I had a great experience here today. I was quite nervous before my procedure but what I loved most is how friendly the staff were. They made you feel super comfortable and relaxed and spoke to you like a friend and not just a number. Whilst being very caring and friendly, they still held themselves in a very professional manner and I knew I was in good hands! Would highly recommend :)

there is some good but I would never go back here. I came in about 2 years ago for an IUD insertion under sedation, receptionist over the phone was very kind and prices were reasonable. once I came in, everything went smoothly at first. my partner wasn't allowed in, but it was during covid times so understandable. I went into the room for sedation and felt like I was given very little instruction regarding the process / sedation itself. once I woke up, I was in excruciating pain. I always have terrible cramps so honestly wasn't expecting anything different. I let the nurses know and was given some medication, I let them know it didn't help after about 30 minutes before being told "there's nothing else we can give you". i ended up leaving the clinic in so much pain I could hardly walk, it was disappointing that they didn't offer much compassion or support for this - luckily the pain did resolve over the next 2 days. anyway, I came back to the clinic to get my IUD removed about a year later ( for a range of personal reasons ). Once I came in the nurse immediately asked me questions as to why I was getting to removed early etc. i told her and then she replied, " that's okay, we'll see you back here soon for an abortion". i was so shocked and disgusted by this comment - for assuming I would get pregnant without an IUD AND assuming I would have an abortion. overall, Clinic 66 is okay but I personally would never go back following my experience there.

Very impressed with their service. The many different circumstances one would visit this Clinic can be quite scary/overwhelming/confusing situations. Not only are their receptionists welcoming and friendly, their Dr’s and Nurses are a delight to speak with. No judgement what so ever, some of the loveliest people who put you, your health and your preferences before anything else. I felt so safe with their team and was able to ask (what I thought was) taboo questions. You will be in good hands when you visit, and I know I will be taken care of when I visit next.

I had an amazing experience at Clinic 66. The team was friendly, welcoming and professional. Dee in particular went out of her way to get me in for an appointment at short notice, which I really appreciate. I felt super comfortable and supported and like I was in very safe hands. It was a very quick and efficient service and all of the doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, caring and competent. Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone.

I had an amazing experience at clinic 66 for my IUD insertion. I was a bit nervous as I’d never had one before and had never gone under GA. All of the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The whole process was very easy and I felt looked after from beginning to end! Dr Clea and Dr Emma were fantastic and so helpful with providing information about IUDs and the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. Clinic 66 will definitely be my go-to for all my women’s health needs.

After being very nervous about getting my procedure done, I was immediately put at ease as soon as I arrived at Clinic 66. All the staff on reception and the lovely nurse were all so pleasant and made me feel very at ease. The Dr who actually did my surgery was equally great, and also made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back here if I needed to. Thanks again

Clinic 66 is the best in their field helping with all sorts of reproductive issues. I have been seeing them for over 10 years- through various ups and downs of menstruation, contraception and menopause. The reception staff are super helpful and even if it’s busy will get you an appointment because they understand how important these things can be for a woman in need. I have found all the Drs to be fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. I highly recommend clinic 66 to all women and men who need help with their reproductive issues.

The doctors were all so nice! Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses were all absolutely amazing! They were very supportive and understanding and everything was organised nicely. They pay a lot of attention to everyone and made you feel relaxed. Surgical abortion was something frightening, but they were just wonderful people. Never had better medical service in my life.

From the initial phone consult with Rachael to the service received today I felt at ease and reassured about the procedure. As a patient who experienced an unfortunate miscarriage I was comforted, supported and advised of everything from the start to the very end. Very professional, caring team with a clean and modern facility. Highly recommend their service for anyone in need and requiring support. Ask for Rachael she was wonderful but all staff there were fantastic

After x 2 children the vasectomy was a must. From start to finish the service was fantastic. Was made to feel very easy and with your nuts on the line that’s a great outcome. Staff and surgeon were wonderful! Would defo recommend 5 Stars!

Professional and friendly service, strict covid precautions in place as well I felt safe and was spoken to by each member of the medical team individually before my procedure and was informed of everything going on by each individual. clear direction of what to do and great post procedure after care. Nurses were compassionate as well. Having nice doctors who communicate everything clearly and nurses who make sure your comfortable after your procedures is a rarity in Sydney. Will definitely be back for any future women's health issues. Already recommended a friend.

Went here for an IUD and had a really great experience. I was quite nervous before but everyone (reception, the nurses and the doctors) was so lovely and put me completely at ease from the get go. I highly recommend this place and can't thank them enough!

So grateful for all the staff here who made my experience so comfortable and stress free! From the front desk to all the nurses before and after my procedure - everyone was 10/10. Literally leaving the clinic as I write this. I was so nervous for my procedure. The staff is so lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable. I woke up after the procedure not remembering a thing and feeling great! Went into the recovery room for less than an hour and ate some snacks and relaxed before getting my ride home. Far far better than I could’ve ever expected. Glad I chose this clinic

I had my previous IUD removed and a new one inserted and I had such a great experience. All the staff were very friendly and supportive during the whole time. The procedure was done under sedation as agreed and when I woke up at recovery couldn’t even feel the pain or discomfort. I’m very glad I chose Clinic 66 to take care of me. Dr Osborne is an absolutely brilliant GP (complex health needs). Excellent bedside manner and very caring. Great with diagnostics and thorough. Best GP I've ever seen. The receptionists are outstanding too and very understanding of the needs of mothers. So supportive. Best Dr ever!

