Yoga studio Pilates studio Sauna

🫤 I did like my experiences with Theresa and Vicky at this studio, for drop in visits - both the yin sessions, and the normal vinyasa flows. It is a bit disappointing to know that I will be charged a $25 no show fee for my yin session with Thana last night, when I did check in with him at the receptio... People often mention studio, yoga, class, classes, feel, teachers, good, great, teacher,

I did like my experiences with Theresa and Vicky at this studio, for drop in visits - both the yin sessions, and the normal vinyasa flows. It is a bit disappointing to know that I will be charged a $25 no show fee for my yin session with Thana last night, when I did check in with him at the reception area, despite paying $29 for this drop in session. That seems really unfair.

Ive been going to Vicky Chapmans classes for 9 years now, and my practice has improved progressively over this time. Her attention to detail, body alignment knowledge, and knowledge of the practice and poses are second to none. I can't recommend her classes enough if you want to learn a good intelligent, wholistic yoga practice.

Good studios, but disappointing that they have introduced wipes to all their studios. An environmental disaster, especially in Byron Bay, even though they're made from bamboo, they are only biodegradable if you check with your local counci & their green waste facility. I would be interested to know if that's what's happening, or are they just going to landfill ?

Thank you so much to Noelle & Bodymindlife for curating such a profound, inspiring & fun training. It was a joy to be immersed in the studio with like-minded yogis, learning the art & strategies to sequence intelligently. The knowledge I gathered will continue to have a great impact on my own practice & teachings. Very grateful to have been a part of it, Nikki x

I'm happy with the friendly and professional environment there. The studio itself is very comfortable, cozy and with good energetic. I can feel nice community vibe there. Which is always makes me willing to come here as much often as I can. The staff is welcoming and helping. The teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and always ready to help you. So you feel like you're good friends. There I can feel like I'm a part of a family. And one more important thing is that BodyMindLife has a huge range of different events. Free or paid - they're always great and well organized. Thanks, guys for your effort and job.

Loving this studio. I’ve left KX and found this place where the instructors focus on form and movement quality. Every class is different and challenging in new ways. And most classes I’ve learned a new exercise! The salt lamps, essential oils and wooden decor just add to the experience making it an incredibly welcoming place. Thanks guys!

Body Mind Life is a great community with excellent professional teachers, and comfortable studio. I have learned a lot from the yoga and plate’s teachers since going to the Surry Hills studio and I hope will continue to learn. I always really appreciate BodyMindLife.

Bad experience at 4pm Sunday yoga with Vicky. Honestly, a bit of a rude instructor... started the class by picking up my phone and two others and removing it from the room without asking for our permission, even though I had it on silent and at the back of the room. Secondly, I've practiced yoga for several years and I appreciate form correction, but the way the teacher spoke felt condescending rather than helpful, laughing at some students when it took them a while to get into the right position. Lastly, yoga should be a time to feel safe, listen to your body and move as you feel is needed in that moment. However, the teacher was judgemental. For example, before our inversion pose, she said "i don't want to see anyone doing a shoulder stand because i think that's so bad for the body" or at the end of class I took a supported block under the sacrum and she literally came up to me, physically removed the block from underneath me and said "never ever do that" even though I find the block very helpful and supportive releasing my back tension. Give this teacher more training!

Body Mind Life is the best yoga studio in Sydney. I recently completed the Spring Yoga Challenge and it motivated me to get back on the mat. I’ve been practising yoga for 55years and I’m so grateful to be part of the BML community at this stage of my yoga journey. The teachers at BML are caring and committed to the yoga philosophy. They are all unique and truly world class.

Body Mind Life has provided the holistic experience I have been looking for. It connects all pieces of the puzzle.. the invigorating open classes, the restorative yin and finally the introduction to meditation through experiences such as ‘Kirtan’ and sound healing. Thank you Bondi Beach BML!

On top of membership, there is a $25 fee for missing a class or $15 to cancel a class. Better value elsewhere. Membership cancelled.

The Studios are so peaceful and have a wonderful relaxing ambiance. The teachers are experienced and skilled and I look forward to every class. I love the peaceful feeling I get the moment I step into the foyer. The aroma of essential oils immediately makes me feel relaxed. The studios and bathrooms are always incredibly clean.

I absolutely love this studio. Each time I step in the lift and can smell the essential oils wafting from Level 1, I noticeably relax. The Surry Hills studio is an amazing open, light and calming space and everyone I have spoken to is very friendly (I definitely prefer this venue over the Potts Point studio). Kat is my absolute favourite yoga instructor. She has an effortless way of making you feel comfortable and have the confidence to give everything/challenge yourself in class. I can't wait until she is back from Bali so I can take her classes again.

Very clean, pleasant studio with positive vibe. It may get a bit crowded on weekends. I really appreciate they extended my pass when I got covid and couldn’t go there for two weeks.

BodyMindLife Pilates and Yoga studios are great! Their staff are friendly and helpful, their instructors are knowledgeable and caring. BodyMindLife offers ample availability of classes to choose from and book through a personal account on their website or over the phone, when needed. Additionally, their Surry Hills studio provides infrared sauna and Pilates/Yoga teacher trainning. Their atmosphere is warm and welcoming, always with friendly faces greeting you upon arrival and departure. Can't wait to have the tea facilities in the waiting area reinstated! Well done guys. You have a great businees model. Keep up with the good work! Kind regards, Alessandro.

Great place to learn and practise Pilates!! The Surry hills studio is very well located with minutes from central station. The studio is clean and well maintained with good changing rooms. The teachers are excellent; particularly wanted to mention Vee Wiesheu; unfortunately she only teaches twice a week in Surry hill studio. The cost is $62/ week for Pilates only (so not cheap!!). But I would say it is worth the value :)

Since you walked in the studio, you can feel a magic vibe all around. The staff warmly welcome you, always smiling and being open to listening and answering to your questions. The teachers are absolutely the best in Sydney, super focused on your movements, making your entire body working, and changing sequences every class.

The place gives me the sense of security, safe and non-judgmental space. The staff are friendly and give me the warm welcome. The energy in the studio has a positive effect on my mind.

The atmosphere, philosophy, and the classes. I like the way every teacher display their own way of teaching, through the different studios without having to be always the same intensity, or patterns, or movements during the work out
