My
stay
at
the
Ramada
Hotel
was
beyond
terrible.
I'm
not
quite
sure
how
this
hotel
has
a
rating
of
2.7
stars
because
it
should
be
a
0.
To
start
off,
there
are
multiple
security
guards
lingering
around
the
lobby
and
sitting
on
chairs
in
the
hallways.
Now,
you
would
think
this
would
be
reassuring
for
your
safety,
but
it
is
the
complete
opposite.
It
was
very
uncomfortable,
and
they
look
at
you
as
if
you're
doing
something
wrong
when
you're
not.
There
are
two
ladies
set
up
right
at
the
entrance
with
a
table,
and
their
shirts
say
"case
workers,"
and
I
think
this
has
to
do
with
the
fact
that
this
hotel
provides
housing
for
immigrants,
which
would
be
okay
if
a
heads-up
was
given
because
I
don't
think
everyone
would
feel
comfortable
with
this.
There
were
a
bunch
of
random
people
just
lingering
in
the
front
of
the
hotel,
in
the
parking
lot,
and
right
by
the
main
entrance,
smoking,
drinking,
etc.
There
were
loose
beer
bottles
in
the
parking
lot,
which
is
kind
of
a
hazard.
The
hotel
room
was
definitely
not
worth
$548.
The
room
has
not
been
updated
in
god
knows
how
long;
the
room
was
musty,
with
fingerprints
and
holes
all
over
the
wall.
A
proper
blanket
was
not
even
provided.
They
had
what
looked
like
a
curtain
on
top
of
the
bed
as
some
sort
of
decorative
item.
There
were
moths
and
flies
coming
into
our
room.
I
was
not
sure
where
they
came
from,
but
they
were
gross.
Me
and
my
boyfriend
were
booked
for
4
nights,
and
each
night
we
had
to
get
new
room
keys
because
it
wouldn't
work
after
we
had
been
out
for
the
day.
On
the
third
day,
we
left
around
11
a.m.
to
get
breakfast
(outside
of
the
hotel
because
they
do
not
have
a
restaurant),
and
my
boyfriend
had
spoken
to
the
older
gentleman
at
the
front
desk
and
asked
for
housekeeping.
The
older
gentleman
had
an
airpod
in
his
ear
(like
the
majority
of
the
staff)
and
asked
if
we
were
going
out;
we
said
yes.
We
came
back
an
hour
or
so
later
and
were
walking
towards
our
room
when
another
staff
member
at
the
front
desk
yelled
something,
and
then
one
of
the
security
guards
called
us
over.
We
get
to
the
front
desk,
and
the
staff
member
(who
we
had
spoken
to
at
check-in
and
for
2
days
or
nights)
asks
us
where
we
are
going.
We
state
our
room,
and
he
says,
"You
already
checked
out!"
We
said
no;
our
stay
is
for
4
nights.
He
asked
for
the
name
that
the
reservation
was
under
(mind
you,
he
knew
my
name
and
our
faces)
and
said,
"My
apologies."
This
really
rubbed
me
the
wrong
way
because
even
if
we
had
"checked
out,"
all
of
our
items
were
in
the
room,
so
what
were
they
going
to
do
with
them?
I
would
ask
to
speak
to
a
manager
to
get
a
refund,
but
based
on
the
replies
I've
seen
on
these
awful
ratings
(which
are
all
accurate),
I
doubt
I
would
get
anywhere.
This
was
by
far
the
worst
"hotel"
experience
I've
ever
had
in
my
life.
If
I
could
rate
it
a
0,
I
would.
Beware;
do
not
stay
here.
To
whichever
staff
member
reads
my
view,
please
do
not
respond
with
your
poor
excuse
of
an
apology
of,
"
Dear
valued
guest,
On
behalf
of
our
entire
team,
I
would
like
to
apologize
for
not
exceeding
your
expectations.
Your
satisfaction
is
important
to
us,
and
we
will
be
using
the
feedback
you
gave
us
to
implement
improvements
to
ensure
we
offer
a
better
experience
for
guests
in
the
future.
I
hope
that
you
will
consider
staying
with
us
again
so
that
we
can
have
another
chance
to
provide
you
with
a
superior
experience.
Sincerely,
"
