I won't name names, but let us call him Little Jack or Jimbo Jones or Johnny. He was rude, passive aggressive and made a simple transaction the most complicated and horrific experience for my partner and her Mother. If you're not enjoying your job find one where you do, like one where customers aren't involved. Perhaps like working in the mines. Or painting. Or even a corporate window cleaner on the outside where there's no one you can bully or hear your passive aggressive comments. I'd actually recommend the mine as you can do some reflecting while you're down there looking for that Myer One card. Time to hit the road Jack as you're not doing your colleagues any favours, let alone customers. Managers and Supervisors take note.

Thus Myer is a country version which means smaller range and none if the higher end designer range. In saying that there are a few of the brands such as sunglasses hut, taking shape and RM Williams that are within this Myer. The store is clean and there are very clean toilets on the first floor. There is plenty of parking in the Centre point shopping complex so it makes it very easy to access. It has the biggest range of Womens underwear/bras etc and has professed bra fitters if you would utilise that service.

The staff are too attentive. Constantly asking if they can help you, yes there are some who like this but I personally like to shop uninterrupted and will let you know if I need help. Started to think they thought I was going to steal something when the third employee in a row asked me if they could help me with something??? Either that or they were just having a slow night 🤣

Worst Customer Service I have encountered in quiet sometime. I was looking at a shirt that was reduced to $35 and boots for $59 and jeans. Scanned items at the till and the amount didnt add up. I asked the sales associate to double check the clearance sticker on the shirt. The clearance sticker had been changed from $35 to $59 and was told I'd have to pay the new clearance price so I said don't worry about the shirt. So I asked to double check the boots they didn't scan at the sale price of $59 they scanned at full price. The sales associate called his team leader and I explained what the sales associate said to me. Her response was "well I'm the team leader so I'm the boss on this floor". So I said ok then you can cancel the sale. She scoughed at me and was like "righto whatever" she also proceeded to say something as I walked away. I've been a customer service representative for 12 years and that is disgusting customer service.

It's your typical Myer. What I don't understand about Myers staff is their lofty attitude. Big line up at the men's counter because the minority employee would rather tidy up shirts.

Myer in Albury is a terrific shopping experience. The brands we all love are there and there is, I must say, an excellent amount of choice. The Myer staff are very helpful and are not too busy for a chat.

I had a great experience on this occasion,went looking for a white shirt 👕👕...I did not find the brand I was after which I really liked unfortunately so had to settle for something else. Zac made this visit a great experience for me because he was most helpful and patient even as he had to make several trips to the back of to go and check if they had any of them in stock. They have a wide range of men's clothing items from shoes, belts, trousers, formal and casual shoes,formal shirts-(Van Heussen,Blaq,Calvin Klein),suits,ties,socks,polo shirts. Pay them a visit and see for yourself.

Always plenty of stock, great place to browse for homewares and gifts. Sales are decent.

Not a huge range of larger woman's clothing at a reasonable price, if you want to spend your whole pay at one store for a couple of items go for it , even the Wagga store is better than this. Did however buy some really nice baby items at a great price.

Really good set up for a smaller sized town ,and I have to say the friendliest and most helpful staff I have dealt with , especially the young girl at the aftershave counter.

We visited this store today and was looking for shoes for my husband. Found what we were after, but not the size. We approached Joanne who was working in the R M Williams next to the shoes, she informed us that it wasn't her section, but would call for assistance which she did to no avail. Joanne then went on to assist us with sizing even though she had plenty of her own work to do. Finally she spotted a Myer staff member and called her over, this woman was not interested in serving us at all and only said, oh they will be somewhere in the self serve section. Joanne continued to serve us right through to.end of sale. We would like to acknowledge Joannes wonderful customer service Myer staff should all take a leaf out of her book

Worse experience I’ve had at a Myers store. Horrible customer service by Kim who was serving in the handbags register. She was abrupt and rude. Maybe she needs to be re trained in customer services. I watched her serve other ladies the same way. Surprise she didn’t get other complaints. She needs to slow down and stop rushing customers off. Horrible experience!

All the pet shops had ran out of crickets and bugs etc Except for mealworms. So I grabbed 2 pkts of half dead ones. Sizing was ment to be medium plus.

Fantastic huge store with so much to offer. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Myer Albury as the customer service was very nice and friendly. The young lady that served me was really talkative which made me feel good about being there in Myer Albury. I am very grateful for that young lady because she has very nice customer skills and knows what to do to put a smile on my face.

Good range of brands and products. The renovation has been much needed and has transformed the shopping experience.

Just another centre could not fined a male sales person which is a shame. the sale person when I needed help just looked at me and then turned back and keep on talking to another sale's person not very good.

The newly renovated store looks fabulous. There is a great variety of fashion and cosmetics. Sales people are friendly and helpful.

I had such a fantastic time shopping for new outfits today. Annie was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She definitely went the extra mile, by selecting outfits that were comfortable and fitted perfectly.

The staff are amazing and a credit to the store. I've been there a number of times and to different departments and you always receive great service from all staff. A pleasure to shop there.

Best fashion in Albury. And the girls at the perfume counter always go out of their way for the customer. I brought some dior cologne with my nephews, on a day shopping, and they both got give a sample cologne and they felt so special. They were raving about it for days. I was the most cool uncle for a day and I'm so greatful. I'm always back to sticky beak on the specials and the men's clothing. French connection you rock that store. It's so neat and perfectly folded, and a kind person. 🥰

I would like to thank Ros in the Bra section. She was so helpful and patient when helping me with fitting of new bra's. She was so knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She should be commended for her great services.

Great place to shop. Open, spacious. Staff always friendly and ready to help. Good selection of a range of women's wear, but you have to be quick to catch a bargain on some of the better designer stock - though staff are really good at sourcing your size from other stores if available.
