Easily
the
best
private
training
gym
in
the
city.
The
classes
are
fun
and
high
energy
with
knowledgeable
instructors,
atmosphere
is
welcoming,
and
the
community
is
unlike
anything
I’ve
experienced
anywhere
else.
Not
to
mention,
you’re
gonna
get
results.
I’ve
been
training
here
for
2+
years
and,
no
exaggeration,
The
Strength
Club
changed
my
life.
I
look
and
feel
better
now
in
my
30s
than
I
did
in
my
20s.
Kenny’s
knowledge,
patience,
support,
and
firm
guidance
have
pushed
me
to
achieve
things
I
genuinely
did
not
think
were
possible
for
“someone
like
me.”
I’ve
always
been
the
“curvy
girl”
and
never
thought
of
myself
as
particularly
athletic.
The
weight
room
used
to
intimidate
the
hell
out
of
me.
Now
it’s
one
of
my
favorite
places
in
the
world
because
of
how
much
I’ve
learned
from
Kenny,
and
because
of
the
confidence
he’s
helped
instill
in
me.
The
strength
you
gain
in
the
gym
really
does
translate
to
confidence
and
strength
outside
of
the
gym.
That’s
especially
true
if
you
have
real
expert
guidance
and
community
support,
and
that
combination
is
really
hard
to
find.
I’ve
tried
just
about
every
fancy
group
fitness
class
in
this
city
-
spinning,
kickboxing,
HIIT,
dance
cardio,
yoga
-
you
name
it.
Nothing,
literally
NOTHING
has
changed
my
body
and
my
mindset
about
fitness,
and
improved
my
own
estimation
of
what
I’m
capable
of,
as
dramatically
as
training
at
The
Strength
Club.
Every
time
I’ve
showed
up
at
The
Strength
Club,
it’s
consistently
been
exactly
what
I
needed
that
day
and
my
day
has
been
better
as
a
result.
The
commitment
to
excellence,
cleanliness,
and
great
equipment
makes
it
a
great
place
to
train
for
any
fitness
level,
and
the
welcoming
atmosphere
and
attentive
guidance
is
particularly
friendly
to
newcomers.
I
can’t
recommend
it
highly
enough.
