Clean & Beautiful. I had Luna who did an excellent job on my pedi. She was attentive & gentle. The cheapest pedi is $48, but worth it. Snacks & refreshments are at the entrance. Love how advanced this place is. You input your phone number when you come in. Will be coming again

I’m a regular here. I love coming here to get my nails done. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience today. For the first time ever since coming here, my fingers are in pain. Anna made me bleed not once but three times. She also went too fast painting my nails. Didn’t even take her time. Why? What’s the rush? Slow down when doing someone’s nails. Also, having an attitude when my friend spoke up for me was unacceptable. You’re doing someone’s nails, fix it when they’re upset. I’m very upset about my experience today. I called the store and the lady at the front said “we don’t do refunds” which I think is absolutely ridiculous.. considering the fact that my fingers are in pain. All 10 of them. Best hope that I don’t get an infection. P.S: Total was $105.

I normally do not leave reviews. I did not want to leave a bad review, but my fingers were in so much pain after my first visit here. I was in pain for a good portion of the process but did not want to complain. Despite this, my technician was very fast and friendly which is something I can appreciate. Overall, all of the ladies working here were very nice and made me feel comfortable. However, I did not account for my fingers to be bleeding or be in as much pain as they were after I left. I am hoping to not get an infection on any of my fingers.

If you truly love your nails, this place is not for you. This is my fourth time going after giving up time after time and after several chances, today was the last draw for me. A simple gel manicure with chrome could not be done properly. The tech goes over the chrome with top coat and leaves patches uncoated and is going to tell me “you touched the inside of the lamp”. At this point, I’m low on time and I’m getting the heck outta here. Paid $50 for a gel manicure with no name polish. You’d think this place has every color in OPI and Essie’s, but no. And don’t get me started on my first, second and third visit! I tried my best to love this place by going multiple times and trying different techs but this place is just not it. I will never be returning! Two stars because this place is aesthetically pleasing.

Salon is very beautiful, clean and has a great vibe and I love the fact that a cat lives there! The staff is very friendly, and my nails came out amazing! I actually saw the sign about the cat when I went to breakfast this morning which is what initially made me want to try this place and I was not disappointed! This will be my new go to spot for nails. I definitely recommend if you live in the area and are looking for a new nail spot!

Your establishment is extremely welcoming…beautiful and clean. By the way there’s a shop that opened its 2nd shop on Veterans Hwy Hauppauge that mirrored you in vision only … they don’t hold a candle to you. The staff are all friendly and courteous. Amanda gave me an amazing pedicure and Allen gave an amazing powder manicure with extreme detail and care to my weak nails. Thank you for such wonderful service- you just gained 2 loyal customers.

Me and my daughter went in for Manis today. The technician paid a great deal of attention to detail even though she is a kid. I was very impressed at the hand drawn stitch character he drew on her nail! Thank you so much for everything

Nice ambiance, but expensive pricing, felt rushed and the nail tech left my nails messy. I understand I got a dark color, but I was told they would look neater after I washed my hands. I washed my hands several times and it still looks messy. The least they could do is clean my nails to get rid of the extra color that stayed on my fingers. For the price, absolutely not worth it. These pics are of my nails after washing my hand several times. When I left the place my fingers were the color of my polish.

Firstly The salon is beautiful. I was greeted by smiles and very quickly checked in on the little computer. My nail technician was Ryan he was super nice friendly FAST and nails looked beautiful. He also took me 20 minutes late for my appointment and 30 minutes before they closed. Would recommend the salon to everyone !

First time coming after seeing the salon advertised on Instagram. The entire salon was beautiful, clean and sterile! Everyone was friendly, upfront about pricing (which I appreciated) and I felt very relaxed. I will definitely be coming back as a regular!

It was my first time at Pacfe Nails and it is without a doubt one of the best nail salons around. Brandy did an amazing job and was so friendly! My pedicure was amazing! The place is very clean and well decorated with the pink walls and cute pedicure chairs!!

Very professional and friendly. Calm environment and the staff are very willing to help with even the little things. The prices were surprisingly good and l was not given even a hint of pressure to tip, which made me want to tip even more. They also had the cutest kitty dressed in pink working clothes and I absolutely loved that haha. Oh, and my nails look great, my nails tech made sure they looked how I wanted.

While making an appointment, consider calling 1-2 days in advance because they tend to book up, but it is well worth the wait! Prompt seating, excellent quality care, and they also offer customers the option to purchase massages while they get their nails done. Fantastic self-care at a beautiful salon! Reyna has done my mani a couple times and my pedi at the last appt. Her results are excellent and my gel polish held up 3 weeks last time without flaw. I definitely recommend!
