Love this clinic for the clean, professional atmosphere and trust Narges fully with my laser pigmentation removal. I've had two treatments so far and have already noticed a big difference in the freckles on my back and chest and look forward to going there again soon to see her. Summary: useless treatments but quick to take my money. Stay away from this place. 2 weeks ago I went for a treatment. I went to the shopping centre to make the booking and I was told the price was $9.90 per unit (yes I have a witness). On the day of the treatment I was charged $12.95 per unit (multiply by 14 and it ended up being charged $181.30 instead of $138.6, which I only realised later). I emailed to complain, they emailed and called to say there was no error and only a "misunderstanding" when they told me the price. On top of that, 2 weeks later I can say with 100% certainty THE TREATMENT DIDN'T WORK ($181.30 to the bin). Last year I paid a lot of money for a treatment (needling) to remove scars from my face. I asked how many sessions would be necessary to remove them, I was told only 6. I paid for 8 just in case. I was told the treatment would probably hurt and they even recommended me buying a numbing cream, which I didn't. The first 2 sessions didn't hurt at all, they felt like a massage. After the 2nd session I was offered to swap 2 sessions for other 2 (one was RF and I think the other one might have been microdermabrasion), again didn't feel much. It was only when I mentioned I wasn't feeling pain at all and that I haven't seen any results when they started being more intense with the treatment, being quite painful and ended up having a bleeding face at the end of the sessions. HOWEVER, after 8 sessions, my scars were still there, unchanged: THE TREATMENT DIDN'T WORK (more than $1,000 to the bin). Before the pandemic, probably 3 years ago, I paid in advance for several sessions of another treatment. I noticed after the 1st session their record system was awful because they kept asking ME "which session is this?", so I kept my own record. After my last session they didn't ask me if I wanted to pay for more sessions (which is what they usually do to take more of your money), and I left. 2 minutes later one of them called me saying I had to go back because I left without paying (I remember it was a lady with VERY short hair; she still works there but her hair is long now, I don't know her name); she was very rude and insisted I didn't pay until I started reading her my records. She said she'd call back but she didn't, not even to apologise. Stay away from this place, it took me too long to realise it myself.

I went to the clinic a little worried because of my experience with other salons in past. But I seen Amanda and my goodness. She is amazing! I've never been so comfortable and her expertise was so professional. You can tell her love for the industry. Ill never see anyone else!

Elizabeth is always such a glowing lovely person every time I come here for my laser appointment. So kind, super thorough in explaining the process and making sure I'm comfortable each step of the way, and just all around great to chat to. She was recommended by a friend who tells everyone she knows that Elizabeth is the best, and she definitely wasn't wrong.

I regularly go to Evolution Laser for various skincare and laser hair removal treatments. I love talking to the staff there who are so sweet and also very helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel taken care of and am happy with the wide range of services they offer at reasonable prices. I will always include them as part of my usual skincare routine. I frequently get comments that I look 10 years younger than I am so it must be working!!

The absolutely best place for all things skin care! I come to Evolution Laser religiously for facials, laser, LED treatments and botox. Everyone is always so friendly. Elizabeth gives the best facials as well as laser treatments. She is always honest and gives great advice. Nurse Blake is extremely professional, friendly and the best injector I have ever met.

I have frequented this business 4 times now and each time its a pleasant and happy experience. Very professional. Today I had to return unexpectedly as the area of treatment on the shoulder suffered a reaction. I was immediately seen to, the affected area treated with creams and bandages and at all times i was made comfortable. Only at the end did I come to understand that the lady assisting the staff, organizing my comfort was the humble business owner. She was hands on and getting into it. Excellent service thank you. Highly recommend Evolution Laser Clinic. Came here for pigmentation laser but the dermal therapist recommended I get laser hair removal instead. I saw results and a reduction in my post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation at the end of all sessions!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided on my full body laser treatment. I have sent countless emails and tried to get ahold of the clinic with no luck on contacting anyone. I have miss patches with rings of hair all over my arms and legs! I would not recommend the girls here for laser.
