
with
some
healthy
carbs
and
proteins
to
get
me
through
the
week
instead
of
the
usual
sugar
hit
of
snakes
and
potato
chips.
This
was
a
first
for
me
in
15years.
If
only
I
had
found
Sara
Jane
sooner!
Now
three
months
down
the
track
and
my
diet
is
awesome
with
energy
to
boot.
For
the
first
time
ever
I
am
able
to
just
eat
normally
and
maintain
a
healthy
steady
weight.
I
don't
have
any
wacky
diet
requirements,
just
good
old
fashion
healthy
food.
I
don't
crave
sugar
at
all.
In
fact,
I
just
don't
eat
it
-
my
body
now
rejects
the
taste
of
it!
Very
strange
for
someone
who
battled
the

during
