Today, I went there to purchase a gold bracelet. The worst experience I've ever had. There was a manager there who had a terrible attitude and seemed unwilling to sell anything to us. I've been there previously and spent so much money there that I'll never go back. The customer service was horrible, and the Bengali manager appeared to detest her job.

Very bad quality jewelry and service. The owner is very disrespectful and worst I have ever seen in my life. I got two bangles and one of them broke within less than a month. I came to the shop and wanted to change. They gave me $400 less than my purchase price and said I broke it. Then I changed that to a bracelet with a loss of $400 plus they charged extra money for the bracelet. That bracelet broke apart in two days. When I went back to them they said they can’t exchange it and that I have to talk to the owner. I talked to the owner and had the worst experience ever. That man was too rude and disrespectful. They offered me a little money back and refused to exchange. It was very upsetting. Look like this is their strategy of cheating people and making money. I will never ever come to Sona Chandi neither recommend any of my family or friends to go there. I would give them zero ratings. I left with the broken bracelet and can never use it. Hate this shop forever. They are cheaters and making money by cheating people.

Bought few pairs of bangles. Next day went to exchange one pair but she behaved very rudely very unprofessional. She showed only 2 pairs of bangles and said choose either one and pay the difference. I wanted to choose different kind but she refused to show us more. My family and friends told me not to go there and now I know why . Sorry for the owners! Good business going down because of providing rude service to the customers. I will let my family and friends know that don’t ever go there.

They are the scam of the earth bought bunch of gold jewelry and within 2 days one of the bracelets starts peeling off, went to them for exchange but they don’t wanna do anything, people stay away from this people…..

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from here, but save your money and don’t come here. I bought a nose pin and needed it to be fixed because the stone fell off within two days of being it and just sitting in the box, but they kept telling me how they have a no return/exchange policy for nosepins, which I understand but I did not want to return or exchange it. I simply needed them to place my stone back on and if they can’t do so at least provide me a discount and return some money so I can get their cheap jewelry fixed. But instead they told me to come into the store so they can take care of it. I came all the way from Long Island, sat in hours of traffic only for them to put the stone on with krazy glue!!!! Absolutely insane

Low quality jewelry, they don’t return it but trust me it will break before you even get home. Avoid at all costs.

The staff here is very rude. They act as if they own the jewley and we are getting the items for free lol. If you even want to work out a price and have any thing to say as a customer they will be so rude and they don't care if you walk away unhappy. Well, the woman who assisted myself and my parents. Idk what all the bad reviews are about. The customer service was good here the workers were very patient and helpful. Also the gold piece prices are super reasonable and are realistically priced compared to the market value of gold. If this is bad customer service yall would not make it buying jewelry in another country then lol

They robbed people always. I bought jewelry for my girlfriend and they charge extra money than actual gold price and weight. I will never go this place again. I always used to buy jewelry from there I will never go back
