Took my son there for the first time and it’s safe to say I won’t be going back. The 0-5 area was filthy! Looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. The girl who let me in didn’t have good customer service skills, didn’t even say hello or give a smile. It’s funny because before it was chipmunks it was the wiggles play centre and I used to work there and we always kept the place spotless! I’m not one to leave reviews ever but it was just disappointing as a first time mum to bring my baby to dirty play centre.

Hesitated about giving this business 3 stars but that's the best one can do. Facilities are alright, will definitely keep kids busy for an hour or two. Staff wasn't amazing but cannot complain as they simply got on with their jobs. One word of caution and the biggest let down is some of the crowd that visits this place. Rough play and conflicts can and do occur between kids and parents, especially that some of them seem to make their way here from housing commissions. There's not much a business can do about it apart from efforts to improve security round the venue. Hopefully the demographics of visitors will change soon. In the meantime, just keep it in mind when coming here.

We've been to quite a few indoor play centres in Sydney and this is one of the best for a few simple reasons: 1) The staff actually proactively make sure older kids are not in the Under 5s area, it's really dangerous for babies and toddlers when those older kids are being rowdy in their play area. 2) Their Under 5s play area is the most spacious and creative one we've seen. 2) Food is actually decent. 3) Staff is pleasant and polite. 4) Play equipment is cleaner than the others we've visited.

So dirty, staff are too young and don’t know gal the questions you ask them. Food is way way over priced 3 nuggets and a hand full of chips is $10

Place is clean and kids love it. Not allowed outside drinks, they take the outside drinks off you before entering. The food and drinks are pretty expensive.

Worst customer service ever!! First up, we had to wait a while before entering as there was no one on the counter. When someone finally came out we were told we weren’t allowed any food or drinks as it was against policy (we had one bottle of Gatorade and a coffee). The coffee was disposed of disappointingly, the girl serving us said the bottle of Gatorade was okay for some reason. We walk in to find a family sitting at a table, full of food and snacks that they had clearly brought in from outside. My sister approached the counter to speak to a worker, who then brought out the manager. It’s safe to say the manager had no idea what was going on. My sister asked for clarity only to be told that the family with all the food basically got away with it because sometimes people “stash” the food in their bags. So for being honest we were refused to bring in one coffee, meanwhile it was okay for other customers to bring in whatever it was they wished, because it simple wasn’t seen upon entry. The manager offered NO solutions and LITERALLY shrugged it off. For the majority of our stay there (a couple of hours) no staff members were to be seen as they were chatting away in the back. I had to yell out for someone to let us out when we were done. Thanks to these clueless workers my family and I will no longer be bringing any of our kids here!! Experience ruined, workers absolutely clueless and unaware of their own so called policies and procedures.

Great play place for the kids, only issue is the last couple of times we have been there the air con doesnt work, esp in the baby play area, whrn i brought this up with staff they said they thought the air con problem was fixed, next time we went there again no air con, esp with covid going around there should be air con working so the air is circulating and fresh. However staff didnt reallt care about this issue, all the kids were sweating alot.

Nice playing area for kids. Kids happily spent 3 hours there and wanted to play more. Tea/coffee were good. Ample parking space.

Why I gave 3 stars coz aircon is not working there is lvery bad smell coming continuously from toilets area that is infront of sitting area management needs to fix it as soon as

The little man loves this indoors. Huge, nice variety, i myself wanted to join lol. I like how adults can still have access to all areas to keep an eye on kids. Friendly staff, prompt service. Will definitely call again.

It's ok. But not as great as some of the other ones. All the ball guns and most of the ball machines were broken.

$17.90 entry for my 4 yr old which is ok playground has lots of things for kids to do which is awesome but the price of the can of coke no sugar priced at $3.90 is ridiculous

Went for a private function after hours, kids loved it, it was clean and well maintained.

Great play area! It has a little trampoline a ball pit and an area where you can shoot soft balls to people below plus other great stuff in the play ground! More areas for the kids 5 and under to play and the huge blow up slide was a great hit for the kids!! Only down fall is how long staff took to clean the tables and party rooms.... Also coffee was not nice... wouldn't recommend it! Some staff were lovely and others seem like they didn't want to be there.... Other then that it was fine...

The manager has a bad attitude she doesn’t know how to talk to customers! She reacts to bad service complaint by telling her junior staff to refund his money no big deal rather then taking over and apologising for the Bad Service!
