I have being a member with Snap Maitland for over 5 years now. I have had the best experience with the team over my time there. Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful. Anytime you need help one of the team will always assist. No other gym that I have been to can compare to the quality of support given from Snap Maitland.

I have joined many gyms in my time but never have I attended one so regularly than Snap Fitness Maitland. It is probably because of the amazing staff, the great facilities and the awesome Personal Trainers that they have on hand to make every visit better than the next. It’s an intimate gym but it has everything you can need in order to reach any fitness/health goal you might have in mind and more. I would and I have recommended Snap Fitness Maitland to friends and family so don’t delay in checking them out.

I’ve been with quite few gyms before I came across Snap Fitness at East Maitland. I love that Snap Fitness is opened 24/7, but also during the day a member of staff is always on hand if needed. They aren’t a gym that leaves you stranded once you join. They offer personal trainers, classes, and someone to show you how to use the equipment. I’ve been a member of Snap Fitness along with my daughter for the best part of 5 years, and I love it.

Great friendly environment. Proactive with cleaning during Covid-19. Highly recommend.

Never been a gym person but this place has a really good atmosphere, great equipment and helpful staff. Music added to the ambience without being too distracting. Felt comfortable and could focus on my workout. Would highly recommend to others who need the facilities but aren't regular gym types.

Really comfortable gym where all ages and all sizes can feel comfortable, def not just for the collagen filled or mirror watchers. . The boxing class for women is great fun, hard work ..but a laugh for novices like me. The manager Gerard and trainers that I've met - Lachlan and Sophie are super friendly. This is a very friendly, inclusive gym.

This is a fantastic gym. The trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great😊. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great and a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family

Great gym, and even greater staff. Owners and / or trainers are always happy to help with any questions, great sign up incentives, (my mate and I got free hoodies!- WINNING!) Would 100% recommend over the larger 24/7 gym chains. Update - 1/09 - still a great gym.

My very 1st time signing up to a gym and The Legend himself Garard made the whole experience feel super relaxed. showed me all the cool workouts I can do with the easy access of my own phone using the Snap Fittness app, answered all my questions about the gym and made sure everything suited my needs. Into my 5th year at this gym. Tried several others before but this one feels like home. Great staff, friendly, helpful people, equipment is well maintained and facilities are always clean.

I love the environment that Snap Maitland offers. I cannot fault the communication, support and overall feel of the gym. All staff, including the personal trainers are well informed and supportive, always offering a welcoming smile and word of encouragement. I love how personable and well run the gym is-it has helped me to achieve my fitness goals and has helped me make positive life changes. I cannot imagine going to another gym and highly recommend it.

All the staff and trainers at Snap Maitland have created such a welcoming and supportive environment. Group classes are fantastic and a great way to meet members and learn different exercises. Love being a part of this community!

Use to be a great place, was a member for 3 years. Asked them to suspend my membership for 3 months and if I didn't show up for those 3 months to cancel. I only asked this because I was going to be away for work with no reception for 3-4 months. When I first got my phone I found they where still withdrawing money from my account for the membership. As I was still away for work I got someone to go in to ask on behalf of me what was going on. Was told basically it was my fault and I couldn't get my 100+ dollars back in any form. Use to go to snap 9pm + and all the members where great and the enviroment amazing.

Staff are always lovely and super helpful, with manager Gerard a stand out star. Flexible with memberships - I've been able to pause payments while away on holidays. I love that I can do my own thing without worrying about being judged or looked at. Wide variety of machines & weights, facilities are great. I was always hesitant about joining a gym, but Snap makes me feel comfortable and confident 🏋‍♀️

I have recently moved to Maitland from the central coast. Gym’s on the coast are a dime a dozen and I’ve been to quite a few. The staff at snap have welcomed me with friendly smiles and words of advice. It’s made Maitland feel a lot like home. Highly recommend giving them a go yourself.

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Gym with the most awesome vibe and atmosphere and really caters for all aspects of fitness :) They even check up on you and make sure you’re doing okay and offer their assistance in any way. Such a wonderful gym :)

Love this gym! Only downside is the small size of it and the lack of machines. So many people love this gym because it’s welcoming to everyone regardless of the reason for them being there! Please do an upgrade to the facilities and the size of the gym!

I was never a gym-goer until I joined Snap at Maitland. The staff and other members make it feel so comfortable and friendly. The trainers are super knowledgeable and helpful, and the management is awesome! They treat people like family, which is rare in this industry, and the manager there works really hard to create and maintain a vibrant community focused on doing your personal. The general vibe makes me want to keep going back!

I recently joined the gym moving over from a larger gym in the area. I have found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and I think I am going to enjoy the atmosphere of training again at gym that is smaller in size but still has everything you need.

Great gym and friendly staff but gets way overcrowded ( zero social distancing at times )in the morning with multiple group training / pt groups all over the place. Maybe if you have a class don't have another group training at the same time.

Great complete gym and friendly people who let you get on with your workout. Staff are friendly and professional- I like to just get on with it and this gym is great for that, although they do offer all kinds of programs to assist those that need them.

Best atmosphere, I have been putting off going to the gym for years in fear of judgement and I finally bit the bullet and tried snap because I had been told everyone was really friendly, which is true. My anxiety left as soon as I was greeted.

I’ve been going to Snap Fitness at Maitland for just under two months now, and I couldn’t recommend this gym more to people. All of the equipment and facilities are of great quality, Its always a very judge mental free zone, the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. The monthly contracts are amazing, because you aren’t left with the worry of being stuck in a 12 month one if something happens and you can no longer use the membership. Overall I have personally had such a positive experience utilizing the gym, and I couldn’t recommend Snap Fitness Maitland more!
