    Alex is the real deal. I have been training with Alex for one month so far and let me tell you, he is an amazing trainer. All of my workouts have been great, tailored to me, and combine weight training, cardio, boxing, and more. In one month I have lost 8 lbs, feel stronger, and have more energy. He is professional, and he will work with you to achieve your goals. He will also take time to address your diet and lifestyle, which I appreciate. I HIGHLY recommend Alex!

    I have had a blast training with Alex. I've worked with certified personal trainers in New York before, but Alex is a cut above. He varies the sessions so they're never boring, keeps you accountable, motivates you to do your best, and takes meticulous notes logging your process. I've felt myself getting stronger, faster, and more flexible over the past few months, and am excited to keep working with him. Even though I know he is going to push me to my limits, I end up really looking forward to our sessions! In my opinion, he's the best personal trainer for men in NYC. Highly recommend.

    Sexy French trainer. Very well versed in training men. Taught me a few things. I would recommend. Probably the hardest worker I know. It’s worth it if you can afford it. He is also a Alex is a great certified personal trainer in New York with more then a decade of experience.

    Alex literally saved my life. After years of focusing on my career and my kids, my fitness level was at an all-time low. Alex met me where I was, thoughtfully modifying (and then recalibrating) exercises so they were always challenging but safe and achievable. Now I’m so much stronger and more flexible, with more energy than I would have thought possible. I shudder to think where I’d be without Alex!

    I’ve gotten amazing results with Alex, and he has been great to work with. On time, reliable, engaged, knowledgeable and motivating, Alex is a good guy who customized the workouts to my progress, goals and for variety. Once I started taking his dietary advice and committing to the twice a week plan, I was able to drop 30 pounds in 6 months and feel and look so much better. He has also been a pro with physical therapy for prior injuries.

    It took me a while to find a great personal trainer in New York but once i started working with Alex I was very pleased immediately. I was a complete beginner and in one year, I have achieved 315lbs in the deadlift and 225 in the squat. Alex had also helped me with improving my mental strength and not give up when it gets difficult. Doing strength training with Alex had always been so fun, he provided variety of training methods and hence I have developed plentiful athletic skills throughout the year.

    Alex absolutely knows his stuff, and he’s relentless. He will not let me quit. Alex is always pushing me, helping me learn what I’m capable of both in the gym and outside. If you’re looking for the best, this is it.

    Alex is an incredible trainer who will push you to your limits. I have played sports my whole life growing up and have consistently gone to the gym and exercised every week for over 10 years now. Although I like to believe I am in pretty decent shape, Alexs workouts will absolutely challenge you and make you realize there is a lot about the human body and exercising you don’t know about. He will make you workout and activate muscles in multiple different ways that will give you the results you want. Whether it be to lose weight, add on muscle/mass, have someone guide and motivate you if you are new to the gym or if you just simply want to learn great ways to exercise, Alex is the guy for you. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know in NYC who is looking for an elite personal trainer.

    I met Alex at the gym and decided to hire him after we became friendly. A bit expensive but definitely a luxury to have the best personal trainer in NYC to take care of my health and fitness. In a short amount of time we were able to improve my strength significantly, my posture and flexibility, and lost some fat. I definitely feel better than I ever had and recommend Alex to anyone looking for a certified trainer in Manhattan.

    Fantastic experience. Alex is very knowledgeable about multiple facets of physiology and understanding of the male body! He’s helped me get stronger and rehab old injuries and already down almost 20 lbs and we’ve haven’t even done 16 sessions. I can’t wait to see where we are in a year! 🤘🏻

    Alex gets results. He does it by working around your schedule, pushing you hard, but knowing your limits so you get strong quickly but don't get hurt. It's a rare balance. The other trainers even seek him for advice--so you might as well hire the best.

    Alex has helped me overcome a previous physical injury and achieve the physique I always aimed for. He has improved my flexibility and core strength and rehabilitated a previous surgery to the point of being able to play soccer almost pain free after a long time.     I’m a 66 British gentleman, I’ve had trainers in the past, but they were treating me like a grandpa and didn’t get me any results. After 2 months of working with Alex Folacci, I can truly see impressive results! I hadn’t run in 15 years and now I can do a Mile in 11min, and I even did a full pull up, which was the first since about 1980!! I’ve lost close to 10 lbs and also changed my lifestyle and diet thanks to him. I highly recommend Alex who’s clearly one of the best personal trainers in New York City!

    I started working with Alex about a year and a half ago and I can confidently say it changed my life. This man is a proven athlete and applies real fast twitch and functional workouts that translates to multi sport disciplines. I couldn’t recommend this man enough.
