FANTASTIC! We can here with 5 teens who had a great experience. The owner was on site to assist with the directions, how to jump between games and helpful hints as they played. We are definitely coming back!

This was my first visit to a virtual reality place, so I personally have no comparison. My family was with me and had been to others, and they said this was the best one they had ever been to. Making a reservation online was easy, as was completing the waivers so you don't waste time when you get there. We chose the 90 minute package, and loved it! We found the municipal parking garage they recommended directly across the street for $1 an hour, which was amazing. Upon entering, we were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, and fun the entire time. The games and experiences were amazing! Especially that although everyone is in their own individual spacious booth/room areas, you can play together or compete in games. We had a blast! I would highly recommend this place to everyone, and we will definitely return.

Took my two adult teens to find something different to do for the Sunday 3pm session for 50minutes and they had an amazing time. The staff was so friendly and helpful although I forgot their names. Sorry! The first game glitched a little and the girl extended our time to recoup the time lost. Throughout the games they were helpful and fun as well. Awesome establishment and wasn't packed at all which was great. My kids had a great time. The seats for my mom and I to sit near them and watch was great also. Overall, definitely visit this location.

Me and my boyfriend had gone here for a date and we had so much fun! The workers were really nice and cool when it came to our first experience. There were a lot of laughs and I would recommend coming here. 10/10!

Had my son’s 9th birthday party @ 5th Dimension VR and was the easiest party yet. From the moment we booked it, they were so through explaining the process. The children had the BEST time ever! They all wanted to keep playing. We will be coming back to do free play with friends soon. Everyone should try this. Oh and very important .. the place is so clean. Try it. You won’t regret it.

We hosted my 10-year old son's birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly attentive and ran the event seamlessly. We had 17 10-year old boys there and they were patient and helpful with the kids (even when they got rowdy in the party room).

We had my son’s 10th birthday party here — the kids LOVED it. Paintball, capture the flag, etc., they had SUCH a great time. The space is lovely and brand new, and plenty of spots for me to sit as a parent chaperone. Would be a great place to take older kids/tweens to hang out with each other. Customer service was excellent, they were so responsive and helpful! Made the party a breeze. The party room has a fridge, freezer, kitchenette—super convenient—and already decorated!

Brought my son & his friends here for his 13th birthday, loved that it was something different for the kids to go do! The staff was amazing, they were so helpful & so patient! The kids had a blast, we will deffinately be back!

The kids and myself really enjoyed this experience. Yan was the sweetest caring helping host ever. She went over and beyond to make sure we really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely would be returning and letting everyone I know about you guys…. Thank again for that experience!!

Our son’s 11th birthday party was successful. The staff was so knowledgeable and hands on. The set up is great. And the kids all enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be going again.

Great experience. Brought my kids with their friends there today for the first time. All the kids absolutely loved it, and asked to come back soon! The experience over all were amazing. The staffs were very helpful helping kids to get start the games. Once they started, they can fully enjoy playing with their friends in the games. They tried couple different games, they loved all. The game “cook on” is my daughter and her friend’s favorite. The place is spacious and clean. They clean and sanitize the equipments before new user. We will definitely come back again!

The kids really love playing here. My son just had a 12 years old birthday party in 5th dimension VR. The service is excellent and they provided pizza, soft drinks, cups, napkins, forks etc. They also have microwave and fridge in the party room.

My son’s 12th birthday party at 5th Dimension was a huge hit! The staff is friendly, technologically savvy, and great with kids. Good variety of games for all ages. Good quality equipment. Birthday packages are a great value for the money. Excellent experience, highly recommend!
