If you care about your children don't take them here. Because they use a call center to book, they are overbooked. You'll enjoy a packed waiting room all for 1 dentist! My children were getting work done which need gas, which means no food for 3 hours... Our 10am appointment, we didn't get sat back til 12:30! And they laughing gas broke that day or ran out. So my kids were starving for no reason. And went through the procedure with no laughing gas. I had to rub they're legs to calm down as they were being worked on. The only kind thing I can say is the dr herself, is great , she has a sweet personality and singing voice, I hope she finds another practice, as this facility is ran disgusting.

Worst dental services ever. I had an appointment for my son, as the coil spring on his braces fell off. We waited for an hour and thirty minutes which was way past our appointment time. Lisa, an assistant, pulled the wire too hard and took a bracket off with it, without any consultation from the doctor and made the situation much worse. They refused to fix their mistake at that time and said it will be done at the next checkup. I was unaware of what they had done at the time of the visit and when I later called, the receptionist Pat tried to turn the story around and blame me instead in a very rude manor. She gave me appointment at 12 pm for the next Wednesday even though I told her I have a meeting and couldn't make it till 3:30 pm, but she insisted that she will fit me in the schedule and call me to give another time but it never happened. The problem still hasn't been solved yet, over a week later. Long story short, I would not recommend anyone to go at this place, they don't have any respect for their patients.

I was a patient here for 3 years. Every single one of my appointments was a bad experience, the dental assistants were rude, the orthodontist was never involved in my orthodontic treatment, and no matter what time I showed up for my appointment I was consistently waiting 30 minutes to an hour. They closed for 9 months during covid and I had to completely restart my treatment after a full year. It was even worse since I way paying tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. Even after my treatment was "done" there are still multiple issues that I had to have corrected by a different orthodontist. Save your time, money, and sanity and just go somewhere else.

My 5 year old daughter had a cleaning that discover 4 cavities, 2 of which needed root canals. She was terrified, but the staff and doctor were amazing with her. 3 appts in 2 weeks, but Dr. Tayla and Priscilla were able to comfort her and support her and got the job done with no crying! They took the time to make my daughter comfortable and build trust. I was amazed at how brave my little girl was and how incredible the experience was due to the amazing staff!

Poor customer service the front desk young lady is not welcoming and rude . She seems not liking her job .And the most surprisingly they said that there will be a consultancy fee on my son who never had a chance seeing the dentist and have his teeth check.

Great friendly staff here from Pat to Ashley. Always make me and My family feel welcome. Dr.Isaac has a great way with the kids. Keep up the great work guys.

I never write reviews, but DR BROWN as a pediatric dentist she goes above and beyond!! Her personality is amazing she's kid friendly, speaks to parents with full details and goes above... I'm thankful she can work on my son's teeth. He even got a ballon sword (to a child has a lot meaning) staff is gentle and caring thank you. 🤗 ... thank you dental specialist for having great staff / amazing pediatric!!

I was pretty nervous about my first root canal today! I was referred to this office and I have to say it was very clean!!! The front desk was very nice! I wish I remembered the dental assistant's name because she was very personable and made me feel comfortable right away! DR.NICK was soo awesome!! He made this experience so easy for me!! He truly knows what he is doing and did it quick and professional! I felt nothing and when the numbing agent wore off only had to take one Motrin and I am doing very well!! I can not thank him enough for making this so easy for me! This is a great office and I highly recommended them!! Future root canal patients book with DR.NICK!!!!

Horrible experience. Bad attitude. Drove over half hour with my kids for their appointment and they didn't let me see the Dr. They claim that they called me to move back our appointments for the morning, but nobody ever called me. This is the second time such a thing happened in this place. Not going back there.
