Once again, we did not get ANY attention or customer service in the Auburn shop, even when asking for assistance. We have brought 1000s of dollars through their door, but this will have to stop. These days you need to do a lot better if you work in retail. Most 1 star reviews appear to be from customers of “white” background, so racism appears to be involved. If you are white and want a friendly and professional customer service, you better avoid the Auburn shop.

Management atrocious, I feel sorry for the people who work there on the floor. We wanted to buy two things which together are worth over 1k. One thing was in their storeroom which is so messy that they couldn’t even get to it. The other, the key was broken and they couldn’t unlock the cabinet. What the? Sent us to Western Sydney because they couldn’t get our stuff out?!

Apparently you are not allowed to read their books in store, they will make funny remarks along the lines of "this is not a library", what a business mindset to retain your customers, I guess that's why they are working at BCF, only if they knew how to read and learn a thing or two from those books. Well thats okay, and this is a 1 star review, enjoy.

Probably great for fishing gear, but very average for camping. Display stock was hit and miss, no staff on the floor to help and certain sections were an absolute mess. Stock levels seems to be low or non existent in some parts also.

Only been to Auburn BCF twice and found staff to be attentive and friendly. I usually order online, but I had to physically return/exchange a reel and a rod and it was easy and quick. Looked after me very well. Assisted me looking for flathead lures too. And, they open on time the 2 times I have been there. Good store, heap of gear, recommend, thankyou.

I ordered 2 chairs online from BCF and only one arrived. The one that arrived was more than two weeks ago.Their customer service had in excess of one hour wait today. I have spent many hours chasing with no satisfaction. Australia Post won’t look into the matter until 10 October Best not to order from them during COVID times as they cannot cope.

Was there on the weekend and was helped by a lovely young man called Marcus that went above and beyond 5 stars to him, great knowledge. Very hard to find good customers service these days. To the store Manager you really need to have more staff on

Great store , but what a crape parking situation- it's great to have 20 empty disabled parking spots- but just as good to have a few regular spots out front.

After reading several 1-star reviews on customer service, I noticed that many customers had negative experiences with the team members at this store. Some reviewers mentioned that the staff seemed poorly trained, unmotivated, and disengaged, with some even engaging in profiling behavior. It's possible that the store may be hiring the wrong people or not providing adequate training. Personally, I prefer to shop at Ottos, Iso, and Anaconda due to their reputation for better customer service.

A giant camping and fishing store with a great range of product and friendly helpful staff. The range of products offered here are really broad and if you're looking for a fishing rod this is the place to check out. There are around in 5 aisles of rods and a dedicated reel counter. The boating navigation section looks great as well. There are a lot of special products and lots of different types of camping supplies.

Lots of stock amd great help when trying to find items thank you. Still great service

Really disappointed with my experience at bcf Auburn. Paid money for spooling braid onto my fishing reel, which they did by hand despite me asking for them to do it by machine. After many, many frustrating issues with wind knots, i got it respooled at another bcf. It turned out BCF Auburn only used the tiniest piece of tape to stick my braid to the spool...it wasn't even tied on, nor was any backing used..as a result I lost a lot of expensive quality braid.Won't be coming back for any fishing-related services.

After a few bad experiences at other stores, I have to say this one was by far one of the best customer experiences I have had. Thanks to Charlie and Michael for there help and assistance, would highly recommend the store and these two for any questions or concerns. Will definitely be making the trip out to Auburn instead of my local store thanks to these two individuals.

Great Customer Service and the staff member was able to fix my rain check items without any fuss, even though my online shopping of the three BullDogs Camping Chairs were shipped from WetherHill Park . First time shopper to the Auburn store and left with a very good impression of the team.

Purchased a camping fridge from the team here. I rang before hand as I had a number of BCF vouchers to use. They confirmed details to make sure they could take them all. When I got there I had no issues, assistant was patient and friendly, even though I made him enter 10 voucher and coupon details for the order. He even helped me get the order to my car and in. Great all round.

Every staff members are very helpful, great selections of fishing gear ans apparels to choose form, bought chars and baits, very happy with purchase

Slightly higher prices. But you can find all the outdoor stuffs here! It’s simply amazing. If you love fishing, you’ll be addicted to it.
