I visited Rebel Sport for a new pair of shoes. While I had something in mind the young assistant identified my very flat feet and was very knowledgeable in the many brands of shoes that would be suitable to my feet. I was impressed. That day I walked out without purchasing however since then I've purchased a pair of shoes rebel online as he suggested if I was unable to come back. Thanks rebel for training your staff in an important part of our long-term health.

I had to return a pair of running shoes yesterday which seemed to have failed after 6 months. The team at the erina store sorted my issue proactively and without any back and forth. The whole process was great and I’ll be buying all my shoes from here now as the first instance I needed help after sale, they delivered above expectations.

Visited this store today with the intent of buying a $1700 sports watch. After being ignored by every team member that walked past us, we went and spent our money elsewhere. Really need to work on your lack of customer service, but must admit their ability to avoid eye contact is top notch...