Fantastic experience at clinic 66. There was a bit of hiccup with my appointment initially but the staff resolved it quickly and everything went really well. All the front desk staff, nurses and doctors were so nice and professional. I felt very comfortable about my procedure and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Thank you to all the team.

I was very anxious about getting my first IUD as I am quite sensitive. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic. Dr Osborne is fantastic - highly professional and excellent bedside manner during my awake procedure. Staff are caring and polite. Will be back.

This clinic has been a godsend! I have seen countless amounts of doctors over the past 6 years that have dismissed my concerns. Finally I found Dr Karen and she listened to me and sent me off for heaps of tests and I finally received the answers I knew in my heart all along. 6 years of questions answered in the space of 2 weeks! The receptionists are lovely and supportive. The clinic is nice and clean. I recommend parking in Chatswood Chase shopping centre carpark and walking over.

I never felt like the appointment was rushed and I felt like she was genuinely interested in why I had made the appointment. My experiences at clinic66 have been nothing but positive. My first experience was when I needed an IUD removed urgently so I could have an MRI. The reception staff were so helpful in fitting me in on the day I rang and the doctor was just lovely. My second experience was to discuss menopause symptoms, again the reception staff were great and the doctor really listened to my needs and offered several treatment options.

I was very impressed with the caring nature of every member of staff in the clinic during my visit. I was nervous and they were all calming and lovely throughout my procedure. Izzy was a lovely nurse over the phone and in person! I highly recommend!

I’ve used Mariestopes in the past and dealt with rudeness and always “no available appointments” finding clinic 66 was a godsend! Truly amazing service every phone call has been received so well, I feel cared for heard and understood. Also the availability is incredible the service is outstanding. Sexual and personal health is uncomfortable but the doctors nurses and reception staff at Clinic 66 are truly the loveliest people you’ll ever deal with. I wish I could give 10 stars! I have been going here for some time as it was convenient. They never run on time once I had to say over 1 hour for an appointment and nor do they call to a side running late OR apologise but I continued to go as I found the doctors some what knowledgeable and comfortable being a woman’s clinic. However, today I called in the morning and asked the reception if I needed to come in for a certain procedure and asked if they could check my history. They told me I do, so I proceeded to make an appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 2pm got seen just after. I went in and explained the situation, she then had a look and told me I didn’t need it done as I had it done in May. I was happy took us about 7 minutes to discuss. I walked out to the reception and the lady said for me to wait as she had to check with the doctor. Instead of bulk billing a 7 min conversation I got charged $60. Frankly, this as not my mistake the reception had looked at me file told me I had to come in. It was their mistake and I had to pay $60. As a customer for a quick consult I was just so annoyed, never going back there. If she just bulk billed me she was still getting paid for that whole 7 minutes. That tipped me over the edge.

I had the Mirena IUD exchanged last week under sedation after having the original for 4.75 years (also done under sedation). Everyone at Clinic 66 was a great communicator and I was very comfortable the whole way through. Thank you for the pain relief while I was asleep to ease any initial cramping. To be 100% honest, I didn't love waiting out the front to be called in due to current covid protocols, but understood the importance of doing so and dressed warmly as the clinic suggested because my appointment was @5pm. They send regular reminders to ensure confirmation of your appointment and do prescreening over the phone with one of the nurses. Thank you Clinic 66 for a great experience. The team from reception/nurses/doctors all five star.

Had a Kyleena IUD inserted yesterday by Dr Wiig under sedation and had a really positive experience. I was nervous as expected, but especially because I had never had a procedure done before but all of the staff from the nurses and the doctors to the receptionists were very comforting and welcoming. They gave me biscuits and coffee after the procedure and made sure beforehand that I knew everything about it and the aftermath. Would really recommend this clinic and will come again in the future.

Last time I had a very rude nurse who was not at all considerate of my needs and actually messed up my procedure causing an immense amount of pain. This time however, despite being nervous after my previous appointment, Dr Osborne was incredibly patient and kind. She made sure I was feeling ready and comfortable before going ahead with anything. I expected the worst and I ended up feeling nothing! It was a pleasant experience so I will be coming back again.

All the staff here are amazing, from my very first phone call with the reception staff, to the nurses & doctors I saw at the clinic. Everyone was incredibly professional, empathetic and caring. This is a clinic that truely cares about women. I highly recommend.

Very bad experience. I sent documents through email last Friday and receptionist promised the nurse will call back next Monday. But I didn’t get any feedback until now. I called several times during this time, the receptionist only asked me to message another phone number and didn’t asked clearly about my request. This disregard is very disrespectful for patient. No matter how professional they are, this booking system is mess.

