    Wow wow wow I don’t know where to start off. First off I should have known and done my own research, by the stars of this place I shouldn’t have even wasted my time choosing this place as service. The staff is extremely unprofessional. I am having my first child by the grace of god and I was not informed on what vitamins to take or what services can be ordered to me such as WIC. I called several times one day because I was running late, I walked in 3 minutes late and the receptionist Rudely told me I had to be rescheduled. The place was empty. She was very rude insensitive and told me good luck finding another doctor. This place is horrible! DO NOT COME HERE! Definitely took my pregnancy elsewhere. Not informative, disrespectful, rude, and flat out oblivious to the needs and concerns of a pregnancy women.

    Consider choosing a different hospital, this place has more patients than their unprofessionally rude staff can handle. When you're late for your appointment by 10 mins you'll be rescheduled (rude and unprofessional behaviour as a bonus); when you're on time it is possible that the doctor might not visit you even after waiting for an hour. Location: worst, there's no parking, you'll have to park in one of the paid parking garages nereby Staff: Unprofessional and downright rude Waiting time: worst, when you're late, the staff treats you rudely; no difference otherwise. To give you an example of how Unprofessional the staff is, we booked an appointment for hospital tour, we were sent an email with no address, neither they mentioned that we had to reply back to confirm the appointment. Wasted my time, gave them another chance by rescheduling, this time there was no one to give the tour. Decided not to go to this hospital right then and there.

    Extremely rude front desk staff. They never greet anyone in fact you will be treated as if they are doing you a favor by even checking you in or booking you an appointment to see the doctor. Not sure why can’t they even show basic courtesy to pregnant women let alone share a bit of their joy.

    The office is very modern and update but we were very disappointed with the staff and their lack of professional and people skills. Staff could benefit from an inservice on customer service and education on keeping personal problems at home or get another job that makes them happy. I mean don't rub your negative energy on your patients. Person at the desk looks down or staris at the wall while talking to you. I mean how rude can you be?

    I am expecting my first child and currently live in Hoboken, NJ. For level 1 & 2 ultrasounds it is between this location and one in Jersey City. I chose this one despite the terrible reviews. I was nervous going into this not only because it is my first child but also because so many women have written terrible reviews of this location. The ultrasound techs are great. They know exactly what they are doing and are kind and caring. The reason I chose 4 stars over 5 is because the front desk staff is not overly knowledgable or kind. When making your appointments there, be sure to call and confirm before your appointment because they do not send out confirmation emails, calls, or texts. Also make sure that all of your contact information is correct in their system. Other than that you should have a great experience with this location.

    Let me start off by saying that you should throughly read all of the reviews. I went there despite reading the negative reviews and seeing their rating. I was very wrong. Just as everyone has mentioned the front desk, ultrasound department CSR, technicians and even the manager are extremely rude and unprofessional. My very first appointment for an ultrasound I was late due to the limited parking and the front desk was very unprofessional and made me feel horrible. The manager who was in a small room next to her desk decided to chime in and was very harsh and impolite for absolutely no reason, and this was my very first impression of them. My second appointment the ultrasound technician was very upset because I was 8 minutes late and told Me she wouldn’t be able to do the full ultrasound and I would need to schedule another ultrasound for another hour, again this was for being late 8 minutes at the time I was at the table ready for the ultrasound. After all that and doing blood work at the end the receptionist told me I needed to go somewhere else because I had not seen a doctor yet and when and if I found another doctor they can request my medical records. I requested the information she was holding and she rudely told me she was not allowed to give me MY records. From the moment I stepped foot into this hospital everyone has been so unwelcoming and unkind which is extremely concerning considering they are dealing with pregnant women. Their service was so terrible that even if you have no where to go, I would not recommend going there.

    I’m really picky about my OB, and Dr. Hyman made me feel comfortable and well informed. She answered all of my questions and I’m just so glad to finally have found a doctor that I want to stick with. The ultrasound department was also very nice and professional.

    Radiology/Ultrasound review Unfortunately, my wife’s OB referred us here. We told her about our poor experience and recommended that she uses a different location and company for her ultrasounds. Front desk for radiology is one of the rudest individuals I’ve met. Scheduling is always a nightmare. They consistently change policies for spouses to come and the times that they are allowed. They do not allow children. There is no parking, be sure to arrive a minimum of 45 min early to find parking. If you are more than 5 min late they automatically cancel you. On a lesser negative you must be vaccinated and boosted but still must wear a mask at all times which is odd at this point. It’s sad because the techs are generally amazing and the system isn’t terrible. I don’t mind leaving this review with my last name because it’s impossible for the front desk to treat us any worse than they already do.

    I went here for my level 2 ultrasound. The staff were friendly and fast. They were cautious of COVID protocol which was great to see. The girl who did the ultrasound was thorough and nice. She was very accommodating to anything I asked.

    Not here to review the facility or doctors, but a company that provides lab services to them: Quest Diagnostics. Steer clear of this company if you can, here's the overview of what happened to me and my wife: My wife had pregnancy exams conducted with Quest Diagnostics. They repeatedly made mistakes with billing our insurance company and even DEMANDED FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT when they were unable to verify we were insured (even though we were). It is also impossible to get them on the phone, I only was able to reach them on the phone ONCE, AFTER 2 HOURS WAITING. The call dropped shortly afterwards and it was very frustrating. At this point, the company SENT US TO DEBIT COLLECTION WITHOUT CALLING OR EMAILING US EVEN ONCE. I am NEVER going to use their services again if I can avoid.

    They were rude, wouldn't let the father into the room for several of the exams citing some high-risk protocol. It's 3 years after the pandemic, we are wearing masks. My wife is crying because I can't hold her hand during the scans.. disgusting behavior
