Dr. Shoshani was excellent, she knows exactly how to engage children and we absolutely love her. However, cannot say the same about the nurses. They were having very personal conversations in front of the clients and honestly rude to the children!! As if they had ran out of patience and professionalism...well if they dislike their job so much, how about work elsewhere?? Preferably away from children... Hopefully someone addresses this asap!!!

Very nice and clean. My reason for the visit was for a sty on my eye. The associate who was taking my information in the back was asking me a million and one questions. Finally saw the doctor who was very professional, explained to me what was the issue and gave me a prescription. I will definitely recommend this facility for treatment if needed to my family and colleagues

The loved office; the staff was nice and inviting. Dr. Amy M. Was on point and heard all of my concerns. My visit was one of the best that I have had in years!!!

I have been seeing Dr Baron for 8 years or so, my neurologist wanted me to see him because he is a neurological eye doc. I have neurological stuff. Anyway, he is the best! The staff there is also the best! I cannot be happier . And would recommend to anyone !!!

0 stars. Dr Robert Spector does not have experience with children. The office manager did nothing to help me with my 2 toddlers that have been there for 3 hours dilated twice. Instead I was discriminated against because they have special needs and ultimately my children were never seen for their initial complaint. Instead the doctor suggested they should be sedated. Disgusting and rude. I will be calling my lawyer. Review update: given a toll free number to speak to a representative about my complaint? Real helpful. What a joke. You will be hearing from my lawyer. No worries.

Dr Hatsis is amazing. He is professional and makes you feel at ease. He always gives a complete explanation of your condition. You leave knowing you have had the best care and all your question have been answered.

My experience at SightMD of Rockville Centre has been excellent and MD Mehta is very knowledgeable and has taken great care of me during my visits here. She is very professional and takes her time to explain and answer all of my questions. The facility is great and thank you for everything!

SightMD is exceptional in every way. Their staff are professional, courteous and kind. Their doctos are experts in their field and treat their patients with exemplary skill, empathy and professionalism. In my 64 years, I have never been to a better run medical office, dealt with a more capable and efficient staff nor been treated with greater kindness and consideration.

Our experience at sightmd was very excellent. We were comfortable right throughout my mother exam.The staffs were great but not to mention the doctor. Dr Alexander you are the best you let me and my mother feel so at ease. Thanks again guys and nuff respect to you doc. I love how you treated us Jamaican. We really enjoyed our visit. We needed a pediatric optometrist for my son. He was squinting and i just wanted the all clear. Times have changed since we the adults used to get tested. Made it fun for the young ones. My son did great, he was not nervous or felt nervous. It can feel like a long process but you get the whole works. And it’s really not that long. All the staff were professional and calming. My son got the all clear, great Vision and i ended up booking us both appointments to get ours tested too. Will definitely recommend

If you ever need to burn over two hours of your day I got the place for you! This practice will make you wait for hours just for a simple eye exam! After two hours and 40 minutes I have to say it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I will say that the staff and Doctor were professional. Extremely disappointing their process is terrible.

I accidentally got hand sanitizer in my eyes and my eyes were very irritated. I was concerned that I may have damaged the outer layer of my cornea. It was a Sunday and I was able to make a first time appointment for that day! Dr. Shoshani was amazing and I was in and out in under thirty minutes! I will definitely use this office again!

This was my first time at the new location in Rockville Centre. Very nice but I had an appt at 5:10pm. At 6:10 I was still waiting at 6:45 still waiting. No one had the courtesy to say the Dr is behind. Ok 7pm they called me in they cannot find my old chart which meant I would have to start as a new patient. Not to realize there was 7 not so happy people ahead of me. So I left called later left a message to get my co payment back. No one called me back after leaving a message. Called today it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get my co pay back which they took in 5 minutes. Asked to speak to a manager just to tell about my experience. I was told Joanna cannot take my call. not surprised that I can't even get the manager.

Dr. Hatsis has been my ophthalmologist for several years, very attentive and thorough, answers any question I have and makes gives me great care. Very polite and professional staff. Waiting area, exam rooms, hallways, bathrooms all spotless. Couldn't ask for more.

50 minute wait to be seen. Sorry, but I cannot normalize that, not even from an eye doctor. The person who took my notes as a first time patient was great. She noted that I had 2 retinal detachment surgeries in my history. The doctor, however, did not read my notes before examining me. She did not pick up on the fact that I had previous surgeries, even after dilating and examine my eyes. She did warn me that I might see some floaters, and then I pointed out my detached retina surgery. She acknowledge she had seen some scarring.. I did not feel that she was a good diagnostician or personally invested in my eye health, other than performing a routine check. I will not be coming back.

The wait times are ridiculous, even when you're the first appointment. The inefficiency in patient management is horrific, not to mention that there always seems to be technical difficulties with their equipment. I only come here because I love my doctor.

Wonderful experience. I recently moved to Nassau County leaving my great long time Dr. Epstein in Great Neck. Needing a new ophthalmologist for my glaucoma I searched and read reviews and decided on SightMD. They are only 7 minutes away, a HUGE plus. Dr. Amy Mehta took her time explaining everything and now has a new patient.

The doctor seemed knowledgeable but unfortunately there was no warning of it being a 2 hour appt beforehand, you would think a place that works with children would give you a heads up. Better yet the wait area with tv for the kids had not a single thing to keep children busy. So we had drops, waited about an hour and a half (it was supposed to be 45 min) before we were actually seen. The exam with the doctor took minutes. So it was a lot of fun sitting in the waiting room with a 17 month old and 4 year old bored out of their Minds with other unhappy parents and kids. The first person we saw was also asking my baby a bunch of questions … he’s 17 months………… have you never worked with kids before? And told me he looked like a girl not once, not twice but 3 times. Just rude. I get it. You mistakes him for a girl. But to keep telling me he looks like one? Not the biggest deal but added to the experience … she was nice enough it was just a weird environment. At check out, no one asked to help us. So I asked if I had to be checked out and was told to wait. As they took everyone who came in the door a woman spoke up and told another to check me out and she replied that she has 10 other people to check in so I’ll have to wait. I had already been here for 2 hours with 2 kids. Give me a break. Maybe I should have let my kids scream and I would have gotten further. we would choose elsewhere.

As a new patient, I found the staff to be pleasant, personable and professional. Princess conducted my intake and facilitated a few screenings. She was excellent. Dr. Mehta examined me and was patient, knowledgeable and professional.

I had injured my eye, and when I called was taken right in. The staff and doctor were so nice, caring and professional. I am so appreciative that I was seen so quickly. It eased my mind to know that my eye was ok, and I was given some drops to help the pain. It was a wonderful experience!

My daughter has been seeing Dr shoshani and her exam was very thorough, her doctor has a lot of patience. The facility is very busy and well organized. It's a matter of time waiting to be seen, it's worth it to have her as a pediatrician ophthalmologist

My first time at this office, I came in as an emergency . The staff were very soft spoken and caring, kind and courteous. I can't believe I made an appointment and was seen in the office 1-1/2 hours later. Met Dr Hatsis, who was just fantastic. He did a thorough examination, explained exactly what was going on with my eyes. I can't tell you how happy I am that I found this Dr, this office . I highly recommend them .

Very clean and spacious new office. Very professional staff. Dr. Soshani works great with my special needs kid. She’s very patient, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. Am glad we found her for my son’s eye specialist.
