The Sales lady in this store is quite rude. I was trying on a dress and i was finding it hard to close the button that goes at the back of the dress near the neck area, So i asked for help from the saleslady, she then told me, if i cant close the button i shouldn’t get the dress, i said to her i have some one that can help me with the dress she then said, i cant put the button bcoz of my nails , and i said dont worry about it then, but she managed to button it up. The dress fits nicely but i got turned off by that salesladies attitude. I didn’t end up buying the dress and told her i changed my mind. I have never came across a rude salesperson. So disappointed , I really liked that dress though.

A few weeks ago I had a sudden panic attack, I walked into the first store I saw. That so happened to be this Sportsgirl. I walked toward the fitting rooms and I was greeted with a very unwelcoming staff member. She gave me a dirty look and asked questions such as if I took anything from the beauty table and told me if I was just going to waste time I should go to the bathroom instead, etc. She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable which caused my anxiety to sky-rocket. No staff member should make a customer feel so threatened. I read through your Terms and Conditions and not once does it state that customers are not allowed in the fitting rooms without clothes that they could potentially buy. I have a description of that staff member if you need, and until this issue is resolved I will not be shopping at this Sportsgirl. You have lost a loyal customer.

This one particular staff member was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I went to the change rooms with my friend and was about to close the door when out nowhere I was ambushed by the sales assistant, who then proceeded to gesture the stop sign with her hand, as if she was directing traffic, and said ..... "STOP 🛑, you can't be in here without my permission........ didn't you see the sign?"(With a bucket load of attitude and lots more hand gesturing). The sign was nowhere to seen. So rude and unwelcoming🤬

Staff members are rude and unwelcoming! We went in to purchase a gift for my daughters friends birthday and was asked to leave because I was holding a small bag that had food in it! I understand and respect no food or drinking in the store but I was holding it in my hand after just purchasing it with a drink and was told I can’t be in there! I couldn’t exactly leave a 5 and 11 year old in the shop by themselves so walked out with 2 upset children that didn’t understand why we couldn’t be in there! We were holding gifts to purchase and had to put them back, I told the lady we had to do this and she replied that’s fine we don’t mind. Absolutely disgraceful customer service!

Your team/management accused my girlfriend and I of stealing. firstly your products are below average quality, and aren’t worth the fine we’d cop if we ACTUALLY stole anything; secondly I was holding the dress up so that it didn’t drag across your nasty crusty floor, don’t worry next time I’ll let it drag on the floor so your stock get dirty; thirdly instead of watching the cameras and fact checking you had a security guard come and corner us in another store! Resulting in the other stores following us around and assuming the worst. Next time we will have one of your staff follow us around the store and carry clothing and accessories, so that you know we aren’t thief’s, if we ever come back in after this behaviour. I believe this was only reported because me and my girlfriend went in together as a couple!
