Do not use them for birthday party!!!! Rude, rush, poor communication, poor food, they kick you out before party finished make your kids sad! And we pay 700 for it. We are supposed to have party 12-1pm yesterday, this was all booked in 1 month in advance. When we send invitation out, Lollipops told us over the phone that it was 12-1pm and better to advise our guest to arrive half hour earlier. They called me to confirm food choice a few days before party. however, nothing was confirmed by email, this became a disaster for us. Yesterday, we arrived early, we paid everything before we enter. Then they told us the party before us was finished and we can have the room now at 11:30, we were happy thinking that is great. However, when they start laying the plates on table, they said we have to finish 12:30. We were shocked. Then we start to asking them, a young girl is holding the paper said I know you booking paper said 12-1, however our system is 11:30-12:30, you have to empty the room at 12:30. she said" I did not book you in, you tell me the name who book you in". Of course I would not know who booked me in. they asked me for email evidence, of course I don't have email. However, my paper which is in the folder clearly said 12-1. Lollipops said that does not mean anything. They are telling us we can have the party then until 12:45 the best, we did not want to upset our kids, but have no choice to say ok. Then they did not serve the food until 12:00pm when I asked them where is the food. they said they would serve food when all guest arrived disregarding they want us to finish early. Then we asked them only 30 minutes left for the party, where is the host. then they send a host. asking kids to run around the table a few circles , that is it. at 12:20pm, I asked them where is the cake? they said cake will be served at the end of party. I asked them isn't it we only have 20 minutes left. Then they bring the cake. we quickly take some photos and cut the cake. there is no time for kids to even enjoy the cake. they asked the kids to line up to join the train out of the room. By the time the kids is out at 12:40, they pushed a trolley inside the room quickly dump all our food into the bin. including our $300 cake which everyone did not have a chance to eat. We have to rush to save some food before they dump everything to the bin. All the kids finished the train round are not allowed to come back to the room any more. My son come back finding everything gone. He was so sat that he could not play any more in the center and we have to go home before our guest. At night time, my son waked up crying like nuts that his birthday was so upset he was excluded suddenly. It was terrible, never ever use lollipops castle hill for birthday party! your kids will be upset by their manner, it is embarrassing to be kicked out of the room like that. It is such a shame to spend $700 to upset your kids and also make yourselves embarrassed in front of your friends. Never use them for birthday party!!!!!!

I have been here couple of times. The problem is they do not maintain the children play area properly now a days. Like the hydraulic system does not work at all. None of the stuff which uses air compressor works. When they charge a good amount of entry free I think they should maintain all these play equipments.

Great for kids. Food was OK. Staff very nice. Problem is this place is filthy. Food in all the play areas and other parents making a mess and not cleaning up, even the tea cup ride had Food all over the floor. I don't blame the staff, when I was there, they were constantly working and setting up for a party. Other kids centres have at least two people on constant clean up duty. Maybe they have this on busier days. They definitely need it.

Lollipops is a great indoor playground! I was very comfortable letting my little one (2) roam around and play without much intervention. The equipment was slightly faded and there were a few broken balls around but overall in great condition. It was a little annoying that the last few times we’d come, some of the ball shooters and the overhead ball drop weren’t working. The bigger kids playground was quite dark as well. The cafe was severely overpriced and terrible. Coffee was inedible and the fries were over cooked and cold. $7.30 for a tiny bowl of chips and $1 for sour cream AND another $1 for sweet chilli. If you bring your own food and drinks it’ll be a much better experience! The only other issue I had was the entry fee. There should be a small discount for pensioners/concession card holders.

Fantastic place for the kids to play. The equipment seems well maintained, and there are 5 different play areas: slides, bouncy castle, 2 large climbing gyms with ball launchers, and a smaller kids area. Also, they have a spinning cups ride and a push car area as well. It was very clean. I think my family has found their favorite kids jungle gym!

Not bad to take your kid for a general visit. They make parents pay an entry fee (I never understood why, if it wasn’t for the kid I’d never go to a place like this). I went to a kids birthday party before (was with my son who’s 4yrs old) and it was well... how do I say this positively... it enormous potential to improve, organisation can be improved , facilitators’ experience could improve, food quality could be improved and after an hour they threw us out of the room to get the other party in. The only fortune thing for me was that I was the guest and different have to pay the fee

Extremely pleasant place for kids. Keep them busy for hours while relaxing at a table with a coffee or tea or have a super nice massage on a massage chair, that was a super bonus for me. They have a great menu with a wide variety, snacks, food, drinks and desserts. Will highly recommend for kids between 4 and 8. Bathrooms were nice and clean and floor and tables cleaned regularly but staff. Staff was super friendly.

