For
a
number
of
years
I
have
been
purchasing
suits
from
David
Jones
due
to
their
reputation
for
producing
quality
goods.
I
have
worn
these
suits
everyday
for
work
and
they
have
lasted
a
long
time.
However,
I
recently
decided
that
it
was
time
to
purchase
a
new
suit
for
the
year
so
in
January,
I
went
to
David
Jones
in
Castle
Hill.
When
I
entered
the
store,
I
quickly
found
a
suit
that
I
wanted
to
buy,
which
included
an
extra
pair
of
pants
and
I
requested
that
the
additional
pants
be
in
a
larger
size
than
the
ones
that
came
with
the
jacket,
in
case
I
needed
them
in
the
future.
The
staff
member
informed
me
that
the
larger
pants
were
not
available
and
would
have
to
be
delivered
from
Melbourne,
which
would
take
a
day.
The
next
day,
I
was
already
45
minutes
into
the
drive
to
the
store
when
I
received
a
call
saying
that
the
pants
were
not
yet
delivered
and
that
they
would
be
in
the
store
in
about
1
week.
This
added
onto
an
already
annoying
and
arduous
wait,
however,
after
waiting
more
than
a
week,
I
had
not
received
a
call,
so
I
contacted
the
store
myself.
They
asked
me
to
wait
longer,
but
after
six
weeks
of
waiting
with
no
contact
from
the
store,
I
gave
up
on
the
purchase.
I
am
disappointed
that
I
was
unable
to
receive
the
same
level
of
customer
service
I
had
experienced
in
the
past
from
David
Jones,
ultimately
preventing
me
from
purchasing
the
suit
I
desired.
