It took 10 minutes to place the order. I got a large pie, two sauces, and two small drinks. I asked for a Pepsi and gingerale, but got two gingerales. The pizza tastes as bad as it looks. Please do not order from this place.

Just ordered went to pick it up and the only thing ready was the chicken. I’m actually writting this whole standing in the store. I’m currently waiting for my pizza I personally think I shouldn’t have to pay for my food. It’s not my fault they couldn’t get the order right. Order a cheesesteak pizza barely any meat. I asked for no peppers there’s peppers on it. Place need to train there employees better. Chicken is cold. Tell me where the meat on here.

Hands up if you think these burnt-out wings are edible to feed yor children and you pay for $32???? Calling them to ask some quality food, nobody picks up.

Here are two reasons why i don't recommend this store. 1. The employee is so mean; when i arrived here to pick up my pizza, they kept talking, and walking around as a customer is not here even though they saw the customers. 2. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. But as you can see in the picture, they spread the spice and no apologies, and no changes.

So disappointed with my last experience. I actually started going here for our pizza by recommendation. I only purchased pizza here 4 times but that’s all it took. First 2 times there were no problems. The 3rd time I placed an order for pick up which they told me they would have ready in 20 mins. I got there in 20 mins and one of the guys tells me “oh sorry we haven’t started with the order yet and says can you wait 15 mins”. He was very nice and I said ok and went back to my car then returned to get my pizza and went home with my order. My last order I placed over the phone for pick up, I was told again it would be ready in 20 mins. I go there with my friend to pick up and one of the guys tells me they cancelled my order. I said why would you do that if I didn’t request to cancel the order. He says you were flagged because you cancelled your previous order. I tell him Ive only ordered from there 4 times and never cancelled an order. I asked him couldn’t you to the least have called me to tell me you were cancelling my order 🙄He tells me they can have it done in 15mins. So again, I’m waiting longer for what should’ve been done already. When I go to pay for the order the guy gets really snooty and then they ended up giving me a smaller pie than what I ordered. Totally done with this place. Horrible service.

Horrific service! I called to inquire about my online order (which I had placed over an hour prior to calling). Someone literally answered and hung up on me not once, not twice, but three times! The fourth time someone answered and told me, "You have to be patient, I only have one driver and there's no way for me to contact him." He then abruptly hung up in my face. My order arrived almost an hour and half after it was placed and it was cold. Won't be ordering from this location ever again.

The staff is horrible!!! They are so rude, they made me wait even though my order was ready and I could see it! The guy in front of me was so busy with other pizza boxes that couldn’t just hand me my order and when I asked they got angry and started arguing with me. I asked for the coke that was in my order and they didn’t have it, told me to get something else. Food is great but anybody should go because of the staff.

This people are just so rude! They don’t know anything about customer service. In the app, it says your order is ready, but when i get inside to ask my order, they start yelling at me! Also they work in a kitchen but they don’t look hygienic at all.

I prefer papa Johns out of all the fast food pizza places - Pizza Hut is the worst. And this papa johns is fine, can't think of a bad thing to say. Been ordering from here for years and it's always reliable. Pretty quick delivery too. Unlike Cliffside dominos.

Worst experience ever. I waited more then hour to get my pizza, and got wrong cold pizza. i called them, and their manager was giving me crazy attitude with yelling.

I ordered online and accidentally sent it to the wrong address due to automatic check out prefilled out with previous order information on my phone. I called the place and asked if I could get it re-delivered to the correct address or if I could go pick it up. The manager and the driver didn’t even try to listen to what I had to say and said, “you don’t even know where you live? I can’t deliver it to your place nor can you get a refund” and just hung up. I tried to call them again and they never picked up. I tried to go see if they left my order at the wrong address they sent my order to but the driver took it back. No one’s answering my calls anymore and this is not how customer service should be. I’m not even mad at the fact that I never got my food but mad at how they handled things. Will definitely bring this up to Papa John’s headquarters or even consider talking to my lawyer about how they treat their customers. Very disappointed.

I ordered veggie pizza from Papa John's while I was in Selden,NY a few days ago. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent 👌.

Like other people said, food is fine. But the tracking feature is not accurate at all. Just expect to wait 40min to 1hr 30min. I live about 10min away from this store by the way. So don't expect fast delivery and you have to be really patient.

This is the worst place ever. The workers should honestly be fired. It was such a horrible experience even talking to them. So rude. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Ignored me when I walked in and it was empty. They were literally just standing around acting like I wasn’t even there.

There are There is a worker of Hispanic origin (Puerto Rican) he has a mustache and a beard, he treats customers very badly, the last time I made an order for myself to pick up and he treated me in the worst way and he also withdrew the order and another employee there gave it to me and he told me about the anomaly, how is it possible that they use such low-education working there

Made an online order but didn't get my food for 2 hours. And when I called the store to check for the order, the store manager didn't even pick the call for 20 minutes and didn't even say he was sorry about the poor service. Won't ever order papajohns from at least here.

I stop ordering from papajohns after this Yesterday 7:10 online order 7:15 I saw ETA 30-35min 7:50 I saw it delivered on tracking but it wasn't. I asked about it on online customer support chat they told me contact store 7:55 I tired to call here they don't answer 8:00 I got call from delivery man he arrived 8:02 I got the pizza box, but there was wrong topping what I CAN NOT eat on my pizza 8:05 I asked it for refunding or redelivering it 8:07 they give me feedback form that's all 8:15 I write feedback form for refunding Next day 2:30pm I didn't get any reply from feedback yet They ruined my dinner, waste my time, rob my money, disgrace papajohns Only one store makes one customer who ordering for 5years stop ordering Great store

The pick-up service is consistently prompt, and the food is consistently delicious. However, the ambiance leaves much to be desired, prompting me to prefer ordering for takeout instead. The trade-off is worth it for the flavorful dishes and timely service.

Sorry for other guests having had bad exp with this store. However, (I am not sure whether it was because of an improvement from these horrible reviews or one time lucky), I received what I ordered with good qualities. Hope you guys have better exp too!

DO NOT! Order from here! People here are the worst people you can ever meet. Horrible service. They will either give you the wrong order or not give to you at all. This was not the first time. Everytime I call its not their fault. And the person who picks up the phone needs to learn how to work and deal with customers. Whoever is running this business, needs to stop.
