This has been the dirtiest, most unsanitary Domino’s Pizza I have ever seen. Poorly managed staff, all of the staff outside hanging out, went back in and continued to work on the pizza without washing their hands. A garage dumpster in front of the main entrance as well. Place is just a total mess. Pizza under cooked.

İt was very bad service, very bad delivered. Totally ı waited my pizza for 3 hours.At After 3 hours my order was wrong and cold. I ordered hot Wings but they brought garlic bread. I will never order anything from this store. If you care about your money and yourself i recommend not to order anything from this store. THE WORST PIZZA STORE EVER

I ordered 3 pizzas and they didn't deliver it. Went through their website to report it, and it only gave two options, to either take 1 free pizza or to have $20 off my next order. Neither option pays me back for not receiving any product at all. After the third phone call to this specific store where I was hung up on without a word, after being put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time, my brother went to the store in person to complain. He stayed in the store until they delivered the pizza. However when they were delivered all of the three boxes were upside down. (Which I did not realize at first). When I went to grab the pizza boxes with 1 hand to close the door with my other hand, the bottom pizza fell out on the ground face down. When I put the pizza boxes down I realized all of them were upside down, a pizza place doing that in any way is messed up because all of the toppings and sauce get stuck to the cardboard. Its difficult to imagine that it would happen not on purpose because when you put them down the pizzas start to slip immediately out of the box. This location should not be ordered from.

I Stood there for 5 mins while people played on their phones. Asked if I can place a order. They just looked at me and went back to playing with their phones... I said great customer service, they just looked at me, shrugged their shoulder, and went back to their phones! The other employee is reaching their bare hand into a box of vegetables. Very unsanitary!! This place is a dump.

The most irresponsible staff, i love dominoes but this location has an EXTREMELY rude staff. We waited for our order for 3 hours, it took us 8 attempts to get in touch with the store via phone. A representative finally answered after we got transferred from the national customer service number. We asked for a refund and her response was “you have to wait! we did not start your order when you placed it! Call us back later she stated aggressively” she did not want to give us a refund. do not order from this place they do not care about the customer at all. I have NEVER seen such HORRIBLE customer service

Overall, if you order online, please do as other guides have advised...pick up the order yourself at the store. My friends and I placed a fairly basic order and it took ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to get the order. The online tracker had the prep and quality check stages at like 30-35 minutes a piece. The saving grace for this order was the fact that the food was nice and hot. Also, if the delivery time takes a while, don't bother trying to call the store because it goes right to their corporate office and you'll be placed on hold for quite a bit of time. I'll probably give this place a second chance, but I'll likely just go to the store myself. Most of the time the food quality is pretty good, but the service needs MAJOR improvement.

They always burn the crusts and always don’t get the order right. Today I ordered 14inch pizza I went home and open the box and it had 12in pizza in there. We call them about the order but they put us on hold for no apparent reason. So while we were on hold we drove back to Domino’s and they were surprised. I guess they expecting us to hang up. When we confronted them, they gave us lame excuse by saying it’s because we were out of 14 in thin crust dough.

always order from here and they don’t usually get my order wrong except this time …. i always order Alfredo pasta but this time they just threw a bunch of mushrooms and bacon when not asked…

Awful service! Do not order from this location unless you feel like waiting 2-3 hrs for your pizza!

Start off everyone inside there needs to be fired I mean everywhere and start completely new there rude don’t care what they say or how the food it made usually it’s sloppy and the delivery is the worse with them food would say delivered and I still have to wait 25 mins for it to come you call the store there rude and hang up like it’s your fault and going inside is a whole different thing just the atmosphere is wrong

If you order a pizza by 9:50 p.m . You won't get your pizza until 12 a.m. That's how bad the service is there, and plus always burns the pizza That happened to me 3 times I never ordered from there since then

just ordered a pizza for the first time to be delivered. OMG Dominos is charging 4.99 for delivery for a 12in pizza. that is friggin insane. and they taxed me on the deliver charge. Will never order from this company again.

Wack! . I’m calling and calling while I’m leaving work and they not picking up . I decide to pull up and ask what’s up with the phones . They had nothing to say . I call right in front of them and it’s ringing . I place my order waiting (which would have been ready if they would’ve answered) and they mess up the order . (Lucky at the end the girl gave me a free pizza) however , my gosh I feel bad for the people that was calling . Phone was ringing non stop and they did not answer at all. Just on personal phone calls not caring . Don’t Call, use the APP!!!!

I ordered around two weeks ago. I was so scared due to those reviews. But, it was good. IDK. This Domino store was good. Papajohn's near this store was good with terrible reviews. What happened with you buys. Sorry for that.

It's like a Russian roulette... Sometimes you get what you want, sometimes not... If you can order from another location, I would suggest you do that... I'm sure they don't do it in purpose (maybe they are overwhelmed by too many orders?) but either way they get your order right maybe 50/50... So yeap... That's all I have to say about that...

never received my order after it was marked as delivered on the website.I attempted to call the store  to follow up, but no one answered. After about a half-hour of attempting to contact the store, the food was finally delivered. The chicken and pizza were cold. It was a terrible experience.

Avoid this place for your own sanity. I ordered a bunch of food items from this store and not only did they arrive about close to three hours late, they forgot to get my soda and breadsticks! REALLY! Just avoid this shop. Go to a different location. Absolute disappointment.