This is a place of endless fun and endless laughter. This has a parent sitting place, which is so good. The cafeteria serves fresh, warm food and coffee. All parties, birthdays, and other events can be done here. Love this place so much.

You know what? The food is terrible, they most probably use old oil for fries, tastes awful, I’ve tried “kids calamari”, and it’s not even calamari.. it’s something made of powder with artificial fish flavour . The place looks dirty, I don’t want to think about how many bacteria and viruses live on the surfaces of the plequipment… However I still was going there from time to time because of my daughter (3 yrs old) and because it’s literally 5 min from home. Every time I walk in , I spend 50$ minimum: rubbish food, drinks, sweets, that they put in the windows so it’s impossible to say no, ice creams , etc. The coffee there is bad, they simply don’t know how to make it right, either too cold or too weak, used to be only cow or soy milk. So today when I came , learnt from past experience, I had my coffee with me. A week day, place is empty, I would still have purchased hundred things from them, paid the entrance, etc etc However a lady at the reception says: “sorry, you can’t bring your coffee in” . Jesus Christ, I know, you’re trying to make money, I absolutely don’t mind paying, but when I pay for QUALITY stuff, you know what I mean?.. How much is a coffee , 5 $?.. how much does it REALLY cost ? 50 cents?.. These guys need to reconsider their menu, the food for KIDS must be healthy, not the over fried rubbish that you serve. And coffee, is it so hard to train your staff how to make it, if you insist I must buy it from you? A quick barista course, 3 types of alternative milk. And a DEEP REALLY DEEP CLEAN.

This place could do with a good clean. After attending this place, my child got sick and I can completely understand because it doesn't come across as being too sanitary. Having said that, kids can get dirty, so this wouldn't have been my biggest concern. My concern is that older kids are not asked often enough by staff to not play in the younger kids area. If you are going to provide an area to come across as being inclusive of younger children then there should be rules. Although I did see staff ask some older kids to move on, most of the time they were left to completely make it unsafe for younger kids. And of course parents aren't going to tell their kids to move on, they aren't even paying attention to their kids. I will not come back until my child is older, it's not worth the safety of my child. Food is OK and staff in general OK too.

Running music at nearly 85dB when checking on phone app... way too loud for younger babies... Don't think babies need a night club level music. They claim you can hardly hear it when place is busy and perhaps it seems lots because place was quiet... well suggest you adjust the music based on environment

Took my 3 year old to have a play. Venue looks rundown. Coffee is expensive than a cafe and very bad. Ordered a Turkish bread with chicken, mushrooms and cheese.Oh dear… it was an open melt . Hardly any cheese, bread wasn’t toasted and cold. Put it in the bin. ($15) I will not host my kid’s birthday parties there unless they change the basics. Recommend to get good coffee beans and train your staff how to make good coffee ( specifically when you charge $4.90 for a small coffee) . I know it’s a play centre for kids. But good coffee will attract parents means more business. Venue needs a good clean and TLC. If you make any improvements I will promote and recommend your business. Thank you for reading.

Not very friendly stuff. In kids play land the workers should be more friendly. Also please vacuum and mop the floor more frequently specially for kids under one year old section. Its always dirty . I took my 10 months old baby there. She doesn’t walk yet, she is crawling around, the floor was full of small rubbish and hair. Some mums were inside with shoes. I think you have to put the sign in that section everyone should have their shoes off because its just for little babies.

Celebrated son’s 6th birthday . Staff at front desk was helpful. The overall experience could have been better as the details captured previously on multiple occasions regarding room Type, birthday gift for the child were not recorded. The party host assigned wasn’t organised and lacked energy, passion to engage with kids. The food platter ordered was full of fries with just top layer of actual savouries. On a flip side, the place has good play area for kids .

We had a great morning at Lollipops playland. The staff were all very friendly, particularly a staff member named Michael. He was always smiling at the kids and made their experience on the teacup ride very enjoyable. The food was well priced, fresh and very yummy. Thank you!

Wished to be able to give them better rating but had a very bad experience for our daughter birthday. Too expensive for the service they provided. We gave them $250 birthday cake and asked them to put it in fridge when they brought the cake was half melted and part of it gone and simply said fridge was full . Weak air conditioning system . They told us there is another party after us and we have to leave the room on time. Some of the kids couldnt even finish their food. we had to take every thing out anf make the room ready for next booking but saw no one even went to clean the room and no other party till the end of the day. All food was super cold. Likely we had full decorating theme otherwise the room was absolutely plain with nothing However very nice place to take your kids( under 4) for fun but absolutely not for party . Very poor experience unfortunately.

