Read all the great reviews and decided to give it a try. More than half of what we ordered was recommended by the servers, yet our main courses (swordfish and mini rigatoni) were overwhelmed by the amount of sauce and intense (and oddly similar) flavor. I don't remember the last time we didn't finish half our entrees. Dishes lacked balance and even the meatballs that were so highly rated were good at best (and also had a similar-ish sauce to the pasta). The fried baby artichokes were OK but far less tender than typical (so you couldn't eat about 1/3 of it). The Caesar salad was ok. I'm sure this is a fabulous place, but don't order the dishes we got, since that combination is basically the same flavor in different formats. Service was good.

Had a delightful dinner here. We met the chef upon arrival, who was warm and welcoming. He later visited every table. Every dish was delicious, as well as the cocktail we ordered. Service was terrific. The place is relatively small, but even with a large party near us, we had no trouble conversing. We will definitely return.

This might be the best restaurant on Long Island that I have been to. There aren’t many tables so make sure to make a reservation. My wife and I have been here twice and every plate we’ve tried has been amazing. The menu changes seasonally, hence the name. The burger is amazing but if you don’t want to do a burger for dinner, make sure to get the sliders to start. The tacos are always incredible and I almost never get pasta dishes but the lobster pasta was the best pasta dish I think I have ever had. The passion fruit margarita and gin tea are dangerous in the sense that you do not taste the alcohol. You absolutely have to have the bread pudding for dessert.

Rented the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon for a private party- my mom’s 60th birthday. Everything was extraordinary! Everyone was raving about the food and the service! The chef worked with us to come up with a wonderful menu and set up! Would highly recommend Season for any private event!

Had a great meal at Season! Everything we ate was delicious. Would highly recommended the meatballs and the vodka sauce! The pork chop special was amazing as well. Been here three times now, each time with a different menu, and each time was incredible! Will definitely continue to come back!

Went here for a family party and we were quite pleased. The parking isn’t great but there are nearby side streets to park on. Everything was fresh and the manager/owner and their staff (not sure which role the person had) was extremely friendly to everyone from the youngest < 1 years old to the oldest in our group. Would definitely both recommend and return to.

This past Saturday, I had the opportunity to dine here for the first time and I’m still thinking about all of the food that we enjoyed. I cannot recommend this restaurant, and the folks that make it run smoothly, enough According to my boyfriend, Season is his #1, and favorite, restaurant on all of LI. I don’t think he’s ever spoken so highly of another place like this. We definitely over ordered but are still enjoying all of the leftovers. They’re just as good as the first time! We had: Winter Farro Salad - no matter what else you want, order this dish! Crab Cake with creamed corn Bucatini Cacio e Pepe - a perfect take on our favorite dish. Mezzi Rigatoni Burrata and Grilled Whole Branzino - I have never loved this fish as much as I did at Season. I came all the way from Astoria to visit Season and will definitely be back. The sooner the better and on a Wednesday or Thursday when the Chef offers his specials. If you’ve been thinking about visiting for a special event, or just because, do not hesitate. You’ll love it!

Please do yourself a favor and visit! I must have driven past this hidden gem about 40 times, never noticing the unassuming building. It wasn't until a social media post about their Price Fix menu that we looked it up and decided to visit. The inside has a beautiful atmosphere. The waitstaff were attentive & efficient. The Chef made a point to come out and visit every table, and he stayed for a real conversation, not just a quick check-in. Everyone cared about your experience. The food was simply the best I've had in a restaurant in years. Exceptional does not begin to describe it. The caramelized cauliflower pasta is hands down the best sauce I've ever had on pasta. We asked for our deserts to-go, but once we snuck a peek in the box we decided we couldn't wait to dig in. Can't wait to go back!

By far the best restaurant on Long Island right now. The chef is imaginative and brilliant, and the food is absolutely outstanding! We recently went there with a group of 10 people and everyone loved their meals, from the ridiculous burger, to the homemade spaghetti and meatballs—oh man, the meatballs—to the pistachio crusted salmon. A warm and inviting dining room with a very welcoming and ultra-friendly staff. Chef Joe Marchisotta is quite simply a magician!

Edit: I really wanted to try this place after reading wonderful recommendations for DineLI, a facebook group I'm currently a member of. I took my family of 4 and order enough items for probably 6 people. Atmosphere was nice we were seated right away and had lovely interactions with the chefs wife and well as our server. The food was outstanding and cooked wonderfully. I particularly enjoyed how fresh the vegetables were. Unfortunately, our bread had a burnt smell and taste and we had to send it back. Our waitress was kind enough to bring an additional basket out to us once our entrees were delivered. Additionally, we ordered two sides but it did not come out until we were done with our entrees. We asked for it to be cancelled but were told it could not be. We ended up having to pack the sides home with us. Overall, it was a nice experience and would love to give it another try!

Love this restaurant. The food is fresh , delicious and unique. My wife and I have gone to this restaurant many times with another couple. My wife loves the fish, branzino, salmon, halibut. I love the pork chop, chicken and pasta dishes and the variety of salads . We just love this restaurant and highly recommend it.

The sauce is amazing. I’m Italian, grew up eating Italian, and have had tons of sauce. I don’t know what the chef puts in his sauce to make it so insanely good. I can’t wait to go back to get more.

At the risk of having my favorite local place overrun, this is the single best restaurant around. Small table count, trendy vibe, upscale atmosphere, fantastic staff and the best food I’ve eaten in a long time. It’s hard not to overeat with how perfect the food is. Just do me a favor and try not to pack the place out when I’m trying to get dinner. The owners deserve all the fan faire and more.
