Today I bought a diamond pendant. At the end of the sale, when I asked for warranty and repair, they said for supports I need to visit their store at Nepal!!! I couldn’t believe that, I am buying in Australia and there is not Australian support. Why do I need to go to Nepal and how this is related to an Australian customer like me!? Are they not following Australia Consumer law?

What a day! I was just looking at first at RB Diamonds Jewellers Pty Ltd about their jewellery at display and I asked these two beautiful ladies Radhika and Renu if they have choker necklace. They are both nice and very good entertainers while talking to me. They showed me several and I found the one I really like with a big discount! We stood outside their shop for about 20 mins waiting for our turn but there was not even any acknowledgement from staff. I get it its for security they don’t let a lot of people in but alteast acknowledge your customer. I pressed the bell a couple of times to get their staff’s attention through glass front, but was just ignored. I then tried calling the shop to ask their shop hours so we can just come back later but no one answered the calls and after 30 mins we gave up, wouldn’t be going back for sure.

One of the most reliable , trustworthy and genuine jewellery store that i have ever been in sydney. Never returned home dissatisfied or with empty hands from this store. Friendly, polite and very professional staffs here makes us sure what we want and what's our need. A big happiness comes in small packages and R.B. Diamond jewellers makes sure we get that happiness whenever we visit the store. So i would rank 5 star out of 5. Excellent service and 100% genuine quality.

Very limited stock despite being cheapest quotes for jewelleries they have. But it was not worth the visit, since I didn't see much of the stock there irrespective of facebook picture promotions 😔😔
