My husband and I got our wedding bands custom made at Reems. Adam went above and beyond, and always checks in with us when we pass by! The rings they made were beautiful and the service was so incredible. Thank you for being such a big part of our special day!

January 2019 My son had his engagement ring custom made by Reems Jeweller and he was so pleased with the result. The service from Adam Sr and Adam Jr were outstanding and personal; they genuinely cared about my son’s thoughts and feelings toward his engagement ring. My son was very particular, fussy and detailed when it comes to great design and both Adam Sr and Adam Jr were very accommodating and have produced beautiful engagement ring. Both Adams were very proud to be a member of a family of generations of Reems Jewellery producing beautiful and elegant pieces of fine jewellery. I have also bought jewellery for myself and they are stunning. I just love my ruby and diamond earrings and ring. The Reems Jeweller have now become our family jewellers. Adam and his family helped me find the perfect wedding band to suit my engagement ring. They have such a wide variety and I knew I was sure to find the perfect band from their selection of beautiful diamonds. Their service is next to none and they were such a pleasure to deal with. They couldn’t have done more to make to make the process and my experience easier. They even took the time to finesse the band over a few times until it was absolutely perfect! Most of their pieces are 18ct Gold and the quality is impressive. Harry, Sue and Hani deliver customer service without being pushy, they listen to your enquiry, weather that’s a repair or a custom made piece, and provide with brilliant solutions. The level of knowledge & experience with gold, gemstones & diamonds is next level. Everything is hand picked and according to your preference, and the initial characteristics that you bring to the table are always heard. I trust my custom pieces to them and I get nothing but extreme satisfaction. Highly recommend this shop for gold repairs, custom made diamond pieyces or to just shop around for special occasions.

Hands down the best Jeweller I have ever been to, Adam is just fantastic and always a pleasure to talk to. 2 years ago my wife and I brought her wedding band here and we were so impressed with the design and service we ended re-modelling her engagement ring (and old family heirloom) and they even refurbish my wedding band (also an old family heirloom). Since then we have always come back to Reems and always had the same fantastic experience.

My husband bought me a necklace from Reems and 7 months later the clasp broke off, but luckily the necklace wasn’t damaged when it dropped to the floor. Needless to say, I went back and they said it would cost $150 to replace the clasp, even though it had quite clearly broken off and they said “yes, sometimes they do break”. They were really defensive. It’s a shame because my brother-in-law bought an engagement ring from here and we have bought a few pieces over the years. Jewelry that breaks due to no fault and isn’t fixed is a sign of a bad jeweler! No good.

Helia and Hani were my heroes that day. 2nd September 2020. I was stressed looking for our rings that would be used that evening for our marriage ceremony. (Yup very rushing) I walked in to REEMS and was hesitated if i should buy them here or not because they might be too expensive for us. I found the ones we were looking for (plain yellow gold rings) but the price was far too expensive. Hani and Helia helped me to look for the other option which is silver. They measured the size and get them fixed to fit my fingers and my husband's too. However, my husband's ring did not fit his finger at all so he came to the shop to get it fix later. Haha hope it will fit this time! I was so happy with their help and kindness. Highly recommended!!!

I brought in my late grandmother's ring to learn more about it and have it resized, and Sue was absolutely so amazing to talk with and unbelievably helpful. My ring needed to be resized down quite a bit, which worried me that it wouldn't be able to be done, but the jeweller did an absolutely amazing job. I'm thrilled to be able to wear it now!