Amazing, Dr Sarah Choi performed my hysterectomy back in May and I can't thank her enough, super kind, professional and friendly, I didn't even need pain killers after surgery in my recovery time at home, that's how amazing she is! I 100% recommend her to anyone, I also loved the little things like the heart shaped dressing cover over the stitches, a sweet personal touch. For anyone having a hysterectomy I also recommend to see a physio for any lower back or hip pain and pelvic floor issues after surgery I saw a female Physio named Samah at Healthfix in North Sydney ( 53 Walker St, North Sydney NSW 2060) and I highly recommend her for post hysterectomy surgery care. I went from a 10 being worst pain in lower back to 0 in 2 sessions with Samah. Again 100% go see Dr Sarah Choi you won't regret it. Also ask for the surgery photos as they are awesome to see :)

Went to Clinic66 for my Kyleena IUD after someone I knew had recommended them. I was a bit nervous about it but after talking with Nurses Fiona and Dr Salina before the procedure I felt totally at ease. Everyone was really helpful and kind, definitely the best experience I've ever had in any health setting. Nurse Emma was also great at making you feel comfortable once you were in the procedure room. Highly recommended this clinic and told all my friends that they must come here! Thank you :)

This clinic was easy to book at, clear about costs during the booking process, and the doctor I saw was amiable, professional, polite, human, and my appointment was informative and helpful. The loss of a star is because, in spite of strict compliance requirements of mask-wearing at all times for all patients who enter the clinic, some of the staff behind the counter we only paying lip-service to wearing masks, with masks around their chins, below their noses etc. Perhaps this is OK for an outdoor store, but for a medical practice it is unacceptable.

Have never felt more comfortable at a doctors. I have been 5 or 6 times over the years and they always make me feel comfortable through the experience, and are professional and confidential. They have always provided various medical options, and very helpful advice. Can't recommend them highly enough, worth paying extra for the service

This clinic has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with health care. I see Dr Gianni and she is the warmest, kindest, most encouraging person and Dr. I came with a complex problem and a lot of shame and sadness and every time I go there she just lifts my spirits completely, tells me the things I need to hear and always offers sound advice. It’s the least “clinical” gynaecology experience you could have. All of the women are extremely professional, friendly and welcoming, including the lovely receptionists. I am always elated after my visits which is not something you usually expect from such a sensitive experience and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you clinic 66, I love your service and I am happy to have found you :)

Doctor, nurse and front desk staff all very professional and as a more senior patient I feel comfortable having my gynaecological issues dealt with at Clinic 66. Being so easy to get to by buses 120 and 115 and being in the heart of Chatswood is a bonus.

As a young woman in her 20s I couldn't recommend Clinic 66 more. Not only did I feel safe and cared for at every stage of care at the clinic, but my results have been amazing. Dr Ann Tran and Dr Rebecca Wiig both provided outstanding care. They were very professional and very kind, and took the time to explain every aspect of the IUD procedure I was undergoing, which was a tremendous help to my confidence in receiving this type of care. From the receptionist team to the nursing staff, everyone at Clinic 66 plays an integral role in creating exactly the kind of warm, safe and comforting environment which is imperative in encouraging women and men of all ages to destigmatise and gain access to the care they need. Not to mention how thorough and knowledgable everyone was in providing the best care possible. Thank you to all the staff for providing such a wonderful experience, I couldn't recommend Clinic 66 enough :)

Got my first hormonal IUD from here. Had a good experience once I was actually at the clinic - my visit went smoothly and everything was handled very professionally. My issue is that there was important information about the operation I was getting that was not communicated when I initially booked the appointment - it's meant to be booked for the first 7 days of the menstrual cycle and as I wasn't told, I didn't book it for this period. They also have a no support people policy and I would have been much less nervous about the procedure had my partner been allowed to come inside with me.

Felt very reassured and confident in the services here. The reception staff were friendly and Dr Osbourne was very professional, approachable and efficient.

Just on my way home from the procedure. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and safe clinic. Make you feel like you’re in safe hands as they follow protocol and provide thorough information. They came recommended by my Doctor and I have no complaints.

Absolutly do not recommend this clinic for a termination because the after-care is disappointing. 2 weeks after abortion I had severe abdominal pain and bleeding I called the clinic but the earliest appointment that they offer was in 3 days time (is it really that difficult to fit a patient in an emergency?!) anyways, it has been 2 months from then and I still struggle with bleeding and spotting every time I try to book an appointment the GP who did the termination for me doesn’t have any appointments available for a week and times are very limited and don’t suit me and the interesting part is that I can not book with another GP at their centre because then it is not consideted a follow up and will not be bulk billed. It looks like a vicious cycle. Very disappointed with the after-care and regrett doing the termination at this clinic.

In an extremely confusing and stressful time of my life Clinic 66 staff provided amazing support, information and guidance which I was struggling to find elsewhere prior. Rachel the reception was excellent and so were all of the doctors. Super grateful and would highly recommend.
