We dined here on a Saturday afternoon and ordered special beef pho and grilled pork. The portions were decent and service was quick and friendly. The meat was tender and delicious. We will be back to try out more dishes.

I eat here about once a week and can not praise the food and service enough. Find below some photos I took of my favourites; special beef pho, salty squid, crispy egg noodle combination, combination luksa, spicy beef pho and (probably my all time favourite) crispy skin chicken with egg noodle soup. (NB: the photos may not appear under this review but click '... x photos' above or follow the 'See photos' for the restaurant in Google search.) 28/05/2020 COVID-update: Pho Master Parramatta, keeping it real (takeway style) during the pandemic (new photos): crispy skin chicken with egg noodle soup, combination salt&pepper seafood, crispy egg noodle combination, special beef pho and combination bún (vermicelli noodle salad). Keep up the good work :)

Love their combination vermicelli salad bowl. Also tried their durian milkshake but it’s a bit too sweet for me. Gonna try out more dishes at this place.

Looks like they've moved down the road (next to Kanzo) where the Caesars used to be. Large Special Beef Pho: one of the best in the area. Well balanced soup base. Good portion sizes. Combination Laksa: more of a HK style so the soup base isn't very thick (c.f. say Temasek - which I find too thick and too 'fishy'). Could do with a bit more depth and turning the spice level down. Whilst I enjoyed it, the soup was hotter than the chopped chillies!

1st time here for dinner 1.8.22 we ordered: Combo beef pho - generous proportion & flavoursome. But because it didn't come with tendons, & the soup base was not hot enough to fully cook the raw beef (which gave it a raw beefy taste), it was disappointing Combo laksa - worse we've ever had. My partner took a few bites & couldn't eat anymore. I thought it was just him so I took a bite of the tofu, beef, chicken & squid, & found they weren't cooked enough & lacking in freshness/quality. I then took a few bites of the noodles w/broth & found it tasted like OTT coconut cream mixed with fishy paste & spice. Compare my photos with other people's reviews on their laksa & u can see the difference Maybe it was a different chef that cooked that night or maybe those who scored this place high haven't been to Cabra to know there's better. Maybe we'll return to try other dishes that we saw others eat because it looked good 🤗

Been here twice already and the food has been so good. Decent sized portions, light, flavoursome and always quick to get to our table. Service is also quick and efficient. Definitely be coming back soon :)

50/50 experience with Pho Master. I decided to try this place out after the great reviews. The food is good. They have the classics such as vermicelli salad and pho. The food was simply okay however and I think has a little room to grow, flavour wise. The main reason its 3 stars is because despite not being busy there were tables that still had dirty dishes on them. We had to grab menus ourselves and waited a fair bit before our order was taken. Ambience wise, playing some soft music may improve the setting.

Food is delicious, but price is slightly expensive compare to other viet places. Service could do alittle better.

We always get take out from here and the service is consistently reliable and food always delicious. Our go-to dishes are crispy chicken with tomato rice, grilled pork/spring rolls vermicelli salad bowl and salted fish chicken fried rice. My new craving is the tom yum prawn fried rice. They also have a great drink selection like avocado shake, but I love their homemade lemon iced tea. 😋

Delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of parramatta. Tomato rice was cooked to perfection. The deep fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside. Price was very reasonable too. The chef, Tang Tuan is very talented wo.

A rare find. We went here for an informal work dinner and the food was fantastic. The team had dealt with some rude customers as we were walking in but their commitment to good food and sharing their cuisine was amazing. I recommend trying it out as I will be back to try everything else. Lemongrass chilli chicken, calamari and pork ribs were highlights.

Top tier pho, excellent broth, massive and I mean massive portion, amazing value $16 for a large pho dac biet in this climate is unheard of. My new go to local pho joint. Definitely met my pho standard and surpassed it. Dare to say best pho in Parra.

The crispy fry chicken with egg noodle soup was pretty average. The vietnamese ice coffee taste horrible. It's was not filtered coffee with condense milk. Taste and smell exactly like G7 instant coffee from vietnam. I hope they will used real vietnamese coffee beans next time.

I had a pho on a weekday at peak lunchtime. Food came longer than expected but they were very busy so understandable. Food was decent with good portions, price is probably comparable with most Vietnamese restaurants now ($17 for regular pho, $18 for large). The problem I had was there was a very unpleasant smell, I think either from their cleaning cloth or from when they mopped the floor, smells like they wiped the whole place with a stinky dirty rag.