We celebrated my child's 3rd birthday at this fantastic indoor playground, and it was an absolute delight! Emma Fischer went above and beyond to ensure every child had a blast. Her energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the celebration truly special. My birthday kid felt like a star! The facility is clean, safe, and well-equipped. We highly recommend this place, especially for the amazing hosts who make birthdays unforgettable!

Overall is ok, but the space is a little bit small while there are so many people in the room on Saturday. They have coffee and food available. It is a good place if you're looking for a place where your kids can spend a day while you can relax.

Amazing staff- I had celebrated my daughter's birthday here and the girls had a wonderful time. Ave was their host and she did such an amazing job with the kids! Just one thing to improve would be the food!

We visited the Lollipop playland in CastleHill for a birthday, kids were given a wristband with a code and parents a label with the same code! At the end before we exit one of the staff took kids wristbands off without even checking! I asked if they ever check, and the staff said yes and tried to find and match the numbers! But it was too late, they were all mixed up! Any one could find a label and take a kid out without them noticing! Don’t leave your children alone in these centres!

Our daughter's 5th birthday party at Lolipop was absolutely amazing! She had the best day ever, and we couldn't be more grateful. Our daughter's favorite part of the party was the parade that took place at the end. She absolutely loved it and felt like a princess! She also remembered how the cart has the crown on it. The party host took care of everything, allowing us parents to have a relaxed and enjoyable time. The kids had so much fun with all the different activities and games available. It was also a great opportunity for us to catch up with our friends while the children had a blast. We love visiting Lolipop Castle Hill during school holidays, and we want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone involved. Thank you so much for making our daughter's birthday so special!

Have visited for a couple of birthday parties. Good place for kids or group of kids to play. Usually super crowded on weekends for birthday parties. The play area is big and my kid loved it. In my opinion, the birthday party was pretty well organized by the staff. Somethings hard to get a parking.

My little one's friends had their birthday here. It was really well managed despite of so much rush. I won't recommend any parent to arrange something like birthday parties during rush hour as it would get very tricky for them to enjoy quite well. Staff was super friendly and nice.

Spotless, open and safe. The staff are mindful, agreeable and well being centered. The restrooms are perfect and the espresso is acceptable. You certainly can't beat the Curly Fries. Get them with harsh cream and sweet bean stew sauce. So great.

We hadn't visited for a while and the place is looking very run down. Only one of the three crazy coupe toys had steering wheels so the kids either sadly watched while they waited for a turn in the only working one or fought over it. And the posters and decor certainly need an update - the new Wiggles aren't exactly new anymore but you'll only see posters of the old line up, along with lots of other outdated characters around. Having said that it was absolutely packed so it's still very popular with the kids.

  • 5/5 Eileen S. 2 years ago on Google
Facilities are fantastic, but just shows again that some parents need to reconsider taking their children if they cannot wait their turn/having basic manners. My son was going down the jumpy castle slide and a boy was so mean to me when I asked him to just wait so my kid could get off at the bottom. My son was also bit on the foot by a girl that deemed a space her own.

Service wasn’t the best waited for 20 minutes for a drink that was just sitting on the bench. Food was okay a bit pricy too for the quality

Ordered a $19 Schnitzel and got a deep fried chicken breast cut in half on a mountain of chips. I Complained to the manager and got my money back. The owners need to sort out the quality of the food or put realistic pictures in the menu so people know what they are buying. Would not recommend eating here. Kids play area was nice.

  • 4/5 Gemma M. 2 years ago on Google
Have taken my two and half year old daughter here a couple of times now, overall it's quite good, although it is a little old so there's play cars with no steering wheels etc. Food is not bad, not great, what you would expect from one of these places so can't complain. Reasonably priced entry. Adults are free. Overall not a bad way to spend a rainy morning.

  • 1/5 Lis J. 2 years ago on Google
Visited lollipops on the weekend with my 2 year old child. Although staff were very friendly, this play room is very poorly managed. Toddler area needs to be supervised by staff. This section clearly stated that it is for children under 4 years of age only. However, this was not the case at all. There were older children playing amongst the toddlers, building tower like displays out of the cubes, then diving onto them causing the cubes and themselves to fall onto the floor, whilst small toddlers who have no ability to sense danger could be seriously injured by the impact.

  • 5/5 Ella S. 1 year ago on Google
We were supposed to go to another play centre nearby that ended up being really disappointing so we came to lollipops instead Customer service was great here; they have an amazing variety of play experiences and a great area for smaller children to play that was very safe and engaging. Huge amount of space for parents to relax and enjoy a coffee and the cafe lady was so lovely and friendly Was really impressed with their security system at the end to ensure that all children are going home with the correct parents and our children loved the teacup ride they do regularly (all included in the $8.80 entry fee) Parents were free and overall it was a great experience will definitely come back again regularly
