I just bought a fishing rod and reel here the costumer service the girl kiana was very patient and nice to the costumer I give this girl and the shop high rate 😉

Very poor customer service. The people behind the counter are glued to screens and not in the mood to help customers. Do not go there if you need help or need something in a hurry they are always out of stock.

The mangers are rude and none helpful especially the one which weekend of the 28/5/2023 And also the manger this morning at castle hill branch didn’t care Also the Reginal manger (Francesca) is rude and hangs up in my ear and never solve the issue with castle hill branch The Reginal manger should not be in this position if she can’t handle complaints I will be going to Weatherill park branch and dealing with them in the future , at less they help and give you the customer service 5 star Castle hil branch —100 and same goes with the Reginal manger ——1000 for help and still no resolution on issue

The manager was behind the counter when I walked in, not as much as a hey, hallo, hi, what up…..nothing. I’ve been coming to this store since 2009 and it has never been as bad. Not a “fishing expert “ in sight. Reflecting the managers attitude. Sad sad day for fishing 🎣

Nice store and a great bunch of guys and girls. I really miss Sal though, he just went out of his way to show you and teach you everything. Sadly missed.

you need to learn more about fishing and get some valuable tips, ask Sally. I had great time listening to fishing tips and hints by Sally. He kindly spends a lot of time helping customers , teaching them how to do from selecting gears, , to using lures, baits, locations, etc. Great guy, thanks

Had an amazing experience today at BCF Castle Hill. Sal knows his products amazing well and have left with all the right gear for my fishing adventure next week. Thank you to Jono too for the advise on those Snappers. Well done BCF Castle Hill. All I now need is land some 😀

A smaller store with less choice than the larger outlets, but the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Arrive at 5:04pm to refill a 3kg gas bottle to be told they can’t do refills after 5pm. Shop closes at 5:30pm. Frustrating.

My English is not good, he is very patient to introduce the performance of various fishing boats, very nice staff!

The staff here are so friendly and respectful. Both times I've come here, the staff have always greeted me as soon as I walk in and open to spending 5 minutes with me, giving their advice on what fishing gear I should purchase. I think its extremely important to have staff that not only appreciate their job but are quite knowledgable about the contents of the store. Keep up the good work guys!

Plenty of options for outdoor enthusiastic. Can find nice bargains from time to time. Helpful staff.

Great service and advice from Rod at Castle Hill store. He was amazing, he had the patients to teach my 15 year old son everything he needs to know about first time fishing.

Store is good, didn't stock the burly for trout that wet needed although it had it on line

Great experience at BCF yesterday. The staff were great especially Ethan who knew heaps about the camping equipment and helped me purchase my air mattress.

Can't speak highly enough of both Johnathan and Ryan. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ryan took the time to give me some advice around a particular Reel that I was after and Johnathon assisted in spooling my existing Reel with the Braid I bought from the store earlier that day... I walked away with a perfectly spooled Reel and with another purchase thanks to their expert advice! Their customer service is second to none, and it is for this reason that I'll be going back to this store for my fishing needs in the future. Great stuff guys.

Super friendly and helpful staff, stock has been an issue at times, but no surprise considering 2020s challenges. They order in stuff from other stores and usually available pretty quickly. Quick spot place to refill gas cylinders you own.

Great service. I was looking for a life jacket which was out of stock. The salesperson called another store and asked them to leave one aside for me without me even asking! Best BCF I've been to, and I've been to a lot of BCFs 👍👍

Favourite store at the moment.I'm teaching my daughter how to fish and this store we love to go to the buy all of our lures and fishing line. I always find something new to buy in the on special boxes of lures that are at this BCF. Recently we bought a camp Billy so we could boil some water on the boat to have our hot chocolate and coffees when we go fishing

Super helpful and friendly staff at BCF Castell Hill. They organised the goods we needed despite not having stock of it at the time and were very attentive and assisted us with the purchase process. Highly recommend buying from this store.
