This week my husband and I came to your shop to buy hiking boots. It is not the first time that we bought our boots in your shop. We never had to complain about your products. We were served by a very kind lady. We are always touched when staff are friendly, patient and showing interest in their customers. In an always busy world there is very little time to show gratitude. Kind words are in our opinion very important. I always don’t get the best customer service, but the last couple of times has a better. On Saturday, staff member name Troy. Gave me very good customer service, good work Troy. Keep up the good work, I would give you five stars.

Great place to go. Staff are friendly even when busy staff will give you a hand. Some days they could use a few more staff on. Good product range and great competitive pricing with their price matches.

Bloody disgraceful. Went there today and couldn't get anyone to help. Had to get things yourself and found to be more expensive than other places. Didn't want too much but were there for quite awhile and no one came up and asked of we needed any help. Just thought there customer service was really lacking. Then came home seen an add about buying a gift card for Fathers day and you get a bonus $20 with an $80 gift card, we bought a fifty but if the person serving had of mentioned that deal we would have spent more.😣
