Ordered my Food and headed to my Terminal. Sat Down and started eating and realized my chicken sandwich was cold and chewy saw that the sandwich was completely RAW!! Went to the bathroom and got sick and almost missed my plane. So DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want Salmonella

Ordered a asiago chicken sandwich in between flights and received the sandwich without any chicken. Didn't have time to receive a replacement. Contacted Wendy's and I was told I'd hear back from a franchise operator about a refund three weeks ago..never heard back. Do yourself a favor and never eat here.

My bacon chicken ranch sandwich was hot and fresh, and so were the fries. Ketchup was available to grab at the counter. The ordering process was harder than necessary because the speaker was busted and the music from the water feature behind the counter was overwhelming. The staff was friendly and my order was correct.

“Are all the [$7.99 combo] chicken biscuit pieces this small?” “Yep.” I digress. Staff is friendly though! 1 star for sandwich, 5 for the Caesar Salad. Fresh romaine. Always enough chicken. Yummy!

Probably the most affordable food option in LaGuardia airport terminal B. I ordered through the Wendy’s app (the app’s offers and rewards can be applied to your order here). I had the strawberry chicken salad which were delicious and fresh. However, they were missing several items and the special requests that I had put in the order through the app. The ghost pepper fries and spicy chicken nugget were also decent. Finding a table when the airport is busy was also quite a challenge.

My Classic Dave's combo was served hot and fresh. The overworked employees remained calm and polite. But wait, the courtyard fountain was a great background show with the great food. It's airport food.

I enjoyed the food and area was clean. All the cashier's were friendly especially the young gentleman named Yasin . I would definitely recommend this location to anyone taking their flight in and out.

I stopped here before my flight and the service was prompt. Everyone was friendly. The kiosks are slow but no line. Ketchup in the bag. Food is good and hot. Hits the spot. I will stop here again

Don’t order using the airport’s Grab platform! They wont receive the order and the menu items are inconsistent. Given this snafu and generally the insane volume they’re dealing with, I would say the work force here is incredibly patient, efficient and accommodating.
